“We really appreciated the property! Having lots of space was great. The home is obviously in the process of having improvements done but we were ok with that. The deck was almost complete by the end of our stay but we understood the delay due to multiple days of high winds and extreme heat. We still fished off the pier and caught a variety of fish such as puffer, black drum, crocker, stingray, crabs and hog fish. Check in and check out was very simple and the host was very pleasant and helpful...

“My husband and I stayed in Coastal Cottage for a few days in October. The place was VERY nice- clean, everything you need plus extras, very nice appliances, etc. It was obvious the owner takes a personal interest in their guests-well thought out. If you need anything response is quick. If you like coffee make sure you check out Historic Grounds Coffee Shop which is very close- wonderful service, really good coffee and goodies!!”

“This is our second time staying at this property. We returned because of our experience the first time. The cottage is wonderfully located within walking distance of the downtown area and waterfront. It is just the right size for two people. Everything that you need for the week is already in the house except for food. The enclosed back yard/parking area was a clincher for our decision. Our dog had room to run and we could securely park off road.”

“This is a lovely property. It is well-maintained, clean and comfortably furnished. We enjoyed walking to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. Turner St is a busy road and the traffic noise early in the morning and in the evening made conversation on the porch less pleasant. The mattress on the queen bed in the front bedroom was very soft. Other than those 2 things we enjoyed our stay very much and will plan to return. ”

“We've stayed at this property before, and it's been great both times. The only challenge this time is we had great difficulty with the code to enter the property and also to lock it. After the fourth or fifth try, the door would magically unlock, but then we couldn't get it to lock when we were leaving! We finally were able to speak with someone at Vacasa and they reset the code from their end. Thankfully we had no further problems.”
