“This is the most convenient location to stay for holiday shopping. Restaurants, shopping and pretty much anything you need is within walking distance and/or a short drive. The host is very responsive. The condo is clean, quiet and well stocked. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.”

Very convenient to unload and load the car and also for taking the dog out. The location was great too! “Everything about this rental was great. It was super clean, super cute, and comfortably furnished. There were several touches which made the rental stand out - the overstocked coffee bar, the complimentary check in candy, the multiple USB charging ports throughout the rental, the night lights, the labeled light switches - not to mention linens and towels were included. Bed was comfy. Location was superb. We will be back!”

“At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"...

“The highlight of this condo is the location. The public parking had no safety concerns for me. This lot is less crowded than the adjacent Savannah lot. The condo itself is very 1980s. An easy upgrade would be better pans - none were usable as the Teflon were all scratched/peeling. Ignored stains on mattress pad/mattress. The fridge and stovetop/oven were new-ish and worked great for feeding a family.”

“The condo was excellent. My grandkids loved the pool and I loved the hot tub.The location was close to Bethany Beach. We loved going down to Assateague National seashore, with all the horses. It was clean and has a beautiful view in both directions. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was great. Overall, this was an outstanding experience.”
