“The place is small, but it was cute and clean and comfortable. It gave us everything we needed as 2 friends visiting hampton beach for a couple nights. Sue was friendly and gave detailed instructions on how to find the place and check in which made the check in process very easy. It's a short walk to the beach and walking distance to the main part of the boardwalk too so we didn't have to worry about driving or parking anywhere during our stay. I would definitely consider this place for future...
