Cottage Cumple Contemporáneo, 4 RBs, un montón de Servicios!

Esta bien equipado, costumbre de origen libre se encuentre a menos de 8 años de edad y cuenta con una amplia suite privada, la principal con chimenea, bañera de hidromasaje para dos personas y una terraza privada para tomar el sol, aperitivos y cócteles. Esta luminosa y amplia planta principal está abierto para el descanso y el grupo de comedor, incluyendo una gran hermosa cubierta para comer al aire libre y ver el océano. La planta principal también cuenta con una sala de sol privado con un pequeño televisor para películas para niños y tiempo de silencio. Hay una parrilla de gas en una pequeña cubierta de la sala sol.

Te encantará la sensación de espacio abierto y la luz de esta planta principal; techos abovedados en la sala de estar, un granero de madera clásica mesa de comedor para 10 y contemporáneo granito y cocina de acero del cocinero son todos hechos más lujoso con un telón de fondo de piso de madera caliente. Los tres dormitorios en el primer piso están bien adaptados para los huéspedes, la familia y los niños, con un baño privado adjunto a una suite y un baño completo compartido (con bañera) para las otras dos habitaciones.

Very nice property....but
Lovely property. Listing instructions included incorrect code to enter and property owner not available that day. Eventually got correct code on following day. A neighbor gained us entry, after some hours of angst otherwise we would have been looking for other accommodations. This code still incorrect on the listing. Owner unresponsive, not a good feeling. Otherwise, very nice place.

This property is lovely! It is large and as the description says, has many amenities. My 19 year old daughter and her friend were the first there and had no trouble entering. While I did not try the whirlpool tub, we used the grill which has a gas line from the house so no worries there! The tree in the back is full and lovely with a bird or two. Supplies are aplenty and I could have packed less! There are enough chairs in the garage for sure! We brought our own linens and towels which made cleanup a lot easier. There were plenty of paper towels & bath tissue. First aid kits were present (we ended up buying supplies we needed but I did take a look!) Live plants make it really pleasant. The light quality and windows are so nice. The front porch is great for lounging. Zoned AC is great. Overall I predict you will really appreciate your stay at 120 85th St!

Beautiful, clean and a great value.
Just over the bridge from Avalon and a fraction of the price. And, the beaches are better over here. Steps away from markets, bars and restaurants, and of course, the beautiful beach. The home has been recently renovated. Lots of light and roomy. Bikes and kayaks were available for us. Wonderful!

Cozy beach stay in luxury
It was a great stay! Everything worked and the house was better than expected. My wife, son, daughter and I all enjoyed the proximity to the beach, Blitzes, Sole, Sunset Pier, Nicklebees, Hanks Sauce, Dunes (for oysters) and Scoops (for ice cream). We walked the shore line from the bridge to the gazebo in the early mornings (4+ miles), wash off, grab a local meal, then back to beach. We’d walk to the bay to watch the sunset on clear days and then enjoy Uncle Oogies pizza delivery or steaks on the grill while sitting on the comfy chairs on the deck. Patrick was a great host! We’ll try to get multiple weeks next year.

Excellent location: 1-block to beach access point, located on a quiet residential street, 1 block walk to the delicious Scoops Ice Cream and also Nickelby’s (great breakfast and sweet treats). The house is spacious! Ideal for up to 8. Lovely patio table and umbrella on balcony. Plenty of linens and towels, but if you choose to use them, note the house rules ask you to launder them before checking out; wash the bed sheets first, as the clothes dryer takes a long time to dry thick towels.

Seaside Paradise
The property was perfectly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and fun, and Patrick was a gracious and attentive host. The house is minutes away, from some of the best places on the jersey shore, and we could not have been happier. You will have a lovely time here!

Awesome Place
The house is very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Very rooming and open. Close to the beach. Very clean and in very good shape. Owner is next door. Very nice guy and very helpful. Close to many activities - walking distance, yet far enough away to be very quiet.

Awesome Time - More Great Memories
This is the second time we stayed here and the place is at once grand and cozy. Short walk to the beach and this house truly feels like a home for the week. When we couldn’t go to restaurants or attractions due to COVID, it didn’t matter that much because the house offered enough to keep all of the family entertained.

Fabulous Fall Family Getaway
We have been coming to Sea Isle for summer vacations for over 10 years every summer. This year we opted for a fall retreat! Our September week here was the best! This home is just a beauty! It has everything a family could possibly need. If you like to cook, as we do, just bring the food as the kitchen has dishes, pots, towels and serving pieces to complete every meal. Towels galore, sheets and very comfortable mattresses. Decorated beautifully! Comfortable seating in the bright and airy great room with gorgeous wood floors. A convenient beach block with bathrooms at the beach and the hot dog man for lunch! Multiple decks with comfortable outdoor dining on the front deck. We had the best week without a single problem or complaint. Last but not least, Pat was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much!

Perfect
We had the perfect Labor Day weekend thanks to Patrick and his beautiful home. We had some family from the west coast visiting the jersey shore for the first time and long story short, they will continue to come back each year! Between the beautiful home, the hospitable, helpful host and the great weather they had a great first impression of the shore/Sea Isle.

Great vacation home!
Fabulous house and excellent host! Loved the layout which gave everyone plenty of privacy. The open kitchen, family room provided plenty of space for gathering and meal prep. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking for large groups and can accommodate several cooks! Locations was perfect with a short walk to the beach, ice cream and Blitz's. Highly recommend!

The house was awesome! It was very clean upon arrival, and housed in the perfect location . With a short walk to the beach, supermarket, and ice cream shop it was very easy to get around in very little time . The interior of the house was beautiful and the pictures simply do not do it justice . It is much more open and spacious in person . The house was well equipped with all cookware, cleaning supplies etc . that we needed during our stay . I would 10/10 recommend this house to anyone who was looking to stay here . One of the best properties in Sea Isle!

Perfect beach house!
This was the perfect house for our beach weekend! A very quick walk to a quiet beautiful beach, and a short Uber to lots of restaurants and other activities. We spent most of our time hanging out in the amazing living room and deck though - plenty of room to hang out and relax. The kitchen was well stocked, and the house layout is perfect. 4 good sized bedrooms and a spacious layout. Really well decorated too. The homeowner was really wonderful - answered questions leading up to check-in, and answered the phone immediately when we had a question at check in. Highly recommend!
