Unacceptable conditions
Although the location was convenient the cleanliness of this spot was terrible. For customers to be charged over 100 for a cleaning fee and it wasn’t cleaned prior to my arrival is unacceptable. Wasn’t able to stay on my check in night because it was covered in dead bugs and dirty linen. Even contacting the owner their response times are decent but you get no questions answered. The bugs weren’t cleaned until the Folsom day but there is still a bug infestation. There are no windows so no room for correctly ventilation. I asked for an air purifier and at first they said they would provide one then later said they didn’t have one. The shower looks dirty and when i told them about that they stated it was from hair due so it wouldn’t come out. The pictures on the website aren’t as accurate compared to when you actually check in. When I reached out regarding a refund for the night I wasn’t able to stay due to the uninhabitable conditions and them needing to clean they kept saying they needed to get in contact with management and they’ll get back to me. I reached out multiple times and kept getting the same answer. To this day I still haven’t heard about the refund. So i asked to extend an extra day instead of the refund. Same response, “we’ll get back to management and let you know”. No one has ever let me know. So of course i contacted customer service. Hopefully they’ll have a better job at communicating with these people. I would not be staying here again, but do better.
