“This year I spent the winter solstice soaking in a hot tub in peaceful silence and perfect darkness. The only sound was the patter of rain on the leaves, which continued on the roof of my cozy cabin facing a perfect little stream. The air here is so clean and the river access is pretty good even for older folks. My wife and I found the host Emkay was quite lovely and communicative and has gone to great lengths to create a tranquil and safe space with lots of quirky personal touches. ”

“We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed room to sleep for myself and 2 teens. It was great to have 3 separate sleeping areas and a kitchen to cook quick breakfasts and dinners. The only issue we had was with the heater, I couldn't figure out how to easily adjust it so at 4am each morning the temps got unbearably warm. I never had the time nor occasion to address it with the owners but if I had, I'm sure they would have addressed it quickly.”

“Perfect place to stay. Walking distance to everything. Great attention to detail in the unit. Nicely decorated. The shower, was amazing. Water pressure was excellent. The shower is located in the hallway so you don’t have to disturb anyone in the bedrooms. Parking for two cars was a bonus, since there is plenty of people checking out the pier which made parking limited. We can’t wait to stay there again. ”
