“Everything was just as it was listed. Owner was great to work with and was more than cordial. The only thing renters need to be aware of is you can not use personal umbrellas or pop ups as the beach area is private. Thus you must rent from the beach rental company. And of course it is pricey. If you choose to use your personal beach umbrellas you will be required to go to the public beach area.”

“The very first thing I noticed when I walked in was how very very clean it was!! It smelled disinfected not just air freshener. This place was perfect it was the best view with a great balcony! This was perfect for myself and my 2 daughters. We all had our own bedroom for privacy. So much space. And the shower was incredible again so very clean. I would stay here everytime I will never look for another place in Destin to stay. The location was amazing! Close to everything! I just loved this...
