“It is difficult to find if you are not good with instructions. Cannot find the property with the GPS, but once you’ve found it once in the daytime, you should have much problem after that. House is gorgeous and clean. Plenty of space for extra beds and house stays nice and cool. Not much provided as much as coffee and such but all the amenities available to bring your own. Beds are super comfy and good variety of pillows!”

However I didn't like the gravel road and the condition of all the grass on and around the property, there also needs to be some lighting added. People were scared to drive out. “We were looking for a place to meet our kids halfway and this house was the pick. We three generations gathered around the table to play games and the children enjoyed running around the back yard. The deck was an enjoyable place to watch the sunrise. The house may be in the middle of a neighborhood, but there are so many trees in the backyard that it feels a bit secluded. ”

“Property is very nice! It was clean and the house is very nice inside! Plenty of room for everyone. It has everything you need. We had a family of 4 and family of 6 there and it held us well. There is a ton of outdoor space! We had very easy access to the lake and 2 boat ramps. Its right next to Eisenhower State Park. Its very close to Denison and can get to Walmart in 10 min. We had a great time and would defiantly recommend staying here!”

“We visit Denison to visit family regularly and are always disappointed our accommodations. Not this time! We visited over the 4th of July and had a great time at the Loft. The space was super unique, clean and just down in a great location. We were able to have Texas fam over for some afternoon drinks while we watched the fireworks and everyone was impressed by the space. On top of that, the beds were comfortable, the wife was happy, and the fridge kept our beer cold. What else could you ask...
