Nice place, but a bit noisy
We had a nice long weekend stay for a wedding at this property with just a few minor issues. The property itself is in a good location and is quite charming. Negatives for us were the fact that the parking card for the garage two blocks away didn’t work so we took our chances finding spots on the streets near our location. The other negative is the fact that the heating/cooling system is noisy and has a lever tube exhaust going out one of the front windows. It was never closed and sounds from the street were loud and made it difficult to sleep.

Perfect Location
Check in was super easy, the apartment was perfect size, and couldn’t have been a more convenient location. Didn’t use our vehicle all weekend. There is so many great food and coffee locations nearby. Would definitely stay in this location again!

Spacious Apartment & Great Location
This was our first time in Savannah. The apartment was perfect, it was big, clean and had everything we needed. Not only did we have a great apartment, it was the perfect location. We parked our car and did not have to use it while we were there because we were able to walk everywhere. I would definetly book again.

August Work Week in Savannah
Savannah is a great place to visit for work or play, the property location is walking distance to any place in the historic district. Property was very clean, well equipped and plenty of towels. Bed and Pillows are comfortable. The location is great and the only downside would be that you can easily hear the street noise all through the night. This is an annual work trip for me and my wife traveled with me, we will stay here again.

Such a fun time!!!
The location of this property was absolutely perfect! The beautiful parks, shops, and restaurants were all within walking distance. The parking garage was very close which was also convenient. The home itself was so beautiful and clean, and we will definitely be returning given the opportunity!

Comfortable Home for Family Vacation
We throughly enjoyed our stay! Upon walking in, the apartment was beautiful and spacious for it only being a one bedroom. There is a pullout sofa and twin pullout chair in the living room which is perfect for any extra guests. Property was clean and convenient to all the historical district has to offer! Street noise does occur and can get loud especially late at night or in the morning but that was expected due to location. The space around the toilet and sink area is tight and if you have long legs/are tall, sitting on the toilet will be awkward for you but you’ll get the job done. Also the instructions for checking in could be a little clearer since there are some tricks to do so. Despite these small nuisances we still loved the property and would highly recommend!

Best Location!
This was our first time to Savannah and it was amazing! The apartment was in the perfect location. You can easily walk or take the trolley to anything you would want to see. The toilet situation was a little tricky since there is no leg room. My husband who is 6ft tall had a hard time with the small bathroom and there were some mystery stains on the white couch but other than that we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location was close to the Main Street but not so close that the noise kept us up all night. I would absolutely stay at this apartment again and recommend this place to my family. It was the best!

My husband and I stayed here after our wedding! We are locals but wanted to stay somewhere else for a little staycation! The apartment was nice and clean. Street is a little noisy at night though.

I wanted to give a good review as I am not the type to just hand out bad reviews for no reason. I gave the property an opportunity to make the situation right, but they decided not to.... Long story short, my wife and I along with another couple rented this property for St. Patrick's Day weekend. We also had two infants (6 months and 7 months) staying here. The AC was not working properly and was 77 degrees inside the apartment by 1pm. A maintenance guy came to bring two portable window units at 3pm until he got a call stating the owner didn't want them, so he packed up and left. Around 4:30pm the owner called me to say he was going to purchase a portable unit. No telling when that would have been set up. The biggest issue I have is that they allowed us to check in, KNOWING there was an issue with the AC beforehand and never disclosed that information to us. This came directly from one of the management company's employees. I would not be as upset if we knew about it so we could have made other arrangements if we felt that was necessary. We ended up leaving a day early because the moms in the group were upset that it was still very warm and dangerous for sleeping infants. I asked for some sort of refund (didn't ask for a certain $$ amount) and they decided it wasn't their fault which it CLEARLY was. It appears that they value making a couple bucks, more than doing the right thing for the paying customer. Very disappointing!!!

The location is great for walking to many places, but the downside is the street noise. It seemed like people walking by were inside the apartment. I would still probably pick it again.

Fantastic location, but...
I really wanted to give this 5 stars -- location is in the heart of the historic area of Savannah; parking pass is included for nearby garage (a big bonus for Savannah); huge living room and bedroom have high ceilings and classy decor; kitchen is tiny but nicely equipped. But two things gave me pause: 1. Because of the close-in location, we had a lot of street noise on Wednesday and Thursday night, until 1 or 2 in the morning. Groups of young people walking by and talking/laughing loudly right outside the windows and cars/trucks/motorcycles hurrying down Drayton St. (For some reason, Friday night was quieter). 2. The bathroom was just too small; maybe if you're under 6 ft. tall and thin, it might be okay. Everything worked - nice shower with plenty or pressure and hot water. But the sink was tiny and toilet was awkward to use. Obviously, the bathroom was retrofitted to this old building and they did their best, but be forewarned. My wife and I were there for 3 nights and it was okay for that period. I don't know if we could have done a full week. With those caveats, we would recommend this apartment.

Great Location
Property was in a great location and parking was a short distance away. Bathroom is a bit small but workable. If you're a light sleeper be aware that you are on a main thoroughfare and traffic can be heard early in the morning. Having access to many restaurants and shopping is very nice.

Excellent location for walking access to historic districts and river and numerous, well regarded restaurants and historic sites. Parking space that comes with apartment is convenient and allows side trips to neighboring islands and communities at your pleasure. Apartment is comfortable, clean and efficient with handy kitchen and appliances. Outside stairs to entry landing are steep but have sturdy rails. Handicapped persons should be made aware and be prepared. All in all a wonderful space to enjoy beautiful, captivating Savannah and its environs.
