Home away from home
This was the best trip so far to Savanah! This house was so clean, warm and inviting.There was everything we needed or wanted. Perfect location for both shopping and places to eat. I would definitely stay here again on my future trips to Savanah.

A Savannah Christmas Treat
This property is exactly as nice as it looks both inside and in the neighborhood around it. It felt like home with comfy amenities, and we loved the umbrellas hanging on the wall. The owners responded in prompt and friendly manner. Entry was easy and we were leery about that from past experiences. It truly is a lovely walk to and from the River Front with resting places along the way if needed. The Pirates House Restaurant is right across the street which was a nice surprise! We had a great Christmas stay and we will go again to this place.

Great location!
We spent Christmas here and it was great! I would definitely stay again! The host is easy to communicate with and always quick to respond! Great location one block from River Street. Only con is having to pay to park near the house. We lucked out because it was free for the holidays!

A must stay
This property was everything it claimed to be. We love to walk in Savannah and this was convenient, but not in the noise! It was clean and comfortable for the four of us adults. This is where I will try to book every stay on Savannah.

Excellent location and property
We were here to “do” Savannah in three full days. Walked everywhere (great location)and took trolley tour. Place was clean and well supplied with coffee, towels and tp, etc. great place to stay! Only reason I have a 4 on communication was because I didn’t hear from owner about check in process in a timely manner.

Sweet Stay!!
This place was a sweet find! Excellent location and comfortable living space for the four of us. It was close enough to most everything in the historic Savannah downtown, to where we could walk in our explorations. Highly recommend. We'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect girls weekend
What a fabulous property. Chase’s excellent communication made everything very easy. The property is very clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included. The house is very convenient to River Street. We will most definitely book here again.

Absolutely fantastic!
My sister and I stayed at the Broad House during our second girls trip to Savannah. The house was super clean, had all the amenities we needed, super comfy beds and was within walking distance of all of our favorite restaurants including the Pirates House, which is right across the street. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Parking was a breeze with the parking app. We had an amazing stay!!

Beautiful home, perfect location, excellent hosts.
What an absolutely beautiful home! Even though we lost power for quite a bit of our stay due to weather conditions, that didn’t dampen our enthusiasm for the property. Can’t say enough about how communicative the hosts were. Highly recommended!

Prettiest Stay Ever!
I had an amazing experience with my stay. The hosts were extremely accommodating and answered my messages quickly and kindly. I appreciated them allowing us to check in about an hour early and for providing umbrellas in the home! The home was stunning and we only ran into the upstairs people once! I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Savannah.

Awesome property!
I stayed with my sister and our girls at this property in Savannah for a short girls trip. The house is perfectly located and within walking distance of everything in the historic district. Parking was a breeze as there were plenty of spots close to the house. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! It was perfect for our stay and Chase was quick to respond to every question we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town!

Wonderful Stay
Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in. Had plenty of extra towels, toiletries, laundry supplies. More than enough bedding and extra pillows, blankets,etc.. Location is right in the middle of all the things. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming Downtown Savannah
Ladies trip, one night in Savannah. Interior is exactly like pictures. Thoughtfully decorated. Perfect location to River Street and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hosts were great to communicate with. Only negative would be hearing the upstairs residents walking in the morning, due to age of house easy to hear. Overnight was quiet and minimal street noise. Would stay here again!
