Just like home
Appreciated all of the details to make it feel like home. Well appointed with everything we needed as described. Organized and labeled shelves, drawers, lights, etc. Perfect location with close proximity to groceries, Savannah, and Tybee. Beautiful views. Lots of sleeping spaces.

A little dated
The location is good close to Downtown Savannah and Tybee. The house was very clean but the interior is very dated!! Starting with the fake faded plants at the front door. A lot of gold fixtures throughout the house. The dinning room table had an odd cover on it that wasn’t stable. The beds were comfortable but You can hear everything above you in the master bedroom. The master shower is extremely small you can’t wash your feet without bumping your head. The upstairs bathroom was unusable you couldn’t regulate the water. It was either too hot or too cold. We ended up leaving a day early

Would definitely stay again!
This was a great place for our girls trip. With the Storm, we were worried about our stay but the host was reassuring and made sure the place was clean before our arrival. The place was well stocked with things we might need during our stay, furniture was comfortable, and the view at sunset is out of this world. Easily accessible location for Ubers/lifts and some delivery food wise is available. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future for family vacations!

Great Stay
We really enjoyed our stay for a girls trip! The house was perfect with a beautiful view. The only negative was the mosquitoes but they supplied bug spray and screened in areas.

front poarch need to have a rail, currently it has a 2 1/2 foot drop off with no rail, this could be issue if someone falls because of the drop and no rail.

The perfect spot in Savannah
The property was absolutely perfect for our boys weekend. It was an easy 13 min, $20 Uber ride into downtown at night and to the golf course were clutch. During the day the pool, fire pit, grill, sunsets on the dock, and just all of the amenities that the house came with were so useful and really made the weekend so enjoyable for our group. We were all raving about how perfect this rental was. We would absolutely stay here again next time!

Perfect Location
We were in Savannah for our daughters wedding and this house was the perfect location. The house accommodated all of our family. They especially enjoyed the dock. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't any firewood for the fire pit, the weather would have been perfect for a fire.

Great Girls Get Away
Chatham County was perfect for our girls weekend! The house has a great open concept for congregating in the living room, dining room and kitchen to cook, visit, play games and watch movies. Lots of room to sleep and having 3 full bathrooms was a huge bonus with so many girls getting ready. The backyard is perfect for lounging and the views and sunsets were beautiful. When the bugs got bad the screened in porch was wonderful. The owners have thought of pretty much everything and have lots of small amenities on hand. It's also very close to anything you might need (groceries, restaurants, etc.). In addition it's not far from downtown Savannah or Tybee Island (15 minutes each), so it's a perfect mid point for a little of everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Lots of room
This would have been a perfect experience with the exception that the rain made the house musty and there was water coming in, especially in one bedroom. I realize the rain was excessive for this time of year, but the property really needs dehumidifiers. However, on the bright side it was great to walk in and have coffee and snacks and everyday needs available. I have been to rentals that didn't even have paper towels! So this is a great property if you're only staying a few days and don't want to make your first trip to the store.

Very happy. Only one disappointment.
The home was very nice and clean. Owner/manager was easy to deal with and went above and out of his way to accommodate us. My only disappointment was the depth of the water because I wanted to fish. Is is shallow at high tide and non existent at low. That being said in their details on the website they clearly say that. I would definitely recommend.

Visit to Savannah
We were in Savannah for 4 days. House is 15 minutes away to most of the places we visited. Nice view to the river behind. Loved the games in the house. Overall, excellent experience.

Nice View and great location
The property was mostly clean. I did notice lots of spiderwebs in the house. The showers, while clean, were very old hardware. Took us two days to figure out the temp on the upstairs shower. The shower heads were very old and crusted. I would recommend changing all showerheads. Other than that, the best part about this place was the view and the fire pit in the backyard.

Fantastic house for our Savannah getaway
We enjoyed our time here. House is lovely. We had quick driving access to fresh seafood, historic Savannah and Tybee island. The house was in terrific shape. We cooked in the kitchen, hung out in the den, swam in the pool, read on the screened in porch, and hung out in the gazebo. The property manager was awesome -- even mailing us my son's tablet keyboard that he left behind. Some surprises: - The 3rd bathroom is on the first floor even with bedrooms 2 and 3 on the 2nd floor. We made it work but required more sharing than expected. - The tide can have up to a 9ft change so the water access ranges from muddy sludge to beautiful waters. Overall pollution/gunk in the water (oil/gas?) kept us out of the water. Driving to the Tybee and to historic Savannah was easy and fun.

Amazing House
This property was even better than we expected. The house was awesome and the outdoor area was beautiful. Loved the pool and the dock. This house was was exactly as described and and is even better in person. The owner was awesome and was great at communicating and answering any questions we had. We will definitely be renting this property again.

Great spot for a Tybee/ Savannah getaway
The property is amazing, and has everything you would need or want to getaway. The outside areas are exactly like they are shown in the pictures with an even bigger side lot than shown. It fit 8 adult men perfectly, and we never felt cramped. Great spot and easy to get to either Tybee or Savannah!
