Fun trip
This house was great, we requested to have the pool heated upon arrival and it wasn’t turned on till after we arrived and I reach out out to the managers, we received a quick response but did miss out on a full day of swimming since the pool wasn’t warm until 24-48 hour after it was turned on. The house could have been a little more stock with kitchen supplies and paper towels, toilet paper, etc. other than that the house was wonderful and fit our group perfect we really enjoyed our time there!

Wonderful Vacation
The property was wondeful and just as advertised. The AC stopped working and they had someone out and it was fixes within a few hours. We were very impressed and would absolutely stay afain.

Lovely home
Great house. Plenty of room. Immaculate. Minor complaints. Property needs a gas/propane grill, firewood available for fire pit and kitchen could use way more pot/pans/baking items. An electric tea kettle would be nice. Pool was fabulous but there should be a pool skimmer on site. Would definitely rent again.

Great property and location!
The property was beautiful and very spacious for our group which included 2 adults and 6 teenagers. The backyard makes you feel like you are away at a resort. The pool was very warm and equipped with a plethora of floats and basketball, which was a huge hit. The location was super convenient for day trips into Savannah and Tybee Island. Several stores were within 5 minutes if we needed anything. Only a few minor "issues" - the kitchen could use more small paring knives or steak knives. The one bunk bed was very noisey... even the slighest movement made it squeak. The wifi was not very strong in some of the bedrooms, but worked fine in the common areas. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable and Close to Attractions
Came for a long 4th of July weekend for a Bachelorette Party. We spent the majority of our time in and around the pool. Savannah was just a quick Uber ride away. Proximity to a grocery store was really nice too! We wish there were more utensils in the kitchen and cookware. Other than that everything was great!

Good time for all
The house had something for everyone. We really enjoyed the living room with the big cozy couch where we would chill after a day of exploring the area. Everyone enjoyed the pool. There plenty of toys and blow ups to play with that the kids really enjoyed. The outdoor shower was a great touch. I was even able to use the little personal gym to get in a few workouts. Aside for a minor snafu the first day (which owners responded to and fixed) everyone in the family enjoyed there stay.

Perfection!
Where to start! Backyard oasis is AMAZING; pool, floats, lights, chairs, fire pit, totally secluded. House was immaculate, great beds & linens, plenty of towels, stocked with a little bit of anything you might need to get your started. Decor was eclectic/boho perfection. Quiet neighborhood, quick trip to Tybee, downtown or southside. Thorough communication prior to arrival and checked in during stay. *If* I had to choose any negative about the property, both bathrooms are small, but it’s a 70s ranch and is to be expected. We will be back!

Very Nice Property with a Few Safety Issues.
Large property inside and out. However, Pool is extremely deep on one end, over 6ft, with no ladders or ropes anywhere and no depth marked on concrete. No safety latches or alarms on sliding doors to pool area. No handrail on the shallow end and top step into pool is small. Hot water in house is hot enough to scald. No potholders in kitchen except a small silicon finger grip.Beds are not very comfortable. Lights flickered when clothes dryer running. Wall art not well hung. One fell off wall and had been hung with only very small nails. Went and bought picture hooks and it still wouldn’t hang because holes in wall were too big. Internet is not good in bedrooms but worked fine in living area. What appears to be a hot tub beside the pool in the photos is not a hot tub. That’s just a sitting area per Southernbelle. And last, I’m 99% certain that when I reserved and paid last fall, the property was listed as having TV in every bedroom. Nope, only in 2, but it wouldn’t matter anyway because of bad internet reception in that area. Overall, we enjoyed spending time in Savannah but at close to $4000 for a week, y’all need to prioritize safety and comfort on this property.

Great place for my team!
We played in a collegiate event at Savannah Country Club. The location was perfect and allowed us to be completely at home once we completed competition each day. The property manager was very responsive to any request we had and extremely helpful. Hope to stay there again next year!

Just right for our group
Our group (6 adults) needed a spacious place to stay for a weekend wedding. The property was perfect. We had plenty of room in the house. The kitchen is very spacious and lovely. The back yard is definitely an oasis with the pool. Even though it was too chilly for us to use the pool, we did enjoy hanging out around it. The house was clean and not overly decorated. One thing to note is that the house listing says 2 1/2 baths - the 1/2 bath is located outside near the pool in a type of changing room.

Modern Home with Backyard Oasis
The backyard and pool area were stunning at this home. My family enjoyed the various outdoor spaces, from the pool to the fire pit and gym. The interior space was spacious as well. Where you stay on vacation matters, and this property did not disappoint.

House was perfect - well designed & decorated. We loved our stay and slept really well! Could have used a coffee maker (we bought one and left it as a gift! we’re not Nespresso people…small people require more than one shot of coffee! Ha!). Also scoured for a broom to keep the sand from Tybee under wraps. None of these missing items were a big deal, just suggestions. We would 100% stay again. The resort-style pool access on Tybee was clutch on a cloudy day, too. Thank you!
