Esta casa de campo histórica de 1br / 1ba, construida originalmente a finales del siglo XIX, ha sido renovada de manera elocuente y amueblada con comodidades modernas y un toque contemporáneo. Se encuentra en el distrito histórico. La unidad cuenta con un amplio dormitorio, un amplio y lujoso baño, una cómoda sala de estar, una cocina moderna totalmente equipada y una nueva lavadora y secadora apilable de Samsung. El condominio cuenta con un moderno sofá de cuero blanco, un moderno centro de entretenimiento con TV, una cama de cuero blanco y un escritorio de oficina. El baño grande tiene una encimera y lavabo de granito negro muy único, y una bañera de hidromasaje caliente para 2 personas, que es perfecta para una noche romántica y relajante. La unidad también ofrece un porche privado al aire libre para un delicioso desayuno, café por la mañana o una copa de vino por la noche. El porche da a un pequeño patio trasero que se conecta a un área de piscina privada con parrilla, sillones reclinables, 2 mesas, sillas y sombrillas. Te lo vas a ENCANTAR! Perfecto para la luna de miel y los aniversarios o simplemente para relajarse en Savannah durante el fin de semana.

Pleasant Stay During Our Huge Weekend
We were staying in Savannah for a few days leading up to our son getting married on Saturday. The location of this property is ideal with a Krogers a short walk away. The living room, bedroom and kitchen were perfect and when it got a tad bit cooler than expected for this week we were able to "switch" over to the heat which worked perfectly. Sorry that we didn't get to use the pool out back, but I'm sure that others staying here during a time of pool appropriate weather will end up enjoying their stay even more. Would definitely recommend.

We will only stay here from now on!
We’ve rented many vrbo’s. This was hands down the best yet. It is a quaint historic home with charming original wood floors. The jacuzzi tub was amazing. We filled it with hot water and did not ever run out of hot water! The sink is taller than I have at home. It made tooth brushing without getting things on my clothing a breeze! I love the height! The mattress was so great we checked the brand so we could investigate purchasing one. The owners are so friendly and the pool is amazing. It is only used by the guests of these units and there is always plenty of space. We were able to walk downtown to do everything we wanted and the Kroger’s is a short 1.5 block stroll. We love that the pool isn’t shared with hundreds of other rentals and didn’t have time restrictions. We can’t imagine booking elsewhere after staying here!

Perfect for any couple
For a smaller condo, there was more than enough space for the two of us. The main room with the large smart tv is perfect for me as a gamer, and for my fiancé who likes dramas! It has a very spacious bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. It was overall a wonderful first vacation experience and will most likely be our go to next time we’re down in Savannah! (And it’s very close to River St will all the great food options)! Thank you, David.

Great Location
Great place for a couple. Grocery couldn’t be more convenient - 2 blocks away. Forsyth Park 6 blocks away. Anywhere downtown is about a mile. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and bbq grill was nice. Close enough to walk to the river and all over Savannah and back. or catch a free trolley nearby. We always had a parking spot at our door even on Fri & Sat night.

3 days in savannnah.
Properties always look different in the photos. We liked the size of the apartment for 2 of us. Plenty of room. We felt let down by the shabbiness of the apartment though. Compared to similar properties nearby, ours was shabby back and front and needs updating. The back porch was tired too. The bath/shower needs attention. Standing water in bath when showering, and shower not thoroughly plumbed in. Bath was grubby. Good aircon which worked well. Not very close to town, but a nice 20 minute walk to the sights. Forsyth had a couple of nice cafes at one end, and there was a good supermarket 5 minutes from apartment. All in all, we felt we would’ve liked a bit more upmarket facilities, oh and please put a kettle and corkscrew in the kitchen. We’d give 3.5 stars for this apartment.

Nice little property
We stayed in the one-bedroom. We didn't spend much time in house, but it had everything we needed. The bed is comfortable, and the sheets and pillows were super soft. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. It was just a nice, older place to stay. We did end up walking to River Walk a couple of times. It's quite a walk, but if the weather is nice, it's a beautiful walk. Close walk to Forsythe Park, grocery store and many little shops and cafe's. David went above and beyond by mailing my car keys back to me that I accidentally left behind. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm back in the area.

Perfect location from Forsyth Park
I stayed here because I was doing the Savannah Women’s Race on 4/6/24. It was the perfect location to Forsyth Park—4 blocks down the same street(the street runs into Forsyth Park). My only gripe was the front of the home need pressure washing or new paint and the front door does not open all the way. It gets stuck half way on the floor as you open the door. All in all, it was a great weekend!!!

Different than expected
Pros: You can't beat the location - walking distance to all the things: grocery store, park, major tourist shopping, etc. The space was clean and easy to access with lots of parking. And the owners were all nice and easy to contact. The bed was also pretty comfortable. Cons: Calling the space renovated is generous, kind of. While there are newish light fixtures and sink areas, it DOES NOT look like the pictures; maybe a few years ago but not now. The outside of the house looks like it is in noticeable disrepair. The floors are deeply slanted, the doors are not properly aligned with door frames and spaces (so some don't open all the way and/or don't lock properly, including the bathroom door), and there are huges chips of paint missing in various places. I think a previous post mentioned the back door, and that was cause for concern for us too, we were thankful they had a door jam at least. The tub also didn't drain well. All in all, the cons weren't a huge deal because we weren't staying long; it was just a little uncomfortable when we were looking for comfort and leisure. On the other hand, the cost is low compared to other places, so you can spend more on food and experiences, so ehhh...just don't set your expectations based on the pics.

Very Nice….
Our stay was great. The property is clean. And the location was very good. We were a walk from downtown. The bed was amazingly comfy! We did have the odd experience of a poor homeless soul wondering in the middle of our street. Unsettling, but nothing the owner can do anything about. The property itself was clean and comfortable however just a little more attention to detail would have won the day. Trim around the bathtub/shower was missing. There was no hand soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. Little things. We never used the pool but it looked great! It is a great value for a couple. We would go back.

Great Location
My wife and I had a wonderful time in Savannah. The location of the property was in walking distance (if you like to walk, which we do) to many tourist attractions. There is also a grocery store 1 block from the property which was very convenient. We also parked in the Trolley tour parking lot for free and bought a 2 day Hop on Hop off pass which was the best way to see all the historic sites, shopping and museums. The property manager, David was the best. We were running later than expected, due to hurricane Idalia, so I contacted David to let him know. He asked that we contact him to let him know that we arrived safely...no matter what time it was. He genuinely cared about our safety and wanted us to have a good time in Savannah We plan on staying at this property again when we return for a visit. Thank you David!

Great Stay and Kind Host
We decided to do a last minute trip to Savannah and it was our first time coming to the city. We enjoyed our stay! The host was very kind and always responded quickly if you needed anything. Definitely cared about their guests! Beautiful sunflowers were left for us to enjoy and you could smell the cleanliness of the condo as soon as you opened the door!

Great location!
The rental was very comfortable for two people. Very clean and great location! Grocery store right down street and lots to see within walking distance. The high jacuzzi tub might be a problem for some to step in as well as the high bathroom counter/sink for us short girls..lol! Bed was comfortable and has a nice back porch to relax on that leads to a lovely pool area. Had a chance to meet our host David who was a very nice guy! Would stay again!

Historic home with lots of charm.
This property was in a great place; just 6 streets from Drayton Street and the free shuttle to the waterfront. Lots of places for food if you want to eat out. There is a Krogers supermarket market 3 streets from house and a cute breakfast place called Clary’s just a short walk away. Also a cute bakery only one block over on Hall. Pool was cleaned every morning, even though it was too cold for us to use it. David , one of the owners, was on property almost every day making sure everything was ok. Our unit was 529, and had a jacuzzi tub. If you have mobility issues, getting in and out of the tub could be a problem. Floors were a bit slanted, but added to the house’s charm. The house had a softer mattress, so if you like a firm mattress this may not be to your liking or cause an otherwise undeserved low rating.
