Nice House, but not without issues
When we arrived, it was cold and rainy. We were unable to access the home upon arrival. After multiple attempts w/ the code provided, I emailed, called and text the Manager who apparently had not reset the entry code. She finally responded and we were able to enter. The home is in a nice residential neighborhood. It has great curb appeal and a beautiful backyard. It was advertised to sleep 16 people, I woud not recommend it for a party that size. Bedrooms have beds & reclining sofas, which I can only assume they are counting as sleeping areas. The theater room has reclining chairs, which which would be the only way to accommodate that many people. There were also not enough plates or silverware for more than 10 guests.This IS NOT your home away from home!! Apparently you are only allowed to have 4 visitors and they must be gone by midnight. We actually went out for adult fun. We had two (teen) family members to come over to babysit our children (ages 10 & 12). We were charged additional person fees for them. We were informed about the guest curfew at that time with a demand for immediate payment or our stay would be canceled!! Additionally, BE CAREFUL!! Although the home is decent, the stairs are loose and seriously need repair. The rugs in the entryway should be removed as well, they pose a hazard for tripping. We didn't have a opportunity to enjoy the pool due to the weather, but I was afraid we would be charged additionally for using it as well. All & allhe ho

Beautiful home!
Super easy check in. We stayed for a weekend family trip. Comfortable beds, plenty of space… everything we needed for our stay. Would love to stay here again!! Pool and landscaping were superb!

Nice property, conveniently located off the highway. Some maintenance needed in the house - steps need maintenance (loose boards); tripping hazard. Back yard is nice but not inviting due to weeds, old furniture.

The property was awesome, and the owner was so accommodating. We stayed here from Florida, during Hurricane Milton and it was a perfect location. Close to restaurants, Shopping and Savannah RiverWalk. The house had plenty of room and an amazing movie theatre room. The pool area was very nice. The home has everything that you should need for a nice stay.

Has potential to be a great VRBO
This is constructive criticism only, as we really did enjoy our stay and the pool was great. - the dishwasher wasn’t working, as reported by previous stays. Once reported the property manager sent someone to get it going - the rugs are curling up causing several people to trip coming into the house and from kitchen to dining area - one of the beds had dirty sheets with hair and makeup on the pillow - overall we we’re missing basic necessities like pillows for the pullout couches and extra blankets. There was also insufficient plates and butter knives for the 12 people we were hosting(only 4 knives available) with the dishwasher not working, this made for a lot of manual cleanups

Fell short of expectations of “luxury home”
Unfortunately,upon arrival, we found a beautiful home that was in need of a deep cleaning, minor repairs and updated furniture and rugs. There was a broken chair on the front porch. The floors downstairs were not clean. The furniture was dusty. The appliances were scratched and dented and had not been wiped down. The sofa was dated and had feathers coming out of it. One of the bar stools had a missing foot rest. The home needs some TLC, especially at the price.

Old Lady Birthday Bunch!
We are a group of friends that travel and stay in VRBO homes at least twice a year. Please take this review as constructive criticism as we ultimately had a great time. Pros: - Pool was our favorite! We spent most of our time out back! - The Movie Room was a great way to wind down in the evening. Cons: - If says it sleeps 16. If you are a larger party it would not very comfortable to stay in with that many people. - 1 large trash receptacle (1/2 full and stinky upon arrival). Need more based on number of people. - Indoor pull-out trash receptacle was very hard to pull out. - The dishwasher (mentioned in past reviews) still didn't work. - The backyard fences on both sides (mentioned in a past review) were still broken. It makes your wonderful backyard look trashy. - Stocked kitchen? Not really. It was a bunch of odds and ends. - The pool umbrella over the table is not in very good shape. The fabric is pulling off each end and makes it difficult to create any shade. - There was a layer of soap scum on the in-suite bathroom door. The other bathrooms were fine.

Just what we needed!
We were in town for a family wedding. We needed a place to stay for grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. It was ideal. Great layout. Comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen. Convenient location. We were very happy with it. :)

Check in process was easy and host was very responsive. Some updates need to be made to the house/yard. Dishwasher was falling out of the cabinets and moldy, fence was down on both sides, walls were scuffed up. Missed in the listing that you have to ask ahead for heated pool so that was on us, pool still have vacuum in it when we arrived but was not super clean. Worked for our big group and everything in the house felt clean.

This home was so welcoming, you could tell that it was filled with love. My family came from all over for my son's college graduation and we spent almost the whole time in the pool. It was beautiful! After a long weekend we could not find our cell phone. After hours searching we had no choice but go home without it. They meet us 2 hours away to return the phone once they found it. We are forever grateful and will be back!

Bachelor Party Long Weekend
After ravel hung out in pool before going to get supper (Hooters). Discovered downtown and had fancy steak dinner (Stone & Websters) and then more partying into early morning. Boat ride Saturday afternoon around Hiton Head Island. Fresh Oysters and She Crab soup on the island (Brother Shuckers). Back in Savannah in time to catch Hockey playoffs at a sports bar. Sunday up in time to go through checkout task and head for home. reat weekend.

Great Vacation Property
We had the best vacation at this property. The backyard pool, fire pit, grill and place for myself and my four adult children to hang out was so awesome. The property was very clean and organized. We had an internet issue that was addressed and resolved immediately. I would highly recommend renting this property for your next Savannah trip!
