the Hyatt Regency e bay historic location perfect but the rooms are very dirty
This hotel that I booked through " suiteness" or something like this. They buy the rooms ahead of time so not their fault totally. The hotel is very nice inside the lobby but even that is a bit dirty. When we got into our suite The view was beautiful but it was so so dirty. I called management and they were came up numerous times . They said they couldn't get the stains off the wallpaper or doors, but worked on the stuff that was in the bathroom and on the beds.
They were nice and brought us food but I couldn't relax because everything seemed dirty even the sheets. I ended up reading other reviews to this fact. Not what I expected from a Hyatt. I traveled by car overnight from Boston and we arrived at 10:30am and I even paid for the night before to make sure everything would be open and ready. Also called at 4:00 am on the way down. When I arrived it was as if I never talked to any of them.
This is a junior suite with a king bed and a petition into a living and eating area- they connect with another roomy hat has two double beds and another bathroom. The bathrooms are very small. Spent a lot of time and energy talking to this person and that person telling my story over and over again. It seemed the left hand didn't know what the right was doing . There really anyone to call on your behalf.
Then I left my computer there and they said they had it , then it became lost , then they found again .
Overall I would stay again but think they are having staffing issues and that is why they didn't have good cleaners .
