“Brian and Patsi have created the perfect place to stay, nice and comfortable, with attention to detail. The Boathouse is just an awesome place to kick back and relax. Everything seemed to be well thought out and the decorative touches were beautiful. The location is perfect as well - just a short drive to Savannah and Tybee Island. “Everything about this place is wonderful. Anything you need is in the cottage. We cooked many meals here. Used the grill as well. Cant say enough about the pool and the lake. The owners continually made sure we had anything we needed. Shelter by the pool and on the dock, extra bait for fishing. The location was a lucky choice. It is hot in july but a constant breeze on this island makes it 10 degrees cooler than in town. We cannot wait to get back.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Cooper Cottage. It was a great location for our active family of four. It is located on a nice quiet street a block away from Forsyth Park. My husband and I would go for runs in the morning and then grab a coffee from Collins Quarter located in Forsyth Park. The biggest plus was the off street parking and the washer and dryer. “This is an amazing place to stay. It’s right in the middle of downtown so you don’t have to drive hardly at all. The owners across the courtyard were the absolute sweetest people with the cutest two dogs. They are major dog lovers our Aussie loved being here and making new friends. The carriage house was so clean and the perfect amount of space for two people and a fur baby. ”
