¡Villa Rossana es una propiedad única debido a su ubicación justo en el océano! en el pueblo pesquero de bajo perfil de Savaneta. Viene con un gran camino de entrada / estacionamiento, capacidad para 9 personas, aire acondicionado, cocina totalmente equipada, playa privada y un muelle privado. Impresionantes vistas del atardecer! La villa tiene la combinación perfecta entre lujo y estilo de vida relajado de la isla. Situado entre el popular restaurante "Flying Fishbone" y el mercado / restaurante de pescado "Zeerovers". Solo 8 min. del aeropuerto.

La villa tiene 4500 pies cuadrados y está construida en un lote frente al mar y cuenta con 2 edificios, la casa principal y un garaje y cuarto de lavado con baño exterior. La casa principal tiene 4 dormitorios y una cama Murphy en el patio de la sala de estar con vistas al agua. Toda la casa tiene aire acondicionado y debido a que la casa tiene paneles solares, toda la electricidad está incluida en el precio del alquiler. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y un baño en suite. BR # 2 está conectado al dormitorio principal y tiene una cama individual. BR # 3 tiene una cama Queen y comparte un baño con BR # 4 que también tiene una cama Queen. Para que la casa pueda dormir 9 en las camas existentes. La cocina totalmente equipada tiene todo lo que necesitas. Fantastic place with a few caveats.

First, we'd go back and stay in this home again. For the money, it's hard to beat the location, the view, the palapa, and a number of other fantastic amenities provided. Taxi cost is about 40 to the North end. Aruba is an arid island with desert-like conditions. It's south of the hurricane zone and is around 80 degrees every day, an obvious part of its appeal. The people are kind. You'll be fleeced some for your American so it pays to understand the exchange rate and carry local currency.We'd revisit this island and we would return to this home. Paradise

Villa Rossana is a spacious, beautifully decorated house, with a brand-new, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. The MBR is large, with a beautiful master bath. All the beds were comfortable. Multiple ductless mini split AC systems provide quiet, efficient cooling throughout the house. There is a car port for parking your car in the shade and a motorized gate (operation is a bit flimsy, maybe the remote needs a new battery). The backyard of Villa Rosana is right at the ocean, has palm trees and other beautiful plants and iguanas! There is a full size, shaded outdoor kitchen (gas grill, sink, beverage fridge) with a bar-it's perfect! Our favorite place was the dock gazebo! From comfy, lounge chairs, you can enjoy the breeze and watch pelicans fish at the outer reef. From the lower deck of the dock, you can dive right into the clear, calm water. If you snorkel, you can find quite a variety of marine life right underneath the dock!  There are three kayaks with paddles for exploring the bay and visiting Seaglass Island. Two minutes on foot takes you to two restaurants that offer fundamentally different seafood experiences, we found both to be special. Wintergarden groceries is local, US-style groceries are at Super Food Plaza. If you want a truly authentic, fresh fish market experience, check out Centro Di Pesca Spaans Lagoen (early AM or 6PM). In summary, we loved Villa Rossana and couldn't imagine a better place to experience Aruba-highly recommended!

Great Location

Wonderful property located in the quiet part of the island. Host was very accommodating and even arranged for our grocery delivery prior to our arrival. Would definitely recommend this house for a relaxing stay in Aruba.

Beautiful house with lots of space. Dock was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon drinks watching the sunset. Flying Fishbone next door is a must!

Best vacation in years!

My sister and my family stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. Nice quiet neighborhood but still plenty close to enjoy all the Aruba has to offer. We will definitely be back!

Private, luxurious house right on the ocean

House was as big and fully equipped as described in a quiet location. 2 great restaurants within 100 yards walking distance, and supermarkets 1/2 mile away. Beautiful views, but the location is windy. Property manager very responsive, airport 10 minutes away, Aruba roads easy to get around.

Stay was great!

A few things to remember when staying here. Easy to get to anywhere on the island but you will need a car for sure. Flying Fishbone and Zeeover are literally a 2 minute walk in either direction out your door and extremely good. The dock is amazing but the fishing was rough. 4 days of trying and we caught nothing. That being said the fishing on the entire island is terrible. The charters weren’t catching anything either. If you’re looking for an amazing beach and family fun spot this is it. Our kids are scared of the ocean so a pool would have been awesome but other than that we wouldn’t change a thing. Next time we would just stay at their other property here in Aruba with the pool.

Palapa is life

Loved the direct oceanfront property. A coffee in the palapa is a genius way to start any day. Appreciated the kayaks and beach chairs that were available. Great communication when we had questions about the villa/island. Concierge service was super helpful organizing private ATV tour and private chefs (shout out to Chef Martjin and Chef Shirley!). Loved it. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful

The house is spacious and well appointed, but the real fun is the outside. We spent most of the week on the dock which is beautiful and comfortable. Directly across the water, a five-minute kayak away, is a lagoon with more fish than I have ever seen snorkeling. Flying Fishbone is a 3-minute walk. At Zeerovers (4 minute walk), you pick your fresh fish and they cook it for you. Great location and food, although crowded. Baby beach is only 20 minutes away. The only downside is that most of the restaurants are north and 20 to 30 minutes away. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful and Private Villa with Spectacular Ocean Views

This villa was everything that was advertised and more!! The house was super clean, spacious and had everything you could possibly need and want for your stay. The property was absolutely gorgeous and the pictures posted don't even do justice of how beautiful it is!! We took full advantage of the outdoor kitchen, the tiki hut right on the ocean, and the beach space. The water was perfect for swimming and kayaking and the views were breathtaking. We enjoyed every second of our vacation in this home and can't wait to come back!!
