Great spot. Our entire family enjoyed this house so much especially the movie theater and the hot tub! Host was great and easy to communicate with.

We had a few issues with the cleaning but once I reached out to management issue was resolved. Check in was easy. The house is amazing for a big group. Located just minutes from everything. We renamed the house "The Treehouse".

Fun Family Stay

Very comfortable accommodations for our family. Very clean, well stocked, great deck for dinners outside, kids loved the game room, fun family shows in the theatre. Saugatuck is beautiful and we enjoyed the shops, restaurants, beach and Dune rides and golf. Evgeny was a wonderful host- kind and always quick to respond.

Amazing stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for my friend’s birthday weekend. Our host, Eugene, was the absolute best. He went above and beyond with communication and made sure our stay was absolutely perfect. The house was very beautiful and it was super fun having the arcade room and movie theater! The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee selection was great. I am so glad we chose this house and would highly recommend this place!

Excellent, fun property with a perfect location.

Gorgeous, unique property that's really conducive to group stays.Lovely hot tub, great bedrooms, beautiful view. The arcade is super fun, and the movie theatre is divine.Easy 10 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck, and easy drive down Blue Star Highway to Douglas.Would absolutely say again.

Nice home good location

Overall good but some things were broken or dirty. Plates, cups and 2 bedroom sheets were dirty. The record player has no needle, the hunting game only one side worked, there was no charger for the virtual game and the recliner chairs kept having to be reset. Also had onky 3 pieces of wood so we had to purchase more. Loved all the separate rooms, very spaces, guests loved the expresso machine.

Excellent getaway

Property was amazing and had something for each of our family. Great walking location to downtown Saugtauck. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Weekend family getaway

All the beds here were super comfortable! The walk to downtown was easy and quick. Drive to the beach for a fun filled day was 10 minutes and back to the house for games and family fun. Eugene, the host, was readily available and great.

Family Weekend

This property far exceeded our expectations. The location was beautiful and a short walk into town. The house was clean and furnished nicely. The kitchen had all of the "extras" to make it feel like home. With one rainy day, the game room and home theater, provided entertainment for everyone. Would definitely visit this property again!
