Tranquila casa de campo, a solo 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad medieval y de las tiendas, cerca de muchos sitios históricos, ubicada en la tranquila campiña de Dordoña con amplias vistas de las exuberantes colinas desde las habitaciones principales y balcón, con vistas a la zona de la piscina.
Piscina privada en jardín de flores de 2000 m², con parking y puertas.

Tiene capacidad para 2 a 5 personas en cómodas habitaciones con muebles tradicionales franceses. TV con recepción satelital en todas las habitaciones..
• Amplia sala de estar / comedor con chimenea y leña en pleno funcionamiento para un incendio nocturno.
Reproductor de DVD y estéreo, acceso ilimitado a Wi Fi, libros y juegos de mesa.
• Dos habitaciones, una con dos camas de 90 x 190, otra con cama king size, 180 x 200 + cama individual, 90 x 190, ropa de cama nueva con edredones o mantas continentales. Armarios empotrados. Cuna plegable con bañera para bebés, cambiador y trona.
• Cocina totalmente equipada con nevera-congelador de lado a lado con dispensador de agua y hielo, cafetera Expresso con molinillo para café recién hecho, placa de inducción de 4 quemadores, microondas y hornos tradicionales, lavavajillas y lavadoras de ropa (detergente y tabletas proporcionadas).

Het huis is gelegen op een hoogte op ca. 5 km ten westen van het centrum van Sarlat. De buurt is extreem rustig. Het zicht naar het zuiden vanop het balkonterras is prachtig. De ontvangst verliep zeer vlot en hartelijk. Contacten verlopen best per telefoon (op mail werd niet geantwoord). Het huis is niet modern maar netjes onderhouden en bijzonder proper. De keuken is voorzien van meer dan voldoende faciliteiten. Badkamer en kamers prima. Mogelijk minpuntje: er is slechts één airco toestel voor het volledige huis. Dan maar afkoelen in het niet verwarmde zwembad ;-)

We had a lovely stay at the property. The owners have thought of everything and were extremely welcoming and helpful. The outdoor area is stunning. It’s unusual to find such a great outdoor area/facilities with a two bedroom property in a great location and this is why we choose it. Lots of activities in the area

Magnificent
Beautiful house, very comfortable and central to so many wonderful attractions Sarlat/ le roque gageac/ beynac/ domme/ Lascaux etc the outside area including the pool, BBQ, seating areas, boules court and table tennis really made our stay wonderful.

Erholung im Périgord
Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt. Haus liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen schönen Pool. Einrichtung etwas angestaubt, aber alles in Ordnung. Entfernung zum historischen Ortskern ca. 4 Kilometer, zum nächsten Bäcker knapp 2 Kilometer, für Fußgänger allerdings nicht ideal (auf beiden Strecken nur Autostraßen ohne Fußweg, zum Stadtzentrum zudem ca. 250 Höhenmeter Steigung pro Weg.

A slice of paradise
The house is well proportioned, bright, airy and light. The pool is amazing, super clean and a very good size. The pool is set in an amazing garden. So the view from the balcony above is amazing, with the further view over the hills and forests below the property. Throughly enjoyed our stay and both at the house and Sarlat and the surrounding area.

Stunning setting, comfort, relaxation
The house is great, looked after really well and extremely clean. There was everything you need in the kitchen. The lady even left us some juice, wine, and water to welcome us. There are plenty of towels and bedding. There is air conditioning so it kept the house cool. The owner lives downstairs but she’s extremely polite and minds her own business. I wish we spoke more French to be able to converse better with her. One thing I would note is that there were quite a lot of mosquitos. People should remember that the villa is surrounded by greenery but that comes with all sorts of ecosystems. We got some mosquito spray and it was fine. Overall, gorgeous stay!

We’d come back tomorrow
We spent two wonderful weeks this June in this property with Catherine who was very welcoming but left you in peace unless needed. Although we mainly ate on the balcony there are loads of places to eat around the garden. The kitchen had every bit of equipment imaginable with a boulangerie about one mile away and Carrefour just 8 Kms away. The property is quite high up with lovely distant views. If you have children, they’ll love it, pool, enclosed trampoline, netball stand, table tennis table,, . whilst we were there there were cuckoos which were lovely to hear. We enjoyed every moment and loved returning after busy days out!

Very well equipped inside and out. Very quiet location. Needs better internal Wi-Fi - signal drops in bedroom. Another AC unit would be better. Pool area is well done and in excellent order. Delightful owner.

Mooi huis, prachtige locatie
Het huis ligt nabij Sarlat en tal van mooie dorpjes, is rustig gelegen, heeft een mooi uitzicht, is van alle gemakken voorzien en compleet ingericht. De bedden zijn uitstekend. De ontvangst door Nicole was prettig. We hebben er een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad.

A Wonderful Week in Dordogne
We had a terrific weeks holiday at this property. Sarlat itself is an old, intriguing and beautiful town, teemng with restaurants. It is a spotlessly clean town too. There were other fabulous towns to visit nearby (Beynac de Cazenac, La Roque de Gageac, and particularly Domme to name a few). We enjoyed several hot, sunny days that we spent lazing around the pool so we only scratched the surface of what the area has to offer during our week. The property itself is situated on a quiet road about 3 - 4km from Sarlat and for nearly all activities, a car journey is required, though it's only a short drive (10 mins or so) to town. The house was immaculate and full of charm and character with high quality furnishings. Unusually for a rental, nearly everything you require was supplied at no extra cost - think little things like soap at every basin, dishwasher tablets/liquid, toilet rolls by the score, and so many towels you could fill a garage! The garden was lovely and very well kept, and in the evening you could light it up, sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The pool was pristine and whilst not heated, was warm enough from the sun alone. Nicole lives in the basement at the rear of the property and was on hand for advice and help, though my French is poor and at times I had to resort to emailing her, whereupon she would respond promptly with the aid of Internet translation services. She was never intrusive, but was kind, patient with my dreadful French, and a very capable person it was a joy to meet. If you are looking to holiday in this area of France, don't hesitate to stay here. As a family, we are glad that we did!

Wonderful Stay
We chose Nicole's house for our first visit to the Dordogne based upon the photographs depicting both the exterior and interior of the house. The photographs did not disappoint and are a true reflection of what to expect on arrival. The house is spotless, spacious and well equipped. The interior is elegant and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is filled with every gadget imaginable. Outside there is the fabulous pool area, sun loungers and parasols which we really took advantage of, a boules pitch, a table tennis table and a trampoline. There is also a fabulous bbq area and so many different seating areas where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or an aperitif in the evening. The view from the terrace is fabulous and we enjoyed watching the glorious sunrises and sunsets. Nicole lives downstairs and she kindly waited up for us when we arrived late in the evening to show us around. She is very friendly and discreet but on hand to answer any questions. We loved every minute of our stay in her home and would return in a heartbeat. It's a perfect base to explore Sarlat and the surrounding villages of the Dordogne e.g. La Roque Gageac. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay at Nicole's home. You will not be disappointed!

1ère fois que nous réservions chez l'habitant. Mais là aucun soucis, la propriétaire est très discrète, et en même temps disponible et réactive (nous avons eu un problème avec une douche, un réparateur est venu dans les 2 heures pour tout remettre en place!). endroit au calme, très bonne literie et très belle piscine.

Fantastisch huis op een prachtige locatie.
Geweldige woning, van alle gemakken voorzien en heel fijne ruim met groot zwembad. De eigenaresse woont onder het gastenverblijf maar privacy blijft gewaarborgd. Aanrader!

Tout le confort et le calme en plein Périgord Noir
La location est exactement conforme à l'annonce, tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires sont présents. Localisation extrêmement calme. La maison convient pour une famille de 4. Air conditionné dans la maison. Wifi un peu faiblard par moment. Voiture nécessaire pour se rendre en ville. Propriétaire présente mais extrêmement discrète (et sympathique). La piscine (et sa plage) ainsi que le superbe jardin offrant des endroits ombragés ont été plus qu'appréciés avec des températures de plus de 40°. Table de ping pong, terrain de boules, panier de basket, jeux d'extérieurs et trampoline disponibles. Merveilleuse région à découvrir absolument, un grand nombre d'activités/visites à moins de 30 minutes de la location (elle même à 5 min de Sarlat). Excellent accueil de la propriétaire qui a à coeur de faire passer le meilleur séjour possible à ses locataires. Un tout grand merci.

In Sarlat aber trotzdem im Grünen
Wir haben noch nie ein saubereres Ferienhaus angetroffen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Miet-Objekten trafen wir auf höherwertiges Mobiliar und Elektrogeräte. Trotz Einliegerwohnung der Eigentümerin waren wir für uns allein und der Pool half uns, die Hitzewelle vom Juli zu überstehen. Als Ausgangspunkt für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um Sarlat, ist das Haus hervorragend geeignet.

Nicole’s home is lovely. The outside photos all do justice, but the interior is far more elegant and spacious than expected. We don’t speak French and Nicole doesn’t speak English but we were able to email and translate the important stuff so all good. Nicole stays in the apartment below but completely private for guest. A perfect house and garden
The house is beautiful, very comfortable and the kitchen a cooks delight. Everything was very clean and the gardens and pool were immaculate. It was lovely to listen to birdsong all day and Sarlat is a very pretty medival town with lots of very good restaurants. Nicole is very helpful and on site. It’s a perfect place to go.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Landhaus in Stadtnähe
Das Haus ist geräumig, mit perfekter moderner Küchenausstattung, großem Garten und exklusiver Nutzung des Swimming-Pools. Es liegt ruhig, 10 Autominuten über Landstraßen von Stadtzentrum, Supermarkt etc. entfernt. Das Auto parkt auf gesichertem Grundstück. Schöner weiter Blick in die Landschaft von der Terrasse aus.
