Esta acogedora villa de estilo costero con vista al mar tiene 5 dormitorios y 4 baños, ubicada en el área de la playa de Ocotal, Guanacaste.

Esta villa se encuentra a poca distancia de la playa y cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, muebles de alta gama, una increíble vista al mar, un área de descanso al aire libre y lujo en todas partes.

La sala de estar cuenta con ventanas envolventes con vista al Océano Pacífico y las montañas.

Tres dormitorios están en el primer piso y dos están en el segundo piso con su propio balcón adjunto.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King, Smart TV, amplio espacio, puertas corredizas que dan al balcón, baño privado con tin de hidromasajes y vestidor.

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama tamaño queen, balcón, Smart TV y baño privado también.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property
We loved this property and were wow'ed with how clean and perfect it was for our visit. We had 4 couples stay and we loved the layout and gathering spaces. The pool and outdoor spaces were excellent. One of the most fully stocked kitchens and just overall best property that we have stay3d at.

Villa Alicia is a beautiful home, in a great location, within walking distance to the beach. The villa is clean ,well stocked,and very nicely appointed. If you are looking at this property, book it... you will be so happy!!

Vacation in Paradise
Villa Alicia is one of the most exquisite rentals I have ever stayed at. The property grounds were gorgeous, the house was spotless, and the property manager, Ilse, made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect: walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend staying here if you want a 5 experience!!!

Great Villa
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The property was impeccably maintained, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it a joy to cook meals and enjoy them in the spacious dining area. We felt completely secure with the nighttime security services, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and tidy, adding to our overall comfort. Plus, the villa is conveniently located near some great restaurants. We really enjoyed Father Rooster and Soluna. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Also, Ilse was very responsive to any questions we had about the villa. Highly recommend.

Stay at this villa!
If you’re looking for a place that accommodates a big group, don’t hesitate to book this house! The pictures don’t even do it justice. We were 7 adults and 2 children in mixed families and everyone had their own space/privacy due to the amazing layout of the house. The view is amazing, the location is great with a very easy walk to the beach. Thank you so much to Ilse who was such a great host! :)

Book this Villa…exceptional!
If I could rate this property more than 5 Stars I would. From the moment you arrive you are swept away with beautiful views of the house itself the countryside, and the ocean surrounding it. The property manager met us there to show us around, meet the housekeeper and the on-site security guard. Every furnishing in the home is top-notch and we had plenty of space for our large group. All of the rooms were fully stocked with any possible amenity we needed. We did the grocery delivery service and not only was everything delivered, it was put away for us when we arrived. Literally did not need to do anything the whole week. Communication with the host was excellent. The walk to the beach was easy and there are many restaurants and stores close by. Cannot wait to return to this villa one day and will be definitely referring it to friends.

Absolutely Stunning!
This house is gorgeous! The views are amazing and the house is immaculate! Ilse is wonderful, she is so sweet and kind! She met us at the house on arrival and told us the best places to eat and arranged all activities for us. She also arranged all of our transportation as well, I didn't have to worry about booking anything! We also had groceries delivered before we arrived, they have thought about everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house is so gorgeous that we didn't want to leave. We swam all day in the heated pool, enjoying the views and wildlife! We ate at Father Rooster most nights, its within walking distance from the house and its a great little spot on the beach with a nice atmosphere. We travelled with young kids and walking there was no problem. We travelled during July, and while it is the rainy season it didn't affect our trip! We had great weather everyday and just a couple nights after dark we had thunderstorms. I was worried about bugs as we have visited Costa Rica before, but I was surprised that there were barely any bugs at this house. Inside and outside. We flew into Liberia airport which was only about 40 minutes from the house. Ilse set up a large van transfer that fit the entire family. After leaving the house we drove to Arenal Volcano for a couple nights, it was about 3 and a half hours from the house. I highly recommend this property if your planning to visit, we definitely will be back! Thank you!

Beautiful home and property. Enjoyed the pool and easy walk to a gorgeous beach with great snorkling (gear provided by host), black sand, and Father Roosters (food and drinks). Spacous bedrooms with beautiful ocean views. Great family time together grilling by the pool and eating outside.

Villa Alicia - March 31 - April 10
This property rates more than a 5 star. We were a family of 12, 6 adults, 6 children and the house was perfect for this size group. The pictures really do not do it justice, it is such a beautiful home and is fully stocked with everything one needs. The pool was amazing! The location is as it states - easily walkable to the beautiful Playa Ocotal and the great Father Roosters restaurant. We found Ocotal Beach to be the best snorkeling beach in the area. Ilse the property manager was wonderful, always responsive to our many questions and or needs, we thank you so much for making this an unforgettable vacation. A big shout out and thank you to the housecleaning, groundskeeper and security staff as well.

Amazing week at Villa Alicia in Ocotal Beach!
We had three families (6 adults and 5 teens) spend a week at Villa Alicia. The house was even better than advertised. There was plenty of room for all three families and the amenities were excellent. Ilse was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Marie and Lester (house keeping and grounds keeper) were amazing and kept the home spotless. We loved walking down to Father Roosters for dinner. The staff there was amazing and the food was delicious. All in all it was a great week and I would recommend staying at Villa Alicia to anyone. Pura Vida!

Beautiful House & Location
This was such an enjoyable house to stay at. Beautifully designed and decorated. The kitchen, fully stocked with whatever you should need. The pool and outdoor table to play games and have lunch or dinner. Plenty of space. We would definitely give a 5 star review.

We spent a week at villa Alicia and it exceeded all our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. The property is immaculate. Communication with ilse the property owner was amazing. She was always responsive to all my questions. And greeted us upon arrival. The views are exceptional. We loved waking up to the beautiful scenery and hanging out around the house. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. We were a group of 12 and it never felt crowded. We highly recommend the villa

Perfect stay
Our group really enjoyed staying in Ilse’s villa. We could not believe how amazing it was the minute we stepped in. The pictures are great, but the place is even more amazing in person. The house was extremely clean, well decorated and very well stocked. Cleanliness is very important to us and honestly this place looked brand new. Also, there were no bugs!!! We spent most of the time outdoors. The outdoor furniture is so comfortable and placed strategically between dining section and the pool. We were there at the end of Nov and there were no mosquitoes around the property. The views were incredible and we found the area to be charming in its own way. There is a great restaurant on the beach just a short 7 min walk from the villa. We were six adults and walked to the restaurant a few times late in the evening and we felt very safe. Ilse was such a wonderful host. She is very nice, very caring and responds immediately. She is one of the best hosts I have dealt with. We stayed for 4 nights and the 2nd part of the trip was in Arenal area. Nobody wanted to leave this villa. It was an incredible stay. We would definitely come back.

Exceptional Stay
This is truly a beautiful home, the bedrooms are plentiful, the kitchen is perfect and the views are priceless. We traveled in July so AC was important to us. There is an AC unit in every room and the house was definitely cool enough for us to enjoy. Father Roosters is a must to sit and enjoy dinner and cocktails while the children played on the beach. It was a highlight of our trip for sure!

Holiday stay in Ocotal
My family stayed here during the New Years holiday and it was a lovely stay! Super clean, great amenities, great ocean views and plenty of space for a large group of family and friends. The neighborhood is far enough away from other homes that the area is fairly quiet, and you can see plenty of birds and hear howler monkeys in the distance in the morning. We walked down to Father Rooster's and the beach many times and the kids absolutely loved the pool. Having the gardener nearby really helped when we needed little things for the house or recommendations on where to eat. We stayed with our friends and their families who had never been to Costa Rica and we all now have wonderful memories of our time together to ring in 2023!

Awesome Stay in Ocotal
We have stayed in 3 properties in Ocotal over the years and this was the best in overall terms. The house is recently refurbished and EVERYTHING was brand new and well appointed. My wife is huge on air conditioning and this house is very well air conditioned in every room. It is little lower down the hill than some of the other properties we've stayed at, but the view is still amazing. (And it put us within walking distance of Father Roosters which is our favorite hangout) The property owner/manager was very responsive and helpful and the housekeeper and maintenance fellow kept everything spotless. We would for sure stay here again when in Ocotal.
