On the Bay
We loved our stay on the bay. Beautiful views, picturesque sunsets, and quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed to create the perfect peaceful vacation.

Beautiful Bay House
We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived after the guests before us had a giant party so had to deal with the fallout of this happening. Dave worked very hard to make everything right asap. Amazing sunsets!! Doc needs to be redone and new SUPs are needed as the ones there put fiberglass into our skin. Proximity to AMI is wonderful. Had a great time with family and our pups too!

Relaxing!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect, and not a crowded beach area which is what we wanted. The pool and hot tub were so great to use, as well as the dock for fishing and magnet fishing for our kids. The best were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the TVs in app the locations. The AC was ice cold, and the covered patio area was a dream. We had plenty of towels, beach towels, bedding, pillows, ect. There were plenty of necessities stocked in the kitchen and pantry to make it feel just like home to us. The only downfall to our stay was a neighbor (2 men) knocking on the door to ask if they could go look at the boat on the property. Supposedly they had permission from the owner of the house, but it made us uncomfortable. We declined for our safety, and they left cordially. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

If you are looking for fancy and perfect this house may not be your best choice, but if you like simple and clean with an absolutely stunning view of the bay and sunsets, you should consider this. We paid a little extra for pool heat but it was REALLY heated well and the hot tub was wonderful. The manager was very accessible when we needed some help figuring out the pool. The dock is not in the best shape but we caught all types of fish from it and lots of hours spent out there. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Quiet neighborhood and amazing view!
This house wasvery clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is super quiet and the view is breathtaking! This is a great place to get away and just relax! We enjoyed spending time on the back patio, swimming in the pool, watching sunsets, and fishing feom the dock!

Some Good and Some Bad
We really liked the location. Spent a lot of time in pool and boys fishing although only caught catfish! Saw dolphins and a stingray and a manatee and lots of fish. We had a few issues at first. Doug, the owner, was very responsive. We had two major issues: 1. Although the house was pretty outdated we were okay with that because we liked the location. However, because of the price we were paying, over $3000 for the week, we would have expected a more organized house. This house had all kinds of random stuff in drawers and cabinets and closets. It just felt junky. The sheets were so thin, thought they were going to rip easily. Bedspread in master had a big hole in it. There was trash in trash cans when we arrived. 2. Evolve was very unresponsive. We tried to add an extra day. Two months later we got a response. We asked about taking a dog and waited for a response regarding the fee. We got an email from Evolve on Tuesday after we arrived at the rental house. We will never rent through Evolve again.

Great views, property needs a bit TLC
Great location and beautiful views. Unfortunately the pool was filled with algae and we had to wait 2 days for the pool guy to show up, which didn’t help until his second visit. With only a 5 day stay we didn’t get to enjoy it, sadly that was the feature that brought us to this property. Bathrooms also needed additional cleaning before we were comfortable using them with significant amount of mold growing in showers and shower courtains. Overall a bit disappointed…3 of 5 stars

Simply the best
The house is super cozy and we could find everything we need there. The view from all parts of the house is breathtaking. The pool is great as well as the spa. Doug assisted me with the pool and spa temp anytime I needed. He is a wonderful host. The best part of the whole trip... The sunset. Never have I seen so beautiful sunsets in my entire life. Just sitting on the pier and watching the spectacle. It was a great experience for me and my family and friends.

Enjoyed our stay!
Lots of room and we were very comfortable. It was great to have the dock for fishing. The outdoor tv was a nice surprise - fun watching hockey playoffs from the hot tub. Really enjoyed the quiet mornings on the water. Thx for sharing your place.

Amazing house with a fantastic location! Very private and quiet!!!!
We had a fantastic 3 weeks! Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice setup for 2 couples (bedrooms were on opposite sides the house) .Very quiet and private;even when we were on the dock! We spent the majority of our time in the Lanai where there was comfortable seating to watch TV, table to eat all our meals, and a fantastic heated pool & Spa. Enjoyed fishing of the dock. Great time was had by all!

The place was a mess when we arrived!
There was a screw up between the owner and the cleaning crew, so we we opened the door after traveling from around the country, we found trash, dirty dishes and unmade beds. We spent the first three hours cleaning and doing laundry. The owner was nice but made no offers to compensate us. Overall the house is in generally declining sate, but the location generally makes up for it. But since the rates went up 40% since our previous stay, it's just not worth it. If you want a house with mismatched furniture, dirty carpets, a messy garage, junk in every drawer, etc but has a great view, this is for you.

Great summer trip!
We had a great time at the house on the bay. The house was great for 9 of us, room for us all to gather and enough rooms to have space!! Pool was fabulous We enjoyed the sunsets! Few minor issues but host and owner both were easy to get ahold of and took care of things!!

Excellent Vacation home
We were very impressed with the property, pool, dock and even the neighbors! They were very friendly and kind. It was the perfect getaways for us and we are planning on booking it again for the same time next year. It had everything you could think of. We loved it. The reason I only gave 1 star for communication with the property manager was because I was unable to contact him before or during our stay-nothing important. I just wanted to notify the owners that they had a delivery from Amazon and I had put the box next to the table by the front door. The phone number and email address must be updated as I tried to email him to ask a question and it kept bouncing back. But overall highly recommended! 5 out of 5 stars!

We will be back!!!
This house was awesome definitely one of my favorites I have ever booked. Breathtaking views. Close to beaches including Madeira my absolute favorite. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything you could need while on vacation. The overview needs updated. It is no longer a sleeper sofa in the office it’s another queen bed. Sleeps 8 comfortably. There are two couches in the living room but not sleepers. We stayed during tropical storm eta. Doug the owner was beyond amazing with making sure we were ready for the storm. And the neighbors around us really took us under their wing. If you are a sunset fan this is your house you will not be disappointed. My kids 9 and 5 loved the dolphins, the pool, seeing all the fish around the dock, the banana, and coconut trees in the front yard. When we arrived we were a little confused how to turn on the pool/spa normally it’s been a knob on the wall this house has a remote in the dining room. Which I think should be on the welcome email 🤣🤣 for us northerners. Thank you Doug and sharron for an amazing and eventful vacation.

Absolute Gem!
Clean, comfortable, spacious! This house was a great find. The place was clean when we arrived, all of the appliances worked and the beds were comfortable. The house is situated right on the water, with a dock extending out. The kids enjoyed watching the dolphins, sting rays and manatees up close. It was a great lesson in marine biology and the ecosystem of the bay, so I didn't feel so guilty taking them out of school for the week. The house is situated away from the tourist spots on the islands, so the neighborhood was nice and peaceful. I would certainly recommend this house to other families. We will look to book this again in the near future if it is available! Great place!
