Unfortunately, my stay at this property was disappointing. There are some positive aspects and some negative ones, depending on the guest’s expectations. The description on the website is misleading and does not correspond to reality.
Positives:
* Good location, close to Shopping Higienópolis and Praça Vilaboim. A supermarket is one block from the property. Safe neighborhood.
* Attentive staff and efficient housekeeping.
* Acceptable gym with the essentials.
* Reasonable work desk with adequate space and good lighting.
* Adequate room service.
* Spacious and clean apartment.
* Price appropriate for what is offered.
Negative points, sometimes irritating:
* Incorrect information on the website (which may have been corrected) regarding breakfast. This hotel DOES NOT include breakfast as stated on the website, and they did not consider offering even a small discount on the daily rate for this false information.
* Although the stay had been prepaid, at check-in they did not acknowledge the advance payment and requested payment again, which was later refunded.
* Many kitchen utensils are missing for it to be considered reasonably equipped. For example, there is no proper knife, no teaspoons, no bottle opener, and no paper towels.
* Old pots and pans that appear dirty.
* Swimming pool not usable due to lack of maintenance. Because of the unstable weather in São Paulo, it was covered with leaves that had not been cleaned.
Good option, but be prepared for some disappoitmens.
