Superbe et confortable
Emplacement parfait très proche de la plage et des commerces. Logement très confortable. On a eu des soucis de fuite/infiltrations réglés en un éclair par l'intervention de Markus. Hautement recommandable.

Heerlijk verblijf
We hebben genoten van ons 12 daagse vakantie! Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk dakterras waar je s avonds lekker even kan nagenieten en een heerlijk terras waar je lekker kan ontbijten.lekker kan ontbijten. De bedden aren prima.

A beautiful apartement in a beautiful town.
Cala D’Or is clean and still very nice and friendly population even though there are many tourists. Great apartement close to Cala Grand and we recommend Fernandos Restaurant.

Mit persönlicher Note eingerichtetes Haus in sehr guter Lage mit schöner Dachterrasse. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der bei einer Problemlösung sofort hilfreich reagiert hat. Großer, sauberer Poolbereich ( allerdings mit wenig Schattenmöglichkeit), Sonnenliegen könnten evtl. einmal ausgetauscht werden.

Phantastisch
Ausstattung, Lage, Pool alles wunderbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden immer wieder gerne in das Beachhaus reisen. Nur ca. 200m zum Strand und ein paar Schritte mehr jede Menge Restaurants und Geschäfte. Trotzdem ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick von der Dachterrasse krönt das Ganze.

The locality and apartment are amazing..habdy for beaches, shops,restaurants etc..all within few mins walk..lovely pool too..mostly had it ourselves..recommend this apartment..markus very friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay

Gemütliches Beach Appartement
sehr schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Nähe zu Strand und Zentrum. Ruhig. Leider durchwegs kaltes Wasser zum Duschen, was aber im Sommer nicht sooo schlimm ist. Wir waren sehr froh über die Klimaanlage.

Close to the beach!
A nice house, very close to the beach. Not too much space, but cosy for a family with two small children. Recommend this house if you’re looking for a nice place to stay, with a private pool, nice terrace on the roof, and close to beach, bars and restaurants.

Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage in Cala D‘or
Die Ferienwohnung wirkt eher wie ein Ferienhaus. Sie hat, inkl. Dachterrasse, 3 Etagen. Das Wohn- / Esszimmer sowie die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist gut. Es sind Wasch- und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Die Küche könnte mal modernisiert werden, ist aber grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Der zu der Anlage zugehörige Pool ist riesig und sehr gepflegt. Es fehlt dort Schatten, daher unbedingt Sonnenschirme mitnehmen. Der Zugang zur Cala Gran ist sehr nah, was top ist, Der Weg ins Zentrum von Cala D’Or ist kurz, die Auswahl an Restaurants ist groß. Alles in Allem haben wir unsere 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung sher genossen.

Beautiful, spacious apartment
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Markus’ beautiful home. Markus’ kept in contact ahead of our trip, greeted us when we arrived and introduced us to the fantastic facilities. We had a number of questions and requests during our trip and Markus was always thoughtful and helpful. We are a family of four, with an 11year old daughter and a 9 years old son and the place was perfect for us! The terrace was like a second living room where we ate many fantastic meals with the cool sea breeze. The space inside the apartment was ideal for our family. The beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water is literally a couple of minutes away and we enjoyed snorkelling, playing on the beach and eating the great food in the beach cafes. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and beautiful – we could have spent our whole holiday in the apartment, its swimming pool and on the beach and had an amazing time. Nearby, within a few minutes’ walk, are lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We shopped at the recommended Supermarket Eroski (3 mins drive). They have a great fresh seafood counter and we had BBQs using the great facilities on the terrace of the apartment and truly enjoyed every meal. Markus was really kind and welcoming and organised everything for us. Thank you for finding me a yoga mat too! In the past reviews, there are comments about the shower but we found that it was fine, we had no issues at all; our kids enjoyed hot baths every evening also. We were incredibly happy with everything on this holiday and would massively recommend this apartment and Markus’ hospitality.

Fijn appartement op een mooie locatie.
Super leuk appartement en erg goed gelegen in Cala D’Or. Voor 4 personen goed te doen. Het was netjes en goed geregeld. De badkamer is nogal verouderd en aan een opknapbeurt toe. Het zwembad wat je deelt met de andere appartementen is prettig. Naastgelegen villa is van Engelse bezitters dus soms behoorlijk luidruchtig. Als je dat niet erg vind heb je een heerlijke plek in een leuk stadje!!

Wunderschöne Aussicht
Zuallererst möchte ich den netten Kontakt zum Vermieter loben. Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem guten und sauberen Zustand und war für 4 Erwachsene reichlich groß. Die oberste Terrasse verfügt über einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf‘s Meer und auf die Berge mit herrlichem Sonnenuntergang. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Lage war perfekt. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und die Flasche Wein.

Wonderful view
Lovely and cozy apartment with perfect terraces. Nice beds in both room. The pool was also perfect. The beach was near the apartment. There were many people on the beach. The only criticism we had was the kitchen area was not very clean, the glass and plates were dirty. We will definitely come again to Cala Dor and rent this apartment:-)

Perfect location
This apartment is in the best of positions. A car isn’t needed as everything is close at hand . The roof terrace is wonderful . It’s spacious , light and airy with effective air con . It is quiet and peaceful . The beds are very comfortable. Overall the apartment is a good place to stay but a couple of improvements would make it fabulous . The shower is not pumped so is often a poor flow ( a trickle ) of water . One evening we had no water at all . The instructions for the television are not clear . It’s ok for German speakers but there are only 2 channels for English. There are other channels available which are on a pay basis which are not mentioned in the instructions. Overall the apartment is well appointed and has most things which are needed , but it is in need of freshening up re decoration and condition of sofas etc , however as we visited at the end of the season this is to be expected to a degree . I’m sure it will be by next season . Could recommend

Cala D'Or Appartment
The property has a great location. Just a couple minutes of walk away from the beautiful Cala Gran cove, where you can leap straight in to the turquoise water and snorkel in the crystal clear sea. Also, only 5 minutes walk into town which has a huge choice of different restaurant and bars to choose from. We loved the views from the appartment. There is a choice of 3 balaconies to sit on, from. where you can see the see. The outdoor sitting area on the ground floor close to the kitchen has a large dining table and plenty of chairs. It is also equippped with a quality Weber BBQ, which we enjoyed using. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners were very friendly and helpful and we hope that we may be able to stay in their appartment again in the future.

Ideal location & spacious apartment
The apartment was clean, spacious & well equipped (although could do with more plates & glasses). The pool was lovely with plenty of loungers & we were often the only people there. Note there are two double beds, no twin beds. The location was ideal - 2 minutes walk to the local beach & just over 5 (with two young children) to the shops, cafes & restaurants. Car definitely not necessary. One of the road trains stops just outside & there is mini golf in the town. Also a weekly night market. The nearest Spar supermarket is well stocked & reasonable prices. Would need a car for the bigger Eroski. Highly recommend.

Amazing views
An excellent stay at this fabulous place in Cala d’Or. The location overlooking Cala Gran is superb and the terraces on three levels make the most of the views. A short walk into the centre of Cala d’Or takes you to shops, restaurants and bars. The pool was the perfect temperature and garden was lovely - we quite often had them to ourselves. The owners Karoline and Marcus were friendly and helpful and the property was clean and well equipped.

Underbar utsikt
Ett fint hus med fantastisk utsikt från alla terasser/balkonger. Lagom stort för oss, två vuxna och tre tonårsbarn. Nära till alla fantastiska restauranger. Ett stenkast till havet. Poolen hade vi i princip för oss själva. Vi kommer att åka tillbaka hit och förhoppningsvis till detta boende.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten zentralen Lage mit Blick auf die Bucht Cala Gran.
Die Wohung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, bedarf aber dringend einer Renovierung da offensichtlich in der Vorzeit ein Wasserschaden über das Dach erstanden ist und nun teilweise Schimmel im Bad und weiteren Zimmern erstanden ist. Zudem ist das angepriesene Sonnensegel auf der Dachterrasse defekt und wurde auch trotz mehrfachen Bitten gegenüber dem Vermieter nicht repariert. Ebenso wurde der Defekt eines Sat-Receiver nicht behoben. In den persönlichen Gesprächen mit dem Vermieter war dieser stets nett und höflich, jedoch kurz ab gehalten. Vermutlich waren gewisse Missstände in der Wohnung bekannt, wurden jedoch bislang vom Vermieter nicht behoben. Sehr schade, zumal das Objekt grundsätzlich sehr schick ist. Aber vermietete Objekte müssen halt auch gewartet und mal renoviert werden, da ansonsten Mieter berechtigt enttäuscht sind. Zum Ende der Mietzeit hat der Vermieter nicht einmal mehr Rückspräche mit uns gehalten und uns gefragt ob wir mit dem Aufenthalt zu Frieden waren. Ebenso fehlte eine korrekte Wohnungsübergabe. Wir hatten bereits mehrere hochwertige Objekte auf Mallorca angemietet, jedoch bislang so eine Vorgehensweise nicht kennen gelernt. Also hier sollte dringend Abhilfe und Verbesserungen geschaffen werden.

A lovely apartment close to Cala D'or centre
This is now the 3rd time we stayed at this apartment which is 1 minute to the apartment pool, 3 minutes to the Cala Gran beach below and less than 5 minutes walk to the main shops and restaurant areas. The property has many areas to relax including outside balconies to the living area for outside dining and first floor main bedroom but also a large roof top terrace with sun loungers, ratan seating and a sail to offer a little shade whilst enjoying lovely views across the beach and picturesque surroundings. The property has Wifi, terrestrial TV largely German channels, pool and parking but is high enough not to be overlooked. Property is well appointed, bedrooms very comfortable and air conditioned and you can also create a pleasant breeze through the property by opening the roof door at high level and say the patio doors downstairs. We've found it ideal for days at Cala D'or as you don't need transport but has much to offer nearby including a land train that runs right by and the Starfish boat calling in at the beach daily. We've enjoyed staying, found the owners very helpful when contacted and would definitely recommend
