“This is a very special quaint beach bungalow. You could not ask for a better location. The beach, Miramar hotel and lower village are all right there the house is clean and cozy. It gives the perfect beachy vibe for a beach vacation or just spending time in the area for an event like we did. Amber was a great and gracious host too!”

“For our little family of 3, (2 adults and 7 yo) the space fit us just fine. It was conveniently located to restaurants, a beach and a few playgrounds we could walk to. Which was helpful since we had taken the train down from SLO and were on foot! Would have liked a broom or vacuum for sand clean up and dish towel would have been nice. “The house was a perfect location for our nephews wedding at Glenn Annie golf club. The house was very nice back yard well kept. The owner kept the kitchen well maintained with pots and pans. Nice appliances. The house has plenty of supplies for us too. We wanted for nothing. Ample parking and lovely neighborhood. Thanks for a wonderful stress free stay! ”

“We loved this house. The setup was perfect for couples and singles. Great location … short walk to dinner in Santa Ynez and close to local wineries in Solvang and Los Olivos. The house was just as pictured - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Nice backyard for BBQ, cocktails, and cornhole. Pool table was a plus too. Definitely recommend!”

“Place was clean and pictures represented the home accurately. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Property managers were responsive and check in and out was easy. Night time noise from the street was rather loud and the bedrooms did not have sound machines or tvs to drown it out. TVs in bedrooms would be a nice addition for visitors who would like to decompress in their rooms. Even with this, we would recommend and would stay here again!”
