¡Bienvenido a Santa Cecilia! Esta nueva casa, bellamente dise��ada, abierta y espaciosa, cuenta con un gran plano de planta abierto, una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama y una gran televisión de alta definición en la sala de estar. Puertas francesas conducen al porche trasero cubierto con piscina privada. Hay un montón de espacio para amigos y familiares con cinco habitaciones decoradas profesionalmente, cada una equipada con su propio televisor de alta definición. Con porches delanteros y traseros y tres balcones, todos tendrán espacio para relajarse y sentir la brisa del océano.

La playa est�� a solo cinco minutos a pie, donde puede pasar el día en las hermosas aguas de azúcar, arena blanca y esmeralda de Blue Mountain Beach. Alquile bicicletas o un carrito de golf y tome un crucero pausado a lo largo de 30A, con todas las vistas y sonidos de la zona. Excellent Vacation
We love this house and location. We’ve stayed in this house more than once and in this neighborhood a few times. We love the location, the neighborhood and house is wonderful!!! Everything you need is in the house. Very clean, and we love the pool. Everything is so convent. The beach, stores, and restaurants. We can get to Destin fast or Seaside. Love it here!

Sweet Beach house
Our stay was nearly perfect! The house was in a quaint neighborhood just across from beach access! (A little further than a 5 min walk to the public beach access!) The outside patio/ pool area and other outdoor decks could have been a little better kept up- furniture was somewhat dirty on all decks. The ice maker in the freezer did not work properly and bed sheets/comforters could be a little better. Other than that, the place was nice & everyone enjoyed the amenities!

Came in to enjoy 30a and look at property. This is a large house and plenty of sleeping room. Would love to see more seating in the living room area. Also tv was not app accessible. Very clean house.

Great location and fit two families perfect.
The size and location was perfect. It could have been cleaner, the floors were very nasty. The ice maker was broken when we got there. So that was a big inconvenience. The pool was so tiny! The picture and description of the pool was very deceiving and the water was so cold because the sun didn’t shine in it with deck and shrubs coverage. TV Remotes could have used new batteries and the not all light bulbs worked. The house itself was great. It could have just used a very deep cleaning. And it was just a house, nothing included, no games, sand toys, etc.

We had a great time although it rain the whole time we were there the house made up for the rainy days. The food only problem was the TV in the second bedroom on a he second floor did not work, other than that we would definitely rent again.

This property was perfect for a large family group. There is a lot of living space for preparing meals and enjoying the pool. The walk to the beach is manageable, especially if you take a car down early with chairs and umbrellas. I will say that Blue Mountain could do a better job managing the “private “ beach concept.

We enjoyed our stay! Pool is littler than picture but the 5 kids had a fun time in it!! Internet is spotty so direct tv keeps losing its signal! Could not get it to work all week but we watched our phones!! We enjoyed the ease of check in! Thank you for a great time!!!

Great Christmas Vacation!
Nice home / Perfect location! The home had plenty of room for 6 adults, 1 teen, 2 kids and a dog (king bed and plenty of space in every room). The pool was great (although a bit smaller than we expected) and we took advantage of the option to heat the pool - the kids loved swimming on Christmas break. The kitchen was large and all appliances worked perfectly. A large kitchen table allowed our entire family to eat together daily. The couch appeared to be brand new and the living room area was comfortable. There is also a park for kids/dogs right across the street which was a nice surprise! The house is a 5ish minute walk to the beach but I suggest renting bikes as there is also a running/bike path right across the street. My only (small) complaint was the cleanliness in a couple of areas. When we arrived, we found roach droppings in the kitchen drawers. As well, one of the 3rd floor bedrooms had dust all over dresser and floor as though it had not been used/cleaned in quite some time. Overall, the house was nice and the location is perfect! We’ll be back to visit again.

Fabulous week celebrating Thanksgiving & Anniversary with family. Couple notes to consider. Was told location was 5 minute walk - NOT - more like 10-15 carrying beach chairs, and other beach paraphernalia. You should inform people that beach access is limited because of private properties. Under no circumstances is the kitchen “gourmet” as stated in the add for the home (twice). Stove was dirty and most of the pots and pans were not clean. Not enough dishes to feed 12 people. No pot holders, no tea towels, glassware was very limited, sink has a large crack, disposal was average at best, upon arrival all floors were coated with a white dust. Also, charging $50.00 per day additional to heat the pool is ridiculous! Also, we never received any info from the rental agent regarding access to the house prior to calling one before arrival. Then an email was sent with the code for the house. When we arrived we found out there was no hot water. I called the agent - no call back. Texted the agent - no response. Finally found a number for maintenance and the maintenance lady responded immediately and had someone to the house within an hour. This was our first time to the area. We loved the beach; we enjoyed the house and the 30A area. We simply expected to get what was described in the VRBO listing and are a bit disappointed it was not more like the description.

Would Not Stay Again
Cleanliness was poor. There was dust all over the pendants in the kitchen. The couches were disgusting and dirty (either orange and blue marker or paint on the couches and there was bacon in between the cushions, and just so many stains) and we had to put covers over them to sit for our whole week stay. The couches need a deep cleaning. The bathroom on the 2nd floor had a rubber band and mold in the shower, and hair balls on the floor. The property manager did say she would come clean it but our family had already unpacked. It should have been thoroughly clean before we arrived. Internet connection didn't work the first and second day. We had to connect to multiple different routers and then they had to come and replace the router closer to the end of our trip. The hot water went out mid-way through the week and we had to call twice to get it fixed. There is a pool with this house but it's not as big as the picture portrayed. The walls going up the stairs are all scuffed up and need to be repainted. Location is awesome. Super close to the beach!

Absolutely Perfect!
This home is beautiful, spacious, well located and so clean! We traveled with a group of 12 including grandchildren from ages 2-6. There was plenty of room for gathering and eating on the open main floor. The bedrooms on all floors were cool, comfortable and well equipped with lovely linens and towels. All appliances worked well, and the pool was wonderful and well maintained. The walk, bike/wagon/stroller ride (with kids) or car drop at beach access was convenient & simple. Check in/check out was seamless & easy with little effort on our part through email and texts. Saint Cecilia is one of the nicest well maintained properties we’ve rented in this area or in others!

Great Place
We really enjoyed this 3 story house. Every room has a king size bed with TV and the own bathroom. We stayed for Thanksgiving and it was a great set up. Would like a bit more seating in the common area and car parking, as it is a house with 5 bedrooms. Our plans included 8 adults and 5 kids and we had 4 cars total. Barefoot 30A (property managers) told us to park our 4th car at the beach access for the week, which I feel like was unreasonable. I was not okay with this so we had to figure out how to squeeze it in. Other than that, we really enjoyed it.

Nice place but technical issues
The place was nice, but we had issues with third floor ac unit. However, the pool heater did not work, they send couple guys out to fix it but apparently not the right guy. I basically fixed their ac unit on the third floor for free and they were supposed to waive the pool heating fee. I was the one who lost. They should at least return to me 10% of what I paid to make it even since I saved them a HVAC service call and got nothing in return.

Memorial day getaway
Good location, nice neighborhood park and house layout perfect for our family..disappointed in lack of cleanliness of floors...everyone's bare feet were black from floors the first day. Also, decks are so pleasant at this house but fans needed on deck with pool. Master bedroom large deck on second floor had no furniture so it could not be enjoyed at all, sadly.

Great house and very close to the beach..
Please note the pool is smaller than you would expect..but the house is very comfortable and plenty of room if you have a large group that wants to spend time at the beach..(walking distance)
