Seaside Gem
I have been coming to Seaside for 43 years. It’s my favorite beach destination. I have albums filled with pictures of all the houses we’ve rented. They are over the years. My husband recently died, and I brought a friend for the first time who’s never been to Seaside before. The property was the most perfect location for all we did. Will definitely stay there again.

Six days at Seaside
A very nice place for two with just 47 easy steps to the East Ruskin Pavilion at Seaside. Gorgeous beach. The location was great, the lodgings cute, comfortable and clean! We loved where we stayed, our first time at Seaside, and it was so easy to walk to food trucks, restaurants and shops! We rode the bikes, played cards at the table on the back porch, stretched out on the sofas to read and had a great time. Only real fixes needed: several of the electric shades DO NOT WORK. I reported it but nothing was fixed. Just one lamp in living room made reading anything other than on our electronic devices challenging! Highly recommend but ask about shades before booking!

Way too noisy,
This condo was nice but way too noisy in regards to guests upstairs. Every time they took a step or talked it was like they were in our condo with us. The street noise was so annoying. All day and night people in their cars booming their radios was also right in the condo constantly. Would never rent here again or go to Seaside. Too crowded of a beach, noisy beach also. Went for a relaxing stay and it was anything but relaxing.

The Ice Man Cometh But Didn't Receiveth
It's a lovely property. Perfect size and location for our (my wife and me) long weekend visit to the area. Clean and comfortable. However I've never stayed at any rental property where I didn't have access to ice. I wasn't told in advance and this was a hell of an inconvenience. There were no instructions provided on how to operate the frame TVs and it took me a couple days to figure out how to use it. Extremely frustrating. And I never did locate a washer & dryer yet we were supplied two small boxes of laundry detergent. And not being able to speak to a person about these deficiencies added to my frustration.

This was a great place to get away for a few days. The food trucks, restaurants, and shops across the street are very convenient. Places like this are always completely booked through the summer so it was nice to see what we’ve been missing.

Our 80th and 70th birthday
The biggest problem we had was trying to find our parking space because 2 workmen had their trucks parked in our spot and we couldn’t see the sign Love Me True. We drove past it 3 times until I realized it was blocked. To top that off we had a difficult time trying to find the workmen to move their trucks. I was extremely frustrated and upset. This is not the way to start a happy birthday weekend.

Few hiccups
When we got to property it looked great - pictures as described . All shades were down in condo except one in bedroom that would not go down . It was Friday evening when we got there so I put up a towel so people could not see in bedroom . I called the next day and explained blind situation and that tv was not working . That said to charge both things and they should work ! Well - I followed all instructions for tv and it still wasn’t working so I got another remote ( there were 3) and finally got it to work . The blind however still had towel over window . Sunday they called to see if we got everything working and I said no . So about 3 pm Sunday this really nice handyman showed up . He showed me How to get all blinds up and down and he couldn’t get the one to work properly ! I said just put it down and I’m good . So he did ! He made sure the tv was working and I told him that I finally got it work by not using remote the book said . Then tues evening when we come in for shower - we had no hot water. They sent someone right away that was there for an hr and then had to call in someone else to help him . We had a nice stay and very convenient BUT alike I say a few hiccups ! I think they could have sent someone earlier for the blind issue since people could look in the window . Would I stay here again? Yes

Perfect location
This beautiful condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including an incredible screened-in patio. The true selling point, however, is the location--on foot, you can be in the market square of Seaside or on the beach inside of 60 seconds. We will definitely be returning!

The perfect beach vacation.
I cannot speak highly enough of this property. This might just be the best VRBO I have stayed at to date. Although the property is not directly on the beach it is located exactly where the photographs indicate. The walking distance from the entrance of the house to the private beach access is about 50 ft. Having both private beach access and a reserved parking spot is HUGE in Seaside. While the public beach was busy constantly, the private section of beach never felt crowded at all. The parking spot is fantastic as well. Parking in Seaside can be hard to find and pricy so this is a huge plus. The house itself is absolutely perfect for a couple. Small enough to be cozy for a couple, but large enough that you do feel cramped. The whole house was impeccably clean, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials, and the bedroom and bathroom were excellent for a small house. The house also has a screened in porch with an outdoor shower that does wonders for keeping the sand from the beach outside where it belongs and keeping the floors inside clean and undamaged. Overall 10/10 property, and area to stay in for a wonderful vacation.

This was the perfect location to everything in town and to the beach. The house was nice and comfortable with everything we needed. Only issue was the blinds are automatic and the house upstairs being so close with the same brand blinds they would occasionally open or close ours as well. Loved it and would stay again!

Great location
The cottage was quaint and had everything you need, except a washer and dryer which was right on the other side of the door. It was only for use for the upstairs condo which was kind of a problem because you could hear them coming up and down the wooden stairs late at night to run the machine on your floor next to your living room. It would have been nice to wash our daily beach towels also. The location was wonderful as we were steps from everything and never had to use the car. I would only recommend using the upstairs condo next time as there were also a family with three children that ran constantly and could be heard quite loudly as there must have been wood floors only.

Ice Needed & Blinds an issue!
The property location to the beach and town center was fantastic! The unit was nicely decorated. The property management company was very responsive to our needs. There are 3 issues that anyone that desires to rent needs to know: 1. The refrigerator is the size of a dorm room refrigerator. We had to walk to the store each day and buy ice to keep in a cooler. 2. No washer and dryer available to the tenant even though there is one in the unit. It was locked behind a door and who doesn't need a washer & dryer at the beach. 3. The blinds in the unit are remote control. Each morning Mon - Fri the blinds would go up at 6:30 a.m. and Saturday & Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Even though we asked for help multiple times and the management company did send a repair man, he had no idea how to remove the programming. REALLY a no go for vacation when you would like to sleep a little later.
