Wouldn’t recommend this home
We stayed in this home on 8/7/2023. The home had multiple issues including one of light fixtures falling randomly from upstairs guest bathroom. This was a huge hazard since we had small children present with us during our stay. The upstairs bedroom with bunk beds had a non-functioning television. Both this room and the downstairs living area ceiling lights were constantly flickering. The advertised golf cart advertised as being capable of commuting 6, had a broken seat belt buckle so we were unable to conveniently utilize since our party was that of 6 and we considered it a safety issue. Lastly, but certainly not least, the night prior to checkout, all of the alarms started going off around 9 pm until around midnight despite there being no identifiable source (not a great experience with sleepy, crying little ones). A maintenance guy came around 11:00pm and informed up that this and the flickering of lights were likely linked to a circuiting shortage issue that he couldn’t address that night so he resorted to taking all batteries out of smoke detectors. He said he couldn’t fix the fallen light fixture so he just stuck it back into the hole in ceiling. This stay was a disappointing given it was certainly not as advertised.

Awesome stay
My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. We had a few problems with the internet but never cared because we were busy riding the golf cart and hanging out outside and going to the beach. Beach access is not far just a short on the golf cart. The house was clean and we can’t wait to go back.

Nice Vacation Spot
Enjoyed the house and the location. Was able to eat, pick up necessities, get ice cream, etc on the golf cart which was great. Kids enjoyed the bikes. Walking to the beach access would have been challenging for a younger crew but wasn’t a big deal for us. Only thing we needed but didn’t have was a pizza slicer but we probably just overlooked it. Had a great time.

The entry code didn’t work because batteries were low, but we finally got in. The golf cart was hard to start, had to keep it plug in to start. The website saud the beach was .02 mikes but that is going through private property, so that needs to be changed. Otherwise all went well.

Great Stay
We had a great stay over a weekend reunion. House was clean, comfortable and as listed. Close walking distance to beach access. Would like more info regarding use of beach access. Unfortunately a few private beach access areas on the Blue Lupine entrance that left us with limited option for lounging on beach. Golf cart and bikes were great. Plenty of local restaurants to visit nearby. Overall great place and recommend!

Nice house and responsive management
House is very fresh and new. Really well stocked and spacious kitchen. Golf cart and bikes were so handy. Coffee maker broke and mgmt brought a new one immediately. AC went out on the top floor and mgmt responded very timely. We used golf cart or bikes to get to public beach. The walkable beach access leads to a private beach.

Wonderful house but one thing was misleading.
Golf cart would not charge. The main problem was that It was misleading that you had “beach access .2 miles away” because all you can do is walk there. You cannot set up there, so we spent a lot of time backtracking and looking for a place where we can actually set up our chairs for the day. Other than that we loved it. The house is absolutely beautiful perfect clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and well-kept and convenient. It was the misleading beach access that was disappointing. Also the fact that the golf cart would not charge made it impossible to go far away to the beach access we had to use. Other than that we would definitely recommend this house to a friend (but we would let them know about the things we found to be true.)

Beautiful designer space but no WiFi
This is a gorgeous space. Great neighborhood and designer finishes and furniture. If you work from a laptop and can’t have WiFi it is a problem!!! They take no responsibility for this problem. Otherwise ok.

Cute house
We enjoyed our stay here. The house was decorated very nicely and everything was spotless and smelled good. Golf cart was a fun addition. The only thing was the lights in the bedrooms kept turning off and on. For the whole duration of our stay. But overall good place and close to the beach.

No Internet and faulty wiring
This home was beautifully decorated, however, with 3 working women that were all relying on having wifi service were very disappointed. Contacted the owners twice to alert them of the problem and they sent a repair serviceman out who could not fix the issue. We also had faulty wiring upstairs in the bedrooms. When the light was turned on, eventually the lights would turn off and then back on a few seconds later. Again, alerted the owner and they couldn't fix the issue. The most significant problem was not having wifi for working remotely. We had to leave one day early because of having no service and have yet to get a refund for that day. We would not recommend this property until these issues are addressed.

Great wkend stay
Great food and shopping within golf cart range. Tried contacting the golf cart company about a few issues and they didn’t respond back but they are not associated with Vrbo or this place so can’t knock them. Overall I’d gladly stay again. Great place and great location.

Wonderful Getaway From Reality
What a great spot to spend a honeymoon and escape from the stress of real life. Very inviting and home-y, with a lengthy list of amenities. The golf cart was an added bonus and was well-used to get around the area restaurants and shops, and of course beach. We left already thinking about coming back.
