Remodelado en 2018. Pelican 12 es moderno con un toque de decoración de playa elegante. El dormitorio principal se echará a perder, con una vista frontal al mar de la Bahía de Monterey y un acceso directo al balcón con vista al mar. La configuración de la cama es ideal para parejas adultas, familias o solteros. La vista del océano se puede ver desde el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar. El acceso a la playa está a solo 2 minutos caminando y la escalera baja hasta la arena. Reserve en línea o envíenos un mensaje, estamos disponibles los 7 días de la semana para responder cualquier pregunta.

Location Perfect, but issues
Great location. Overall the unit itself was spacious and nicely appointed. However the wear and tear of the salt and sea were quite obvious, and could have easily been managed better. For instance. The ocean view was incredible from the Master bedroom. But the salt and water residue on the glass was difficult not to notice. The salt deterioration of the slider door and screen made it almost impossible to open and close. In fact, the screen door from the living room to the deck, while opening became completely dis-lodged. I had to repair and reinstall it. Whoever reads this is certain to call me out as a nit picky SOB. So be it. However, these are super easy things to fix. AND you asked for my opinion.

Excellent accommodations
We loved our stay at Pajaro Dunes. The property was more spread out than I expected, and the condo more private. I was worried about all the other balconies in the pictures, but we never saw another person on the balconies, only an occasional barking dog that was quickly quieted. Our last day there we saw multiple whales from our balcony, some very far away, but one came surprisingly close to shore. It was incredible, along with the variety of birds passing through. The condo itself was very clean; I had seen in other reviews that there was an ant problem, but I didn’t see a single ant in the week we were there. It was very clean, and basics were supplied (laundry soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, etc.). We were also concerned about no air conditioning, but the temps got down in the 50s at night, so it was not a problem. We just made sure to open windows and doors in time for it to cool down before bed. Heaters were provided but not needed. We loved our stay!

Beautiful view of the ocean
Accommodations were very nice. Lack of storage space in two of the three bedrooms was definitely a miss. Microwave was a low quality tool and it took twice as long to just warm something up. Wish we knew they would provide a pack n’ play, it would have saved us from bringing one with us. Really glad we brought all our necessary food with us, didn’t realize how far away from a grocery store we were. Overall we had a lovely visit due to proximity to the beach.

Great location and easy check
Great location near the ocean, but the unit needs updating. The room with a single queen bed was uncomfortable & unusable. However, they provided multiple coffee makers and plenty of dishes. If the bed was replace I would consider renting again.

The location and size of the condo are great. Unfortunately we had quite a problem with ants during our stay. And while the condo was decorated very cute for the beach, all the furniture was covered in white, and bleaching doesn't get rid of every stain. The description stated that there was a BBQ for grilling, but when we got there, there wasn't one, and a sign on the balcony saying that it was prohibited. We had a hard time cooking the steaks we brought. And there is a definite lack of serving dishes for meals. We had a good time, but probably wont come back to this unit.

Loved it and it could use some love
We loved our stay in Pelican 12. It is as promised a wonderful place to see lots and lots of Pelicans. The place could use a face lift though, there is a hole in one of the bedroom walls and paint peeling in the bathroom. The sofa's need new covers or to have the ones that are their bleached white again. We loved the master bedroom and although it is two twins pushed together it seemed to work for my parents. Would have loved to have a gas BBQ and access to beach chairs. We paln to book it again as it is the right size for our group.

Perfect location, responsive management
There's nothing better than a visit to Pajaro Dunes for rest & relaxation. It's close to the bustling Bay Area but feels like a remote coastal hideaway... which it is! Nature abounds, even just on the oceanview deck of this treasure. When we arrived, the internet wifi system was not working. We were told to check that everything was appropriately plugged in, and the management called the cable company to ensure that everything was operational on their end. We tried everything we could think of but it seemed that all the equipment was plugged in correctly. We gave up on a Sunday night and resigned ourselves to no internet for the week. The next morning, the management checked with us if they could send over a technician with a new router for us. Technician arrived at exactly the time they said he would, he found the problem, and immediately solved it for us. Hooray!! The remainder of our five day stay was absolute perfection -- great beds, clean floors & fixtures, quiet neighbors, reasonably-stocked kitchenwares. It's not just when things go well, it's how things get fixed when they go a bit awry. HIGHLY Recommended.

We will be back!
My husband and I stayed here with our friends. We were here for a wedding in Watsonville. It was centrally located and afforded beautiful views of the ocean. We spotted whales, dolphins, and a cute otter from the unit located on the second floor of the condo. The init was clean, and the kitchen well equipped. We will definitely be back!

Spacious condo with lovely Pajaro views.
We enjoyed being back at the Pelican complex and had a nice stay at unit 12. The unit features practical amenities, comfortable sleeping accommodations with nice/newer bedding/towels, and is large enough that guests feel like they have some space to spread out in the condo and on the deck. Convenient, short walk to the sand. We can't wait to visit again. Thanks for sharing your place.

Relaxation
This is a nice unit with 3 bedroom 2 bath. 2 televisions. The views are amazing. The shower heads need to be tightened a little. The walls are a little thin so I see why they have the 10pm curfew in affect. We plan on booking again. This is a nice getaway that is not too far.
