Esta villa con orientación sur es un hermoso ejemplo de arquitectura moderna y tiene 5 dormitorios y 3 baños. Es ideal para grupos, familias o parejas que desean una base elegante y relajada desde donde disfrutar de la isla. La villa tiene una gran sala de estar de planta abierta que es extremadamente espaciosa con sofás de cuero y techos altos con una escalera abierta de madera y hierro que conduce al entresuelo con instalaciones de oficina y estantería grande. En el 1er piso hay 2 dormitorios y 1 baño. La suite principal tiene vestidores y acceso directo a un balcón con vista a la piscina y al jardín. El baño principal tiene una gran bañera y sauna.

La planta baja tiene otro dormitorio y baño y conduce a una amplia y luminosa y moderna área de cocina / comedor y a la sala de televisión con TV LED de 55 pulgadas con TV completamente SKY que incluye deportes.

A través de la sala de televisión hay otros 2 dormitorios con baño compartido, esta área está unida al busto de la casa principal y también tiene una entrada independiente que es ideal para la privacidad.

Esta propiedad está elegantemente diseñada con una mezcla de pisos de madera y microcemento y aire acondicionado en todas partes y está decorada con buen gusto en un moderno estilo europeo / asiático

Hay una barbacoa de piedra en los jardines bien cuidados y la terraza de la piscina es espaciosa, con tumbonas y tumbonas. También hay una gran mesa redonda con capacidad para 8 personas y es ideal para cenar al aire libre.

Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und durch die Größe des Hauses hatten wirklich alle genug Platz. Die Küche ist geräumig, auch wenn das eine oder andere fehlte. Es war halt zum Ende der Saison. Ein wirklich schönes Haus, welches wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen können.

The perfect Ibiza Villa?
Location is spot on being just a 5 min cab ride into San An, little supermarket well stocked just 5mins walk also. Villa is beautiful with plenty of space and everything in clean working order. Honestly could not have asked for more in our weeks stay in Ibiza. Thank you Martin for being a great host too!

Lovely Villa , Great communication from Martyn through booking , arrival etc. location good quiet but 2 minutes from a small supermarket. Would definitely stay again. My daughter left some personal belongings in the villa and Martyn was a lifesaver who is sending them to the Uk for us!

Really comfortable stay. We managed it without a car, although like everyone knows taxis are an issue. The property was ideal on all accounts everything was clean and fresh, with the cleaning services in house and for the pool very friendly. The property manager was very responsive when required. The property was enjoyed by all 7 of us and the space was more than ample. We’re all happy!

Lovely villa
We all had a fabulous stay. The villa is beautiful and has loads of space. The pool and garden area was amazing, plenty of space and beds etc. The villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac and not looked over. Shop at the end of the road came in handy. Loads of parking and very secure. Would definitely recommend staying there. Thanks Martin for a fabulous stay

Booked this villa for joint 50th celebration. We had a really lovely time as the villa is beautiful, clean, modern & comfortable. The pool was more than adequate for our needs. The villa itself is well equipt with furniture & kitchen paraphernalia (knives need sharpened). A grill pan grid would be helpful and a couple more teatowels but I'm bring picky. The electricity was temperamental & a fuse blew 3 times requiring us to call the host who dealt with it reasonably quickly. Wifi non existent up stairs but was better after the 3rd fusebox fix. The beds/bedrooms were really comfortable with nice matresses & pillows. I had the biggest room upstairs with the dressingroom area and beautiful bathroom. It was so nice and luxurious. The rooms upstairs lead to the outdoor mezzenine over looking the garden. Unfortunately the loungers up there were ripped and not really fit for purpose. Be careful of the low step which is a bit of a trip hazzard. Towels were provided for showering a pool use. Air con in all but 1 bedroom. Huge tv that we didn't use. This is a beautiful villa which was great value between just 5 of us. We all had a bedroom each which is why we booked it. Villa is 20minute walk to town but road from the villa is busy and the traffic very fast with no pavements so is not a pleasant walk for the first 5 mins. But, because of the distance from town it is quiet which suited us perfectly. The taxis were 7-9 euros in to town. Shop across the road was handy but dear.

Excellent Stay at villa and brilliant location
When we arrived was late due to late flight. We got to the Villa and we could not of asked for a better accommodation and location for a week in Ibiza. The villa was amazing and very modern and extremely clean and the host Martin was extremely polite and welcoming. This is the best holiday we have had and wished it had been longer than a week. Once again thank you Martin for the 5 star villa and would definitely book again and recommend to any of my friends and family.

50th & 21st birthday holiday celebrations
Thank you Martin !!! Everything was brilliant, from the directions to communication, especially mine 🤣🤣 We had a fabulous family holiday, Jack had the best time, for a person with no sight and no speech he soon got used to his wonderful surroundings, perfect for him x Your villa is well equipped with everything we needed, including little things like great pool Towels and some cleaning products and tea & coffee on arrival. A very useful guide , everything you need to know, including restaurants !! We really liked the villa. We were a group of friends and with the pool area, the grass area, the barbecue and the large kitchen it was perfect for us. A small supermarket is in walking distance.

Very good!
We had a great stay at Can Sega. It is a big villa with more than enough space for our group (8 girls). Many bathrooms (4) what is very importent for girls ;-). The villa had everything we need: good possibility to cook, space to relax, swimmingpool, large garden and enough beds at the pool. Martin, the host, gave us a warm welcome. Check in was really fast en earlier because the villa was already cleaned. The communication with Martin was very good. It was easy to contact him and the response was fast. We would recommended this villa!

Stylish, modern, spacious villa in a quiet residential area but only a short distance from lots of bars and restaurants and easy, short driving distance to some good beaches. Lovely garden, pool area and BBQ. Spotlessly clean, gorgeous bathrooms, 1st class facilities. Great host!

Martin was a fantastic host, the listing was accurate and property clean and spacious. We had a great time which was largely down to the ease of the location of the Villa and Martin’s flexibility/willingness to help throughout covid and during our weeks stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

The Perfect Villa!
We loved the villa. It's very stylish, spacious, a good layout and extremely well equipped. Big bedrooms with air con. and plenty of modern bathrooms. The pool is a good size and a pleasant temperature! Big outdoor space, beautiful garden with BBQ. Wifi good and plenty of TV options should you wish to watch it. Handy little general shop at the end of the road and a shortish walk into town. Martin is a great host, easy to contact, friendly and helpful. We loved it here, would highly recommend it and would love to stay again.

Sehr moderne und gepflegte Finca
Wir hatten als 7er Gruppe eine tolle Zeit auf der Finca. Die Finca ist modern und hat eine riesige Küche, in der wir als Gruppe genug Platz hatten um unsere Speisen zuzubereiten. Der Pool war erstklassig und Martin war super nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall mal wieder kommen, wenn wir dürfen.

Wir waren mit 7 Leuten vor Ort. Die Villa mit dem Pool war super, um auch dort die Zeit zu verbringen. Ein Supermarkt (2 Gehminuten entfernt) direkt um die Ecke ist auch vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great Holiday
We booked in January 2020, so we were ecstatic to finally get here a year and half later. Thanks Martin for kindly moving the booking on a year! We got a warm welcome from Martin who provided lots of info on the property and things to do and places to eat in the area. Martin was on hand to help us at every stage. Great host. Property is great, pool is excellent and plenty of space to chill and relax even with a big group! The BBQ was very useful as well! We got around easily from the property, there is a shop just at the end of the lane and easy access to all the local shops and restaurants. Good access to the rest of the island on the main roads and back roads if you prefer. Only 20mins from the airport. We had a great family holiday and would Highly recommend.

Villa Can Sega was absolutely fantastic. Ticked all the boxes.
We had a great 10 night stay at Villa Can Sega. It was perfect in every way. It was well equipped & spotless. The pool was a good size, lovely & clean. The location was good, we don’t mind walking so the 20 minute walk into San Antonio was fine for us. We visited Cala Bassa beach which was beautiful & Ibiza town. Martin was a great host & contactable if needed. All in all we had an amazing time & would definitely return. Sally
