“While our comfort and experience with Townhouse 213 was closer to a 3 (and a one if you include all the perilous stairs), we have massive respect and esteem for Vickie, who was the point person. She is outstanding at her job. She was receptive to the ideas (long text lists from daughter) that we made for improving the 213 so it can shine like we know it can. We can tell the effort put in to rehabing the house. What we will say so that others can be aware of what we weren't 1)there are stairs...

“Beautiful Victorian home that was decorated perfectly for the era! The family was super friendly and helpful! The children were there when we first arrived and were adorable, pleasant and so well behaved! Delicious, warm chocolate chip cookies were available when we checked in. Breakfast was really good. They served warm homemade muffins, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee and more! My husband and I were very pleased and will definitely stay again if we are in the area. ”

“We went up to explore the state parks and NRG national Park for my daughter's fall break week. The cabin made for a perfect, warm and dry spot to rest and recharge in the evenings. Everything was as it should be in terms of cleanliness, the kitchen had a better variety of pots/pans/utensils than many bigger STVRs we've stayed at. Overall, we very much enjoyed the stay and will keep this house in mind for future trips to WV.”

“Perfect time away with family! A great unique little spot that had all the comforts of home. I couldn’t believe how well the space was sectioned off - and even a large fridge and a 5 burner stove! We enjoyed sitting outside under the pergola for our meals. A wonderful get away! My kids loved playing “bus driver” to let us in and out of the vehicle. Great experience all around.”

I received hateful messages from VRBO and the local host and the state police while out sightseeing. Phone calls and texts got it corrected”
