“Lovely condo with a view to the woods. Spacious for 4 adults. Beds were super comfy and the floor plan was great, with the living area separating the 2 bedrooms. We took advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. It was a hot weekend so we were very thankful for the A/C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the condition of the shower door, which really needs replacing and some caulking. Overall we really liked the location which made for a quieter stay. We’ll go back...

“We had a wonderful getaway with 6 family members (including my 96 y/o Father-in-Law) and our 2 puppies. The condo kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook several meals. The place was clean, and had 2 portable A/C units to keep the top 2 floors cool when things heated up in the afternoons.Close to shopping in Avon, and several nice restaurants nearby. Thanks Patricio for sharing your wonderful property with us!”

“We had a great time. The condo was very spacious and the kitchen/dining/living room was the perfect area for gathering. The rooms were spacious and each room has their own bathroom which was really convenient. Everyone felt like they had their own personal area. The pricing was fair and the checkout process was simple. We will definitely stay there again if we have another event in the area. ”
