Getting into the house was difficult as the directions weren't clear and it was hard to get ahold of the property manager, but there was a glitch with the phone line. Once that was resolved, he was able to help get us into the property and the rest of the time was great. Clean and cute. ”

“This place was absolutely perfect for my wifes 40th birthday get together with our closest friends. We had so much fun and itnwas just what we all needed for a quick 2 day getaway. This place was Super clean when we arrived and the check in was so easy. We communicate by text and phone with Sherry several times and she is super sweet wish we could have met in person to say Hi, she but made sure we are comfortable and if there was anything we needed to let her know. You really can't beat the view...

“Dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained This hotel hasn't seen a renovation in at least 20 years. The curtains and furniture are damaged, the carpets are extremely old, dirty, and smell unpleasant. The mattress is so flimsy that any movement feels like an earthquake to the person sharing the bed. The only positive aspect is the location, but it's definitely not worth the price they’re asking. ”

“ Nothing fancy, but it did the job. There were a few bugs (nothing crazy) and the walls were very thin, but the room was basically clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and I got to check in early at no extra charge. The price is great though: would recommend for the mid-picky traveler who wants to avoid the SF hostels. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Casa Berner! It is a beautifully decorated apartment with wonderful views of the Duomo, and provides lots of space between the two bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is particularly well-stocked so you can easily prepare your own meals. The apartment is also very centrally located, so we found we could easily walk everywhere in town. The host was incredibly accommodating and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I would gladly stay here again!”

“We loved our stay in Howard’s apartment. The neighborhood is perfect for exploring in all directions—Richmond with all its great restaurants, Golden Gate Park and the de Young museum, the Presidio etc. Nearby Geary street gives you a. Straight shot downtown on the bus. Howard was very helpful and communicative and we particularly appreciated his letting us leave our luggage for a late pick up on our last day. It was a delightful stay. ”

“I stayed here for a week to visit my brother. It was perfect walking distance and i did a lot more walking in San Francisco than i do at home! I wasn't at the hotel much during the day but it was quiet at night and i slept good! I had a small fan because I'm hot natured and that helped. The people at the desk were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again. Thank you!”

“The space was clean and comfortable. Plenty of closet space if staying for more than a weekend. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The private entrance is not hidden or difficult to find. Near the beach and Golden Gate Park which was great since we were in town for a wedding at the botanical garden. “I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable. Shower was hot with good water pressure. I felt safe. It was loud but not unbearable. A car horn and siren woke me up. The windows are right by the street. No real complaints. The stairs kinda shocked us. To afraid to ride the old school elevator. Would stay again my husband wouldn’t. ”
