Disappointing Italian charm
This property could have been amazing place with its charm and location. However the property had been sadly neglected. The pictures on line are not what you get. There was no place to sit and relax as the house was filled with so much furniture. Most of the furniture was covered in drop clothes and those pieces you could sit on the were broken The only place to sit comfortable was the kitchen chairs. We had to wash any dish or glass we wanted to use as they were covered in dust. The outside grounds were also neglected with dead plants in pots everywhere. With a lot of TLC this could be a great place. Last but not least when we arrived we were told that we owed another $450 in cash for additional charges before we could get the keys These charges were not listed on the original contract. Until this place is cleaned up I would not recommend staying here or dealing with Novosol the host
