It's in a good location, close to downtown St. Pete, and directly across from a Crescent Lake, which has a nice walking/jogging path around it. Note that pictures on the rental listing clearly show a hot tub in the outdoor space, but it is no longer there, replaced by a table and chairs. They should note this in the description and/or update the...

“This unit worked well for two couples. The space is small, but thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen is very functional and there was an apartment sized fridge rather than the under-the-counter one pictured. Also 3 TV tables, 4 folding chairs, and a folding table. Plenty of towels, and beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella in the laundry room. Recommended.”

“There's just something about this house, we were comfortable from day one. The living room and screen porch both provide excellent spaces to read, watch TV, socialize, etc. There's a large, fenced yard that allows for privacy and another space to relax. The bed is super comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and a nice place to walk. The location is very convenient to all kinds of activities and restaurants.
