“The complimentary breakfast was great-I chose the beef tapas for breakfast and really enjoyed it. I had one of the best sleeps ever on the gel foam matrress in my room, so two thumbs up for that! If there was anything that I could find to complain about, it was the lack of a place to hang clothing. “The staff were friendly and always helpful although they should hire more staff. Staff should be checking rooms every other day for amenities. Breakfast was good though they should change the menu often. I don't like the flip-flops being retained. “They put me in the first floor with a window but there’s a huge wall against it ! Duh ? I was hungry & thirsty at midnight , and there’s no restaurant service . NO Bar service either . NO ice maker available. No snack bar . No fruits . No nothing to eat . The next day , we’re in the pool & ordered ice in a small bucket , we were charged! Really ? But the standard rooms are clean & beds were comfortable . The free breakfast could use change ! It was OK! No free cappuccino . No mangoes ! Dry out...

“Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant is open until midnight. The only things I didnt like in the room we stayed in is the electric outlet, most sockets are not usable in the bathroom and the vanity. I had to use the only working outlet in the kitchen to plug the hair dryer. Plus the night is alive in this area where you can hear loud music until past midnight. If you are the night owl type. That'll be ok but if you want to go to bed early please bring your earplugs.”
