Actualizado con nueva pintura, muebles, ropa de cama y de este 2 dormitorios, 2 baño casa de la ciudad está a s��lo 1. 5 cuadras de la playa y el paseo marítimo en el centro de Avila Beach. Capacidad de hasta 6. Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y barra de desayuno. La sala tiene un televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, chimenea, y el sofá se despliega en una cama tamaño queen. La mesa de comedor y barra de desayuno 4 está equipado con 3 taburetes. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio, TV de pantalla plana, cuarto de baño principal en suite tiene una bañera de hidromasaje. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble. El dormitorio principal se encuentra en la planta baja con la segunda habitación del segundo piso. Apilados lavadora y secadora en la unidad. Condescending and nasty
DO NOT STAY HERE! We have stayed at this location every year after Thanksgiving for the past 5 years and spent about $20,000 with them. No longer. Once we made the booking, the employees were approaching us like scam credit collectors. They were nasty, condescending, and demanding. They also gaslit me for asking simple questions. This year they had us pay a deposit for our dogs. First time ever, so I asked if it was a new Policy. They said it has been going since the company started. Then I told them it has never been in place since I’ve been there. They proceeded to tell me that I’ve never stayed there— we’ve stayed there the week after Thanksgiving for 5 years. I got confused and said, isn’t it the green condo? They said no, it’s grey. It’s green. They were so awful I actually asked to cancel. They told me they’d keep half the full charge and do I still want to cancel 3 months before our stay. We get there with a family of 4 for 8 days. There are 5 towels and no spare sheets. Also, the dresser on the bottom level just collapses to the floor if you are not careful. A few days in it starts to smell like absolute sewage. Suddenly, the plumbing in backing up into the bath tub. We tried our best to clean up but the smell was horrendous. They just sent us pictures blaming us for damage to a table and a tile that there is no way we did, and other “damage” that requires wiping we would’ve done if the place didn’t smell of poop and trash.

Awesome Avila
Avila was great and the property worked very well for our family. The only thing is the place is very dusty everywhere above 6 ft tall and could use a deep cleaning. Would recommend staying here and would do so again.

Great location, beautiful home
This was our family's first trip to Avila. We walked everyday. The beach, pizza, icecream, restaurants are a pleasant 10 min walk. Having a garage was a bonus (is was snug for our sedan). Having a washer/dryer in-unit was so convenient! The wall to wall living room windows face South so remember to shut the living room blinds before leaving for a day out to help keep the place cooler (no A/C, as advertised). Management was super easy to worked with. We would be happy to return!

Perfect for us!
We loved the location and simplicity and comfort of this home. It was sunny and clean and spacious and so wonderful. It is so close to the beach, just a 2 minute walk but you don’t get the noise and disruption of foot traffic etc of actually being on the beach. There’s so much beach stuff in the garage-don’t bother bringing your own chairs and wagon (like we did!), sand toys and beach towels, a huge basket of board games upstairs. Check in was so easy-great communication and they delivered keys to the property. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice property with good location
The property was really nice. A lot of natural light. The only downside we saw was the lack of air conditioning and it did get a little warm upstairs. (The lack of air conditioning is stated in the description so something we expected going in).

Everything about 219 San Miguel in Avila is what we'd hoped it would be. Great layout - super location - access to shops; beach; travel routes... Pretty close to perfect!

A day at the beach
Listing doesn’t mention all the beach toys, chairs and beach towels included so we brought a ton of our own stuff. There is no grocery store in the town of Avila Beach and closest is Pismo Beach. An hour round trip if you needed aluminum foil like we did. Upstairs bedroom fan doesn’t work and with no AC, it was needed for sleeping at night. Option was open a window, but noisy neighbors kept sleeping to a minimum. Overall nice place and would recommend.

Cute place in a great location!
This property was perfect for traveling with my husband and elderly, yet vibrant, mother. The setup is great with the master on the first floor and the second bedroom/ bath for mom on the main living level upstairs. The house was very clean and the everything was in working order. Well stocked kitchen as well. The property management company communicated well and the check in/out process couldn’t have been easier! Overall a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay
The place was very clean. However the garage is very small and an old barbecue was in the garage on the left side. In order for driver to get out we had to move it! Worried we would hit our new car! The step going inside is hard to see so you need to be careful! We left early due to fall!

Comfortable and convenient
219 San Miguel accommodated our family for 4 very well. It’s a modern, clean and comfortable place with a well appointed kitchen and bathrooms that had all we needed. It’s super easy to get to and a super convenient short walk to the beach. While the surrounding roads are busy with beach goers during the day, the neighborhood is a peaceful retreat at night. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only minor complaint is the tap water has a dirty taste, unclear if it’s the city’s water quality or what but suggest you stock up on bottled water for your hydration needs while staying here.
