Barrio tranquilo pero a pocos pasos de la acción. Tendrán toda la casa para ustedes: 4 dormitorios, 2 baños, cocina completa, sala de estar y sala de recreo adicional, lavadora / secadora. Amplio estacionamiento en el lugar. Ideal para familias o amigos.

Pismo Trip
We had teenage grandsons and younger ones. (age 1 & 4)The park across the street was so fun. The pond nearby was amazing, we saw beavers, a raccoon, bats and a variety of birds. 5 minute walk to the beach. FUN!!!

Needs fixing/remodel
The place is alright, quite old and needs some basic remodel.We only stayed here one night. Both bathrooms were old and had issues. Hot water not working on one and the second bathroom, the sink was not draining. So we were down to 1 bathroom for ALL showers and second was merely a the powder room, for Sink usage.The owner did show up to check in the morning at 10.15 but it was so close to check out time that there was no time to repair. However, we clearly saw that it was a Chronic problem hence putting it out here so they fix it and others dont have the same issue. They offered late check out only cause there was no one checking in that day (we were offered discount the checkout morning to stay longer)Also, 2 of the hallway futons, we could not convert to the bed. So the place needs uplifting on our opinion.

Nice home close to the beach
very cozy place. would recommend going to the beach if staying here. we enjoyed the nearby park too. lots of sleeping space with large beds and multiple futons. wish the foosball table was a bit bigger but it's actually very small.

Cozy House with Walking Distance to Beach
We stayed here two years ago and booked again for this year. Cozy home, love the wood ceiling and beams. Enjoyed the fact that we all could be together, and the kitchen had tools, pots, pans and spices! Wonderful that all 4 rooms have King-sized beds. Melany and Jon were very responsive and accommodating- they checked on a DVD, and confirmed they had a crockpot. High winds blew a palm frond onto one of the bedroom's roof and to the patio, and they immediately said they could come over and remove it. We said it was fine. Casual, beachy, and welcoming home. Thank you!

Disappointing Stay
I have to say that this is the first time I have ever complained about a stay at a VRBO. We were scheduled for 4 nights and we left after the first night because it was so uncomfortable. First, I would give the host a 10 for communication, but we felt that the house itself was not as described. Besides not being the cleanest place, it hadn’t been updated in a very long time from what we could see and the heater wasn’t working properly, (the Host did respond and offered to come fix it before we left) and some of the pictures on the website didn’t match what we expected. The pictures of the dining table had matching wine glasses and plates and they were no where to be found. The “Wine cabinet” had five unmatching glasses. The towels were thin and old. The outdoor table wasn’t the nice blue chairs, table and umbrella as in the picture, in reality it was rusty chairs and small tables and no umbrella. The fan in one bathroom was filthy and the tub needed resurfacing. We were planning a family tournament with the foosball table depicted as a full size table, but in all actuality there were two tiny foosball tables that were attached to the flimsiest legs I have ever seen. Fortunately we were able to find a beautiful place in Pismo Beach that was one block from the beach, was modern, allowed dogs and was beautifully appointed for the same price.

PERFECT FOR A MAMMA MIA BACH TRIP
not only did i love my stay at this house, but so did the entire bridal party! we didn’t have to decorate much because of the existing theme of blue and boho! jon & melany were great hosts and very communicative! our only notes were updated sink faucets & shower curtains, deadbolt locks, & more pots/pans. other than that it is a perfect stay! :)

Dog & 4 adults stayed to be on the outskirts of CalPoly graduation. We slept well, showers were great, and we enjoyed the park and short 1/2 mile walk to the dune/ ATV beach. Not fancy, but quieter and less expensive than SLO

Wonderful stay in Oceano
We were in the area for a family reunion which was held near the beach use. We had a wonderful stay in Oceano. The home was clean and everything we needed for a long weekend with family! Jon and Melany communicated via text and left us snacks! Great home, great hosts, great stay!

Great location! My 2 year old granddaughter had a great time at the playground across the street! Plenty of room for all family members and King size beds in each room! Basic but good for the price Great location for kids -- across from nice little park Good communication from owners, helpful and regular Good size for our group - 4 bedrooms w kings Nice amenities - soap dispensers in shower, coffee, spices, sugar set on table - Dining table needs repainting (the paint wear makes it look dirty - Bedroom windows need proper shades or blinds (esp in main bedroom) - Wall hanging in main bedroom has ugly stains (but wall hanging in living room is sweet) - our children complained that bathtub didn't seem clean

Very Cute House and Amazing hosts.
I have to say, Melany and Jon went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and set up. The House was great and we would definitely stay there again. Its in a great little neighborhood and right near the beach. Fun time!
