Este es un apartamento en la segunda planta, en la esquina de la playa, a solo 10 minutos de la selva tropical El Yunque, a 25 minutos de la Reserva Fajardo Dos Cabezas y de los ferries a las islas de Vieques y Culebra. Es parte de una comunidad cerrada con acceso directo a una playa aislada, tiene dos áreas de piscina, un centro comunitario, gimnasio con su y su sauna, pista de tenis, media cancha de baloncesto, y áreas de juego. También está cerca de excelentes quioscos locales de comida en Luquillo y Piñones, así como también de los mejores restaurantes de chef ubicados en St. Regis Resort, Condado, Isla Verde y el Viejo San Juan. The Saint Regis Hotel de cinco estrellas y Bahia Beach Golf Club está a 2 minutos de distancia, así como muchos otros grandes campos de golf. Comfortable and convenient location
Property was clean and comfortable. Had everything our family of 4 needed for our 10 day stay. Location is convenient for day trips to different beaches, Old San Juan, and the rainforest. There is a small market right up the street that had all the necessities needed for meals and other accessories. The town of Loiza unfortunately has experienced some economic hardships, so there are not many restaurants, but you don't have to travel far to find great food options and amazing culture! The property hosts were very responsive and check-in/check-out details were well communicated. The kids loved having the different options between the 2 pools and a small private beach. Overall, I highly recommend and hope to come back some day.

Good property with very responsive property manager.
Good location close to most excursion points and the rain forest. Property manager was very responsive. Check in process was very simple as well as the check out process. Nice gated community with beach access. Walmart was within 20 minutes to get your groceries.

What a great stay!
Staying at Madelin's place was truly delightful. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the detailed instructions provided. The apartment was spotless clean and spacious. The added bonus of private pools and beach access made the experience even better. I would certainly consider returning in the future.

Great Location
Perfect spot between getting in from San Juan and going to Fajardo or the rain forest. The condo had all we needed to cook dinner each night. And nice beaches nearby.

I really thought a lot about how to review this property, because it has a collection of very excellent pros with some scattered cons associated with it. First off and most important was the cleanliness. Excellent. Second, communication with the property owner was also excellent. I had trouble (my problem) opening the main door on arrival, and an immediate call to the owner resolved the issue. The security folks at the complex were also very approachable and helpful. Another plus. However, the property is advertised as having beach access. This is not the case, and seems to have not been for quite a while, yet the description on vrbo indicates it is. A bit of a disappointment. The last item is that the surrounding neighborhood has experienced economic hardship. If this is something you are not used to, it will appear less than desirable. Again, this is no fault of the property owner as is most likely the closed beach area. Finally, the property is close to El Yunque, (20 min) and about 40 minutes from San Juan proper. You will need a car. Overall we had a pleasant stay and got to experience Día de los Reyes, or Three Kings Day, quite the party in Puerto Rico.

Rolm is as stated.
The room is quiet lovely. Everything was as pictured. Except the beach within walking distance. The storm trashed it, so its not on them. Otherwise we had a fantastic experience

Wonderful hosts and beautiful property
This resort is fabulous! Conveniently located, being around 30-45 minutes from a lot of atractions. The safety and security of this property made my family feel right at home! Madeline is a wonderful host. When my daughter locked all the keys in the condo, she had someone there within minutes to let us back in! The beach is small, but ot was never crowded. My kids loved snorkeling there and seeing all the fish. Make sure to have water shoes as there are rocks and coral. The only downside to this property would be if you are unable to walk up 1 flight of stairs, as it is a second story condo. If I were to return to Puerto Rico, I would absolutely stay here again!

Cute place, private beach spot!
What a cute little place! Nice kitchen, plenty of place for 4 ladies to have a fun girl's trip! We were several buildings away from the beach. Beach was nice, it's just a small beach at this condo, so we usually had it to ourselves. We wish the beach opened at sunrise - we and others stood inside our gate to get sunrise pictures 😀 The other bigger beaches were just a short drive away! The host sent us tons of recommendations to check out, plus had an informative binder. Check in was super easy, security was visible and present at the entrance. The grocery store nearby was much bigger than expected with a great selection! We loved the jungle-view porch! We didn't care for the ham and cheese "breakfast" - we left if for the next renter! Overall, we'd stay here again and would recommend to others!

We had a wonderful stay. Madelin responded to all inquiries quickly. She provided all needed info in a timely manner. The place was just as described and very clean. During our stay Madelin checked in with additional, relevant info regarding the weather. Her provision of bread, cheese and juice was a lovely extra and appreciated on arrival after a long day of travel.

Lovely stay in Loiza
Been to PR many times but not this area. Once we got used to the narrow roads in and out of the town, we loved the location. Condo was perfect size for a 65 year old couple and our elderly (but fit) mother. One flight of stairs to unit, which was well equipped and comfortable. Lots of dogs in the complex and occasionally a barking concert. But I recommend this place for travelers looking to be immersed in local PR town.

Perfect Getaway
Loiza is a perfect getaway for anyone and was just what my family needed. The resort is located off the beaten path away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to everything. The condo was perfect and had cute amenities for the kids: scrabble, children’s books, boogie board, pool noodles, tennis rackets, other games and toys. We enjoyed the on site beach and pool most days we were there. The beach isn’t perfect for swimming with little ones. It’s a bit rough, but a short drive away are numerous beaches that are calm and family friendly. The resort felt very safe as it was gated and had an attendant that let you in and out 24/7. The condo was very clean, looked just like the pictures, and had excellent air conditioning units. We didn’t leave them running while we were away and the condo cooled down very quickly once we turned them on. My family and I arrived on Christmas Day. Wanting to make sure Santa knew where to find them, our host was gracious enough to lay out Santa gifts for my boys that I shipped to her in advance. It was SO great watching my kids walk into this vacation rental and see Santa gifts on the table. Magical! We cooked a lot while there. The little supermarket, a 3 minute walk away, was utilized often. One thing I would have liked to have had for cooking was a non-serrated knife. It’s just a preference of mine. I would stay here again and recommend this to anyone. Enjoy!

Perfect getaway stay for families.
Property is clean and well maintained. The apartment was modernized with all the amenities. We saved a lot being able to cook our own meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The couch was cozy and we enjoyed Netflix in the evenings. It was perectly centralized between Old San Juan, Fajardo and Cibe. Great bang for your buck!

We have stayed at this condo complex before in a different unit and this one was SO MUCH nicer! Everything is up to date and working. Great AC and air flow. Super clean and well stocked. This was the best stocked vacation rental I've ever stayed in! Had everything we needed from spices to after sun lotion. Absolutely loved our stay!

Beautiful apartment
I wanted to vacation in a place where I felt secure (because of the COVID), so I chose this place. The apartment is newly renovated and it's beautiful, modern and cozy. The owner seems very detailed oriented bacause of all the things the apartment has that make the stay more comfortable. You just have to take food and clothes, you don't have to worry about taking things needed in the kitchen and bathroom. It even had beach chairs and towels for the two of us. The apartment complex is very nice also. The beach is not as beautiful as I was expecting, but one of my favorite beaches in the metropolitan area is in a 10 minute drive, so that's where we went and it was perfect. It wasn't as full so we could maintain the appropriate distance from other people. The communication with the owner was excellent. I would give the apartment 5 stars but give it 4 because of the beach. I would definitely recommend it.
