Convenientemente situado en la avenida más exclusiva en el área de San Juan Metro. Este estudio luminoso, amueblado con elegancia-21 piso es su hogar lejos del hogar situado en el corazón de la bulliciosa y cadera Condado (al otro lado de la calle del Marriott Hotel & Casino). Completamos renovaciones completo en 2010 con un nuevo cocina y baño, las nuevas ventanas de piso a techo, nuevo mobiliario, iluminación y un amplio armario. El estudio consta de una cocina compacta, cómoda sala de estar / comedor pero elegante con un futón que se despliega a dormir 2 y 2 sillas laterales a juego. La pared norte frente a una puerta corredera de cristal y se abre a un balcón con vista al mar majestuoso. El dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio (con capacidad para 2), de 32 pulgadas LCD TV. Un vestidor se encuentra entre el dormitorio y el baño. El edificio cuenta con 24 horas de lavandería de monedas de seguridad, una piscina privada con tumbonas y también tiene un gimnasio privado. El apartamento también tiene estacionamiento espacio!

As advertised: location location location
Location was in the heart of Condado Beach. Walk to everything. Studio is advertised. It is small but has all you need including bug spray, suntan lotion and sunscreen, which was essential. Had great communication with the host and no issues to report. Would go back and highly recommend.

Great Apartment in a great area
My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights. The property is one block from the beach and you have a really nice ocean view from the balcony. The apartment is small, but was fine for the 2 of us. It has AC which was nice for sleeping. It was clean and had a full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, etc). We liked the area. It was right in the city and near the casinos and beaches. We didn't even bother with a car this trip because the area was very walk-able and we just got an uber/taxi if we wanted to go further. Overall we really enjoyed it for a quick get-away to some warm weather in a place we love. Everything about the apartment was easy and safe. It was on the 21st floor and there was a security desk in the lobby and everyone needs to use a fob (which you get when you first arrive) to get in. The host made everything about the stay in the apartment easy for us.

stunning view, elevated decor
The apartment is Here's a refined version of your apartment review: "I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The views of the ocean were absolutely stunning, and I loved having access to the swimming pool. The decor was elevated and tasteful, and the building's elegant foyer made a great first impression. Having two elevators and provided parking was a huge convenience. The only downside was the bathroom towels, which were small, had frayed edges, and lacked the plush feel I expected. However, this is an easily fixable issue. Overall, a fantastic experience!"

This place was in an amazing location, great building and an incredible view. The apartment was super clean and had everything you could think of. Gated parking. Secure building. David was awesome and this is my new place whenever I'm on the island. Great experience. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome Puerto Rico Trip
The stay in Puerto Rico was wonderful. The island has everything one could ask for in a Caribbean locale. The residents are friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and the interior is well maintained. Now for the the bad news. The exterior of the condominium is crumbling. There is a serious need to point up the concrete and inspect the e posed rebar under all the porches. We understand the salt and weather causes havoc but the real Issue is the condition of the apartment. The carpet you see in the pictures is now dirty grey and seriously soiled.with burn holes The oven is ancient and the electric elements are not secure. There is no peep hole in the front door which causes a Security risk. The paint is chipping off the walls in several areas. The bathroom toilet is hard to flush and we Had to bend the arm to make it work. The towel rack is not secure on the wall. A good detailing in every room would be a good idea. Lastly there is serious mold around the AC vent and along the ceiling. Health issue. In summary it just looks like the owner isn’t putting any more money into the condition of the unit. Too bad. Nice location. needs to do major capital improvements to bring that unit to a decent level.

You get what you pay for? I stayed here 4 days. Upon arriving in the condo the first thing I notice is the view. It’s really nice from 21 floor. However, the room I expected a little better conditions. There was a mop bucket and mop head laying out in the balcony area that I had to put up? The rug in the center of the front room needs to be replaced badly it’s very dirty looking and it has cigarette burns near the table. I had to wear slides the entire stay walking around the small studio. I tried to asked for partial refund but of course I didn’t get one. When time for bed there is no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed I had to complain to get them. Also the entire stay I had to take the top off toilet to get it to flush and fill correctly. The morning of checkout I was sent a message by the owner I need to take out the trash even though I was charged for cleaning service in the booking. There are 4 big towels and two wash cloths 2 hand towels and two beach towels that’s it for the entire stay and they smell a little weird. I’d recommend bring your own towels and soap. This is basically a last resort stay. I really tried to be positive but this just wasn’t my taste and I didn’t have a choice. The pool was nice and the condo is walking distance from restaurants bars liquor souvenir and pharmacy.

The property it’s very nice, it has one bedroom and a living room but they are not separated by a door, therefore even if there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, this apartment is more comfortable for 2 people then for 3 adults. The ocean view is beautiful and the apartment is comfortable. One thing to notice: the location form Expedia app it is not accurate and was not easy to find the apartment, I suggest to search “Miranda beauty” that is a shop exactly under the building to easily find the apartment.

We had a nice stay at this property. It’s centrally located, and only one block from the beach. The balcony view is amazing. Other positives included free parking, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler and body board. The only disappointment was that the stove did not work as well as one of the burners. If you plan on cooking, I would recommend checking with the owner to see if that issue was addressed. Otherwise, a enjoyable stay.

Great location!
This condo was perfect for two people. It is a 15 minute ride from Old San Juan and airport. We loved the modern furnishings, and the bed was very comfortable. The view is amazing and we loved having our morning coffee on the balcony. We did not cook but made use of the coffee maker and refrigerator. The bathroom is tiny but clean. We truly appreciated the beach chairs and cooler! We crossed the street and walked a block to get on the beach. An Uber arrived within 2 minutes whenever we needed one. Lastly David was very helpful with recommendations of things to see and do.

Great place
Rented this apartment for a week. When we got there it was very clean and smelled great. There is everything you need for cooking, bathing and even going down to the beach. We really enjoyed ourselves there and definitely will be staying there again in the future, the owner is also very responsive. Thanks again David for letting us stay we really did love it.

Good, could have been great!
The property owner thought of many details that made this condo exceptional. He added numerous little touches to create an atmosphere of a "home away from home". Great location, close to the beach and next door to a convenience store featuring fresh produce and vegan foods! However, when a problem came up with the air conditioning, his response was less than timely. We spent valuable vacation time waiting for a technician that took more than a day to arrive and resolve the issue. We were inconvenienced by the malfunctioning air-conditioner. Additionally, the building (more than 21 floors) had one working elevator and during our stay that elevator stopped working as well. Result, no working elevators. We spent a great deal of time waiting in the lobby or on the 21st floor of this busy building for the elevator when it was operable. According to residents this was not a new problem; unfortunate. The owner did not appear appreciative of the time we spent away from our itinerary to ensure his property was available for repair, when he was informed of the air conditioning issue. He made no attempt to accommodate us for our time. This could have been a GREAT experience with more attention focused on meeting our needs, specifically in the case of unexpected repairs. Food for thought!

I stayed at Mr. Soto's apartment for seven relaxing days. His place was very clean and comfortable for my cousin and I. Everyday was a little different because I rented a car, and was able to travel wherever I wanted to go, and not have a hustle looking for a spot to park, because the unit has it's own parking spot. The building has security downstairs which helped me feel safe at all times. The area has a lot of restaurants and things to do from easy access to the highway to getting on the beach. I would stay at Mr. Soto's unit again if it's available when I return next year. Thank you David Soto for making my stay a success.

Beautiful view!
This condo has a great location on the edge of the very safe hotel area. We walked across the street to the Marriott any time we needed a taxi, there were plenty of restaurants close by and the beach was just a block away. The view was spectacular and the condo was clean and nicely decorated although a bit of a squeeze for more than 2 people just because there wasn't a lot of room for suitcases. Pictures felt accurate. The pool area was very nice too.

great condo and location
I was very impressed with this condo and its amazing location. No need to rent a car here. You can walk or Uber to almost everything. The view was spectacular and the beach was amazing. The condo was very clean and when I first got there I felt as if I was the first guest that ever stayed. It had a clean, fresh smell and was extremely comfortable. It is located in one of the best buildings in Condado. The owner, David, was very help helpful and informative but never intrusive. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering a trip to the area.

Amazing Views!
This Apartment could not be in a better location and the views are amazing from the bedroom and balcony. Beautiful quiet beach directly across the street. The white decor was pleasing as well and I definitely look forward to coming back and staying in this exact location. Thanks David!!
