Ubicado a una cuadra de la playa en Ocean Park, en San Juan, Puerto Rico. En el mejor barrio playa de San Juan conocido como Ocean Park.

Este estudio completamente amueblado está ubicado en el sexto piso (EL ELEVADOR ESTÁ ACTUALMENTE FUERA DE OPERACIÓN). de un edificio de condominios en el barrio cerrado de Ocean Park. Ventanas en tres lados permiten fantásticas brisas, día y noche. Vistas de Condado y puestas de sol al oeste, vistas parciales al mar, así como salidas del sol hacia el este, y El Yunque en el sureste del país. El mobiliario incluye un sofá seccional con mesa de café, cama de matrimonio y mesa de noche, mesa de comedor para dos personas (dentro o fuera en el balcón), así como TV con DVD y reproductor de CD Sony. El acceso inalámbrico. El baño incluye una ducha con una ventana para ver el azul del Océano Atlántico. La cocina está totalmente equipada e incluye una lavadora compañía. También se incluyen sillas de playa, toallas de playa, y un refrigerador. Hay dos sillas y una mesa para disfrutar de la terraza. Fuera de la calle también se incluye estacionamiento.

Amazing
We arrived a day late due to the weather. They allowed us an extra day to compensate. It looked just like the photo listed. They also were available for any concerns. The restaurants were amazing, people were friendly and we were 2 blocks from the beach! Location was secure and quiet. Highly recommended

The condo was perfect! We were there for 9 days. It had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The veach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were great for the beach one block away. Its exactly how its picture We would definitely comeback and stay there agai !!d. With a nice sized closet and shower.shower

We Had An Amazing Stay
We had a great 6 night stay! It was extremely close to the beach and right by a ton of eating establishments. I can say there were only two things during our stay we encountered, the first being ants in the apartment. It wasn't a true inconvenience as they only came out if you leave food on the countertop so we just kept food in the fridge. Also in the neighborhood there are huge potholes so please be extremely aware as we got a flat tire on our rental but we were able to replace it fairly quickly. Although we didn't need anything from Chris during our stay he was extremely responsive when we were checking in and checking out. I just know if we did need anything he would have taken care of us. Overall this was an amazing stay and when I come back to PR I will be sure to book here again!

Lovely week long stay
This is a nice sized studio, full kitchen (small fridge), comfortable bed, great bathroom, and fab balcony in the neighborhood Ocean Park. It’s really close to a nice beach, eateries, and I felt safe due to the enclosed property and neighborhood. Loved my time here and will try to stay yearly. Property manager very responsive and also let me know in advance when there was construction work being done on a different floor.

This property sits right next to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood… The condo is real clean an equipped with everything u need!! I would highly recommend this Ocean Park Condo.. I will book this Condo again… Loved this area of San Quan…

When we got there was very late. Did not have enough indformation on how to open the lock to get the keys. We did not know you have to push both botton at the same time to get it open. Manager did not answer his telephone during our check in moment. We got there late because of a delay on the flight.

The heart of it all
We stayed at the studio for a short get-away. It was perfect! The location puts you in a very quiet neighborhood while enjoying being close to great restaurants, shopping and easy access to major highways leading to all points of interest.

Great location
My husband and I stayed for a weekend. This was our second trip to San Juan and Chris’ place not only was just as it appeared in the listing, but this was a really great location. Chris was highly responsive throughout the whole stay. The accommodation had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property for a short vacation or long term stay

This studio condo was a lovely place to stay for our week in San Juan. Tile floors throughout were nice after the beach. Chris was flexible with our arrival and departure times. He also provided a lot of information about the neighborhood and things to do in and around the city and the island. There is a view of the ocean from the corners of the balcony but the condo ourself faces away from the ocean. Residents & neighbors were friendly. The location was great. We were two short blocks from access to the beach (Calle Tapia entrance) and about 1/4 mile to the main beach area (Santa Ana entrance). Also about 1/3 of a mile away was the main entrance to the (gated) Ocean Park neighborhood and dozens of restaurants within another few blocks. And if you didn't feel like walking up to 1/2 mile, electric scooters were available to rent every couple of blocks. A couple of warnings about getting around, none of which have to do with this property specifically. 1) there are a lot of one way streets in this neighborhood, and the Apple maps app didn't recognize them as one way. We had much better luck with Google maps. 2) allegedly most of the gates to Ocean Park are open during the day, but in the week we were there, only one other gate was ever open that we saw - we used it on our way to brunch and it was locked by the time we returned. Just assume your only way in/out is via Calle Santa Ana. 3) beware the potholes. Would love to stay at this wonderful location again!

Do not think just book!!
Place looks exactly like the pictures, this is a gated community with 24hr security so safety was not an issue, alot of bars and food places nearby, the beach is a couple blocks away walking distance, Chris communication was awesome would definitely stay again!!

Great Views and Location
The 6th floor views from this unit are incredible and the location puts you close to everything. Checking in and out was very easy. The apartment is set up nicely with a nice welcome/guide book for the unit and the area. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. Chris was always quick to respond. We hope to return one day!

Beautiful Beach Vacation
This was the first time I had spent Christmas away from home, and I wanted to enjoy the sun and sand and explore the sites and sounds of San Juan. Christopher’s place was perfect for achieving this vision. His communication was spot on, the Studio was large and had all of the amenities I needed, even things I didn’t expect like beach chairs and coolers to take drinks to the beach. It was just across the road from the beautiful Ocean Park beach, and I couldn’t have been happier. The neighborhood is clean and safe, and the beautiful homes were a site to behold. I would recommend Christopher’s place to anyone wanting a great place to enjoy San Juan.

Great Location
The outside building looked very rundown compare to the properties around the area. but place was very secure and the location is great. Chris was attentive and responsive when we arrived in San Juan.. We really didn't need anything from him as the Studio had what we needed. we used the beach chairs and beach towels and we were happy to use the washer in the unit.
