Ubicado en la ciudad de Loíza, aproximadamente a 25 minutos (14 millas) al este del aeropuerto internacional de San Juan Luis Muñoz Marín (SJU), este complejo de condominios bien diseñado en las afueras del área metropolitana de San Juan ofrece vistas espectaculares. El condominio es un ático de 2 niveles con una exposición meridional bañada por el sol que ofrece impresionantes vistas del océano y la selva tropical de montaña de El Yunque. El complejo tiene una puerta de acceso a la playa, un cenador con mesas y sillas, baños y 3 piscinas. ¡Perfecto para compartir con familiares y amigos!

Apto para dos parejas, adultos solteros o adultos con niños, este condominio completamente amueblado tiene 3 habitaciones con 1 cama queen en el dormitorio principal, una cama matrimonial en el segundo dormitorio y 2 camas individuales (literas) en el 3er dormitorio . Suficientemente espacioso para alojar a 6 adultos cómodamente. Se accede desde la sala de estar a través de una hermosa escalera de caracol, el segundo nivel contiene una amplia terraza abierta con magníficas vistas del océano y las montañas. Una parte de la terraza está cubierta y contiene muebles de patio y asientos adicionales, ideales para entretener a los invitados para cenar al aire libre y / o cócteles.

Nuestra ubicación es perfecta para explorar la isla. Estamos aproximadamente a 25 minutos del aeropuerto, a 5 minutos de la calle Regis Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Course y a 15 minutos del campo de golf internacional de Trump en Río Grande. El bosque nacional El Yunque se encuentra a 15 minutos. Los Piñones con sus playas, paseo marítimo y senderos para bicicletas están a 5 minutos por la carretera. Estamos aproximadamente a 30 minutos de Fajardo, donde puede programar excursiones de pesca o tomar un ferry a las encantadoras islas de Vieques y Culebra.

Great place right off the beach!
The place was exactly as advertised. And it worked out great for my family. The complex is a bit over 1/4-mile from the main road, which makes it very quiet. I noticed that a review mentioned that there was no access to the beach. I'm guessing they did not pay attention to their surroundings. The complex has a walk-in gate that takes you directly to the beach. From the condo it takes no more than 5 minutes to get to it. The beach may not be private, but it felt like it during this time of year (November). There were no more than a handful of folks far away from us the times we went. The pools were also great. They are super clean and very well maintained. They have some strict rules for the pools. But it shows that they do work because it was really nice and enjoyable. The condo itself is what I would call your standard Puerto Rico accommodations. I was born and raised in PR, so I felt right at home. I also noticed that other reviews complained about the fact that the living room and kitchen areas were too hot. Yes, but it was expected. The description explicitly says that they only have A/C units in the rooms. When it came down to it, that was a non-issue for us. The only drawback is that the complex doesn't seem to have a backup generator. But that wasn't a big issue as the power only went out our last night there. The outage lasted about 45 minutes. Overall, we had a great time during our week there.

Lovely stay
This apartment was just perfect. It was clean, spacious, and peaceful. The beach was walking distance and probably one of the better beaches to enjoy. I enjoyed staying here. The owner was very responsive and made the process easy. would stay here again for sure

Excellent stay
Excellent host. Very understanding. Attention to detail. Made the stay enjoyable. Ours was a last minute semi-planned vacation. We were able to enjoy our vacation more than what we expected as everything was taken care of at the place we stayed. Clean and well stocked kitchen along with accurate online description helped us a lot. It was very easy to contact the host and they were very approachable to our requests as well. Overall excellent stay. Thank you Brenda and Lars.

We live this place
We enjoyed being able to walk to beach and see the sunrise and the sunsets. My wife’s face lit up when she walked inside and saw how nice it is. The upstairs patio was utilized everyday just to relax and take in the ocean view. The host provided beach towels and chairs so we didn’t have to worry about that. There were plenty of food places near for days or nights we didn’t cook. Before the week was up, we were already talking about coming back next year and bringing more family. This place is awesome!

Great location to experience it all
Brenda and Lars are fantastic to work with and quick on communication and support. They provide solid insight on recommendations. This is a great spot to come with friends or family. The rooftop terrace is easily one of the most relaxing areas to hang out and socialize, or just get away for morning coffee. You are an easy walk away from the beach where we practically had it all to ourselves. For location, it's nice not being around all the typical tourist areas, but it doesn't take long to get to any hot spot or restaurant you want to try. The place is secured, and quiet. AC is only in the bedrooms, and they work very well! Keep this in mind as the main area, especially in summer, can get very warm, even with fans and windows, so use the rooftop terrace to hang out, or get out and enjoy Puerto Rico, which is probably why you are here to begin with! I'd highly recommend checking staying here.

Amazing!
We fell in love with this ocean front condo. Description was spot on. We didn’t want to leave. Communication from hostess was some of the best we’ve ever had. We used the rooftop patio every morning/night and the breeze felt so good up there and the view was awesome, ocean and mountains. What more could you want? There’s 3 pools and a private entrance to the beach which was only busy on the holiday otherwise we had it to ourselves. There’s a gated entrance to the complex and a security guard so we felt safe. The condo is located close to a majority of places, we loved exploring. There’s a little grocer not far from the place but we drove a bit farther for a Walmart. Stocked with starter essentials which is nice. We fell in love with Puerto Rico and would stay here again if we come back.

Beautiful condo!
Condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved the rooftop and the three pools. The property is well manicured and with security on site, safe. The beach is pristine and largely empty. The stray dogs on the beach were cute. Unfortunately Loíza was hard hit by the hurricane and pandemic and has not seemed to have recovered. It was difficult to find a restaurant in town. However it is close enough to San Juan to the west and Fajardo to the east to make it a convenient location. We enjoyed the scenery and local fare along the Piñones.

Nice PR Condo
We were OK with the condo itself, location, security, amenities, pool, and beach. The condo is a little worn but spacious and functional. However, since the listing said the condo had AC, we assumed that meant the whole condo. Only the bedrooms have AC. The living room, kitchen, and dining room were too hot in May/June to make using those rooms for more than a few minutes possible. That said, we did spend a lot of time in the open air on the condo's deck which is a wonderful space.

This condo is located in the most beautiful spot!! This is our second time here and doesn’t disappointed. It is gated and feels very safe .The beach is amazing and the pools are very clean . You actually never have to leave here it has everything you need to relax. Last time we were here we did alot if touristy stuff. This time we spent most of our time here and it was the best vacation ever. Thank you Brenda

Well appointed penthouse condo! Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hostess was wonderful! We had 2 problems come up while we were there (none of it related to the property) and she was quick to respond and help out! Highly recommend and would stay again!

A perfect relaxing vacation.
We had an amazing week in Puerto Rico. The condo was perfect. It was spacious, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. I have to make a special mention of the upstairs terrace. I miss it already. A breeze from the ocean was a pure perfection any time a day. The beach was basically a private beach, so amazing if you just want to park there in a beach chair and just be. Wonderful, I highly recommend. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Thank you both!

Wonderful condo in a great location.
Our family loved our time in Puerto Rico. We had 6 people in the apartment and we were very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed. The roof was amazing!!! Great communication with the owner. Would return in a heartbeat!

Fantastic vacation
The property was wonderful. We had ample towels, chairs... everything was thought of such as beach towels and soft sheets, lovely bath towels, etc. Having our own terrace was wonderful. It was private and breezy absolutely as advertised. The beach was almost completely deserted which was such a nice surprise and the swimming pools were clean and great. There was a secure gated parking lot and very friendly security personnel. I can't rate this property highly enough!

My family and I really enjoyed the house. It’s spacious and the rooftop is just amazing. The beach is beautiful but swimming is a little rough. But the pool is great for swimming. It’s commutable to lots of attractions. I would definitely recommend the property. And the hosts are great.

Brenda’s condo was just as described and owner was great to work with, very detail oriented. Family room was large comfortable. Rooftop patio was amazing with plenty of seating and a table to eat breakfast and enjoy the warm morning breezes. We would definitely consider staying again.

The very definition of comfort and enchantment!
This roof top condo did not disappoint! I loved the gated condominiums and the 24 hour security. I felt safe and privileged. The condo listed is AS DISCRIBED😁 plenty of space and very clean. Even the furniture was very welcoming! The roof top itself by far the best I have had the privilege to enjoy. Daytime or night, perfect weather and place to enjoy nature in its beauty. The beach was a two minute walk behind the condo with private access. Loved that 😊 The only thing I will say was the beds in the condo were a bit firm for our liking but still rested well. Needless to say Lars and Brenda are super host indeed! They provided very detailed instructions for check in along with things to do and see in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. Which was unexpected but highly thankful for! Lars and Brenda was always available and always answered my calls and text. Super kind and sooo sweet. Big thank you to them both! I will be staying here again when I return to this beautiful island!
