“Check in couldn't have been easier. Terry, the host, was in contact with us while we were there and went the extra mile and gave us complimentary snacks and drinks. “This property was absolutely amazing! The staff was over-the-top with their friendliness, hospitality, and service! A pool side plate of nachos was served with white linen service. We ate several dinners there and everyone in our family thought it was the best meal of our trip!! Portions were generous as well. "Avoid to book a Deluxe room because it is not more than a low standard one.My bed was super soft and I finished with back pain.When I checked in the loo in my bathroom had no cover.The sliding door of the balcony had no locker so anybody could have entered my room.Personnel not very helpful.And the price totally absurd for such a hotel.My advise,book somewhere else."
