Ubicado en un distrito histórico en la ladera sobre el centro de San Diego, este hermoso Queen Ann victoriana tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Esta unidad es completamente privada con entrada independiente, sala de estar, 2 dormitorios, baño, sala de estar y cocina completa. No se gastó ningún gasto en el diseño de esta unidad altamente actualizado que ofrece vistas del océano, el puente de Coronado y las islas frente a la costa desde el porche de la propiedad. No se gastó ningún gasto en el diseño y diseño de esta unidad que es clásico moderno. La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá de cuero de tamaño completo sofá-cama, TV LED grande inteligente, mesa de comedor y sillas y ventilador de techo. La cocina está perfectamente actualizada con todo lo necesario para cocinar sus propias comidas durante su estancia con nosotros. El baño es nuevo, separado de las habitaciones y equipado con un montón de toallas de felpa, champú, acondicionador, lavado corporal y un secador de pelo. Hay camas de matrimonio en cada una de las 2 habitaciones separadas. Ambas camas de matrimonio tienen colchones de espuma de memoria que son muy cómodas. Cada habitación también tiene un ventilador de techo, aire acondicionado en la pared y una televisión LED de alta definición inteligente con acceso por cable y capacidad de streaming. Los 3 televisores tienen acceso a Netflix, que se ofrece de forma gratuita a nuestros huéspedes. Nuestra propiedad se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche del centro de convenciones, el distrito de la lámpara de gas, Ball Park, la isla de Coronado, el aeropuerto, el parque Balboa y el zoológico. El acceso a la autopista está situado a la vuelta de la esquina y los tránsitos de la parada de autobús hacia y desde el centro se pueden encontrar a una manzana. Todas las playas locales están a poca distancia en coche de la propiedad. Algunos de los lugares más populares de Golden Hill como el Turf Club, la Panchitas Bakery, la cafetería Krakatoa, la Luigi's Pizza y el Golden Hill Park se encuentran a poca distancia a pie. Disfrute de una taza de café por la mañana y vistas al puente de la bahía de Coronado desde la mesa del patio y sillas proporcionadas en el porche delantero. Hay una lavandería en el lugar, así que revise las monedas, el detergente para la ropa y los tejidos suavizantes de telas que ofrecemos en la unidad como un regalo de cortesía y nuestra forma de agradecerle. Perfect little place in perfect location!
This unit was immaculate! Furnishings were well cared for and comfortable. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud! It was perfect for our group and the location was central to everything in San Diego! Oh I forgot to mention, the views off the front porch were breathtaking! I highly recommend this property!

A little help
everything was pretty close. I felt safe inside of the house, but would not walk around neighborhood. Houses on the same side of the street we’re pretty run down a lot of garbage everywhere along sidewalks. beer cans left right on the sidewalk in front of the house. Gate to the yard does not lock open to anyone to walk in. Several homeless people walking around sidewalks and not too far away were homeless encampment on the sidewalks and streets. Parking was terrible. Had to park up and around the block in the evenings, was not fun to walk back to the house. Inside the house was fine. Beds were comfortable, carpeting is very stained. We looked past these things and had a great time out in San Diego.

SD Vacay
We arrived to SD and after a hiccup on how to enter the home we finally did. We were tired of traveling and were happy to arrive to a clean home. The house is located in a charming neighborhood on a hill street that gives great views. The house is located within walking distance of a few restaurants but because it was 6pm and parking was limited ( we didn't want to lose our parking spot) we decided to walk up the block to the nearest Mexican taco place across the street. The food was basic I would not recommend. On our way back the sunset was hitting and we wanted to take that in but were suddenly interrupted by a homeless fight at the liquor store across the street. We felt unsafe at that moment and headed to the house. The next day we saw there was a big homeless population in the area. Of course this is not the owners fault as they can not control this. It did not affect our plans as we enjoyed our vacation and stay I just wanted to bring it up as it was our experience at that time. We are looking forward to staying here again as we feel we needed more than a week to enjoy San Diego.

Perfect location!
This property was great. It was within 15 min of Coronado island, the beaches, the zoo, the gardens and most importantly a Walmart! Hahaha. (Vacationing with Kids) . On the same block there was a convince store and restaurants which was nice. Parking was never too far. The only thing I wasn’t aware of was that the house was divided into units and I usually worry about noise having 4 kids. Overall it was a great stay.

Nice apartment, Like described!
The place was pretty clean and complete with almost all you need for a few days to stay. Owner was really nice and communicative with us, the neighborhood has very pretty houses and it's located close to good stores. I recommend this place! :)

Awesome place and location
We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit with the sofa bed in the livingroom the property was well maintained. Easy communications with owner, will even give you great tips for sightseeing. Owner does good job at explaining everything especially how park on the hills. Being from houston were it's all flat lands i found this very helpful. No issues with any neighbors inside the unit or the neighborhood neighbors. Everyone was friendly. Ac in the bedrooms worked perfectly and if you opened the windows the livingroom cooled off good. Close to everything. Many restaurants within walking distant. Recommend adalbertos, antojitos colombianos restaurant and el salvadoreno. I will admit i have a hard time parallel parking but i parked on island st. Where there was always parking and it isn't as busy as 25th. There is also a 99 cent store on island st. Great unit

The place was clean and ready to go when we got there. The neighborhood is a little ruff but not too bad, parking was alright and get off and on the freeway was easy. Would I stay there again yes. The Manager was great and gave us some ideas on what to do and places to eat.

Great location and very clean!!
We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely keep it as a top option the next time we visit San Diego. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The only slight issue was finding parking sometimes, but that wasn’t a huge issue.

Great location, comfortable home.
We enjoyed our 4 night stay here over the holidays. The location was perfect for easy access to both downtown and family south of the city. The area was cute, with great coffee shops and lunch options within a mile. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this location and would stay here again.

First thing you will notice is how responsive John is. He is a great host who will quickly reply, and very anxious to make your stay perfect. The unit is perfect. It had a nice efficient layout. I was amazed at how stocked the kitchen was. This was importent to me as cooked all our meals. For the first time, I remembered to bring my own Tupperwares and plastic wrap. He had some there. I remembered seasonings, he had some there. My family of six did not have to constantly shuffle dishes and silverware to have enough. There was plenty there. I as worried that with six of plus needing showers after a day at the beach, we would run out of hot water. Not even close. I was worried about finding a place to park on the street. We were always able to park close by. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to San Diego.

Gas lamp district, near everything in downtown and easy access to and from freeway. It was a little small for its maximum capacity of 6 adults but the location was great and the house was clean, couple stains in the bedroom carpets but the landlord was aware and really nice. I would definitely stay here again

This Unit is very nicely remodeled, clean and comfortable. The location to MCRD was great. It is also very close to all the downtown San Diego attractions. The owner John is a great communicator and really cares about your comfort during your stay. We would choose this Unit again.

Great stay!
The place was perfect for the 5 girls that stayed. Owner is very accommodating and checked frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Only downside is the neighborhood isn’t the best and the houses next door are not pleasant to look at at all! But we had no problems with anyone.
