Best part of our trip
This house was great for 5 girlfriends spending the weekend catching up! The Dinning Room/Living Room/Kitchen is great for gathering. Beds were comfy, rooms were spacious. Plenty of towels, games, and kitchen supplies. Would stay here again without hesitation!!

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Everything you need is provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, sandwich bags, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels). The rental is extremely clean and well furnished. The location is PERFECT for exploring San Diego. Everything was a short drive away, and yet the home is in an adorable, safe suburb. All the neighbors were extremely friendly and we felt completely safe leaving the doors open leading to the amazing backyard. This the perfect rental for a family looking to explore San Diego. The owner was super kind and accommodating with very quick responses. She also had a fresh half gallon of milk and breakfast pastries waiting for us which was a super nice touch.

Perfect spot!
This was a perfect spot to stay! Exactly as advertised (and better!). The home felt super homey and cozy, and had lots of little extra touches. The backyard was super relaxing and neighborhood was so quiet! It was only 5-10 miles to most places in SD, but the location felt like it was much farther away. We would definitely stay again when in San Diego!

Perfect Everything
Julie was just AWESOME! Communication with her was easy and she was extremely helpful with everything that made a long-awaited family vacation just perfect! The home is beautiful and the rooms were big and comfortable. I hadn't seen my BFF for over five years; and, having this beautiful home for her and her daughter, along with my husband and daughter was a perfect, long-awaited reunion. It had everything we needed - even allowing us to have an awesome barbeque. Breakfast was so enjoyable with the cool weather on the back patio as well. If we are ever back in San Diego, we hope to be able to enjoy this beautiful home again.

Short visit for a college tour
I stayed for two days with my two teenage boys while we did a visit to the University of California San Diego. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The host's local restaurant recommendations were terrific.

Absolutely Wonderful
This property was wonderful. Julie was a pleasure to communicate with and went out of her way to accommodate us. We stayed here in Bay Park in San Diego to be close to our son and family. Everything was good. Great neighborhood very quiet. The backyard was great to have and enjoy the sunshine, birds and butterflies as well as the views of university of San Diego. Our young granddaughter loved the yard and that meant so much to us. She had so much fun running and playing. The family can’t wait for us to rent again. Which we will. Easy pick up and drop for Lyft. San Diego is a special place with so much to do. We highly recommend this home .

Wonderful Stay
We’ve stayed at this property twice already, and both times have been wonderful. The house is so cute and completely stocked with anything you could possibly need during your stay. The backyard is such a great place to sit and relax. We even saw fireworks in the evenings! The location is great - a short drive to downtown, Old Town, malls, and restaurants. Julie is so kind and responsive. We love everything about this property, and we would highly recommend it!

Amazing Attention to Details!
The location of this property was absolutely perfect for all of the plans we made, including going to the beach, parks, and museums. The home was in a fabulous neighborhood, and was very clean! The owner provided access to so many things that came in handy, including beach towels, chairs, laundry detergent, charging station, and toiletries - really too many conveniences to name! The finishing touch was the fresh flowers that were awaiting us! We loved our stay!

Great location in San Diego
Came for my daughter’s graduation from USD and it was so neat to be able to see the college from the back yard. House was perfect for our time there. My son got a little too excited and went looking through some things he shouldn’t have and we felt terrible but worked through it with Julie. House is nicely stocked.

The house is very centrally located, easy to get to freeways. It’s nuzzled in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has everything you need and then some cook. Beautiful house. The hostess is very accommodating. Only recommendation, if you plan to have friends over to visit, let the hostess know in advance.

Great San Diego Weekend
The property is exactly what my family needed for the weekend. We were only in San Diego for a couple of days at the end of a southern California vacation. The property was so close to everything we wanted to see. We were able to visit Sunset Cliffs, La Jolla shore, the Cabrillo National Monument, and the San Diego Zoo. Everything was just a short drive away. The house was such a nice place to relax. The backyard offered a relaxing spot to enjoy nature and unwind. The ping pong table was a lot of fun for the kids too. The host thought of everything and had clear instructions laid out for things throughout the house. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone visiting the area!

Great stay
We enjoyed this home very much. It met all our needs, was close to the baseball venue we attended for a weekend series and the neighborhood is very pleasant and nice to walk. Comfortable beds, and great communication with the host…I highly recommend!

Quiet Oasis
We are returning guests! We absolutely love this quiet oasis that is just minutes from all that San Diego has to offer. House is clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked (best of any VRBO that we’ve stayed in). Backyard is beautiful and peaceful with the sound of birds. Bathrooms are updated and well stocked. You can walk out front door for a nice stroll in the neighborhood and hiking trails. 5 minutes from Mission Beach, restaurants and other shopping. Host is amazing and quickly responds to any questions. Highly recommend!

Nette Umgebung
Julie war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht, alles ordentlich zu übergeben. Daher stehen die positiven Aspekte klar im Vordergrund. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig (in dieser Jahreszeit, wenn man nachts keine Klimaanlage benötigt). Diese war extrem laut, so das wir diese zum Glück nachts nicht einschalten brauchten. Die Matratzen der 3 Betten waren sehr weich und durchgelegen und müssten dringend erneuert werden. Alles in Allem war es aber OK.

Lovely stay
Loved the house. It was clean, smelled like fresh wood and it was very comfortable (mattresses were excellent). My kids loved the ping pong table and the yard was lovely. It was nestled in a verdant valley and we enjoyed hours of bird-watching in the mornings.

Great stay for families with kids
We visited SD Easter weekend to see family and celebrate our son’s birthday. The location was easy, 5-6 min off the freeway near sea world. The neighborhood was cute, quiet, and full of families with kids. The backyard was awesome and had a great view of USD. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 5. King bed, queen bed and a full size bed. There was an extra room dedicated as an office space that had games, and extra stuff for toddlers (pack n play, umbrella stroller etc). Check in and out was a breeze. The host was excellent at communicating and addressing any concerns. There were a few hiccups during our stay. Julie was on top of it and very accommodating on helping make our stay as comfortable s possible. Overall great stay. We would stay again next time we are in town!
