Perfect location for young and old
Fantastic location for a weekend visit to our college student. Have previously not stayed on the bay side of mission. It was quieter than the ocean side but still plenty of good people watching. Plus fireworks! Ground floor unit was perfect for elderly grandparents to easily get out. Location and outdoor dining table were great for breakfast in, and bbq made it easy to grill out for dinner too. A great vacation weekend. Thanks!

Three issues
The property was great but the lock to access the side door was finicky. Need to get that fixed! Also we are pretty quiet on vacation and the people staying above us weren't. The manager got on them about the noise though and eventually they quieted down. The last complaint is about VRBO. The website is confusing and at login it kept redirecting to download the app. Then, upon clicking on the download the app button, nothing happened. Thank goodness Daniel was a great host and was super helpful in getting us checked in! The garage is huge and next time we can bring multiple bikes to store here on our trip. We'll come back here in the future!

Relaxing Splendor
Daniel’s home by the bay is modern, well appointed, and extremely relaxing. The location is absolutely superb and the accommodations match. Daniel takes great care in his property and the happiness of his guests.

Great long weekend
Perfect location. Never drove once we arrived, walked everywhere. Water sports and rentals. Sunset boat ride. Relaxing on the Bay side but easy walk to the surf and crowded beach for fun vibe. Enjoyed every minute of it💯

Great location with a great patio.
Overall fantastic place. I few dirty spots with the ceiling fans and the exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Beds pretty hard and pillows thin and cheap. Towels thin and cheap. FYI when you are packing: No extra toilet paper, No Kleenex, no soaps ( only liquid hand soaps) and no shampoos. Kitchen very well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans. Even a slow cooker. Salt and pepper shaker were the only seasonings. Parking in the garage a huge help. Big enough for 2 cars. Easy up in the garage with sand chairs and umbrellas. Even had some sand toys for the kiddies. Patio easily sat 6 people at the table and another 4 chairs on the other side. Good BBQ. It handled a tri tip with no problem. 2 bedrooms and only used 1 which was quiet and didn't have much noise from above throughout the night.

This is the perfect Bayside Walk location. Easy walking distance to the bay, beach, restaurants, etc. Very clean condo with parking for two regular-sized vehicles in a garage.

Family Getaway
We had the most spectacular trip to San Diego! Staying on the bayside was perfect for us since the waters were calm for our toddler to swim in freely and safely. It was so convenient to walk right out to the bayside beach and only a couple of minutes to the beach side. We enjoyed walking on the bayside path everyday and took advantage of the awesome restaurants within walking distance. The weekend fireworks over the bay were a fun surprise too! Daniel was a friendly and professional host. All in all, this property was wonderful!

Great stay
Overall this was a fantastic stay! It was the perfect size for our fam and "steps from the sand" is actually accurate with this place. Great location! Most of the check in/out process could be handled via email or even a booklet at the house instead of in person. The owner does live upstairs and stops in quite often. It wasn't overbearing but should at least be passed along to others who might be affected differently. We would definitely stay again!

Paradise by the Bay
A lovely place for a family reunion or couples get away. Two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The patio is fabulous, large, and with a break taking view. We enjoyed the 4th of July Fireworks right from the patio!

Beautiful condo, perfect location!
My husband and I stayed at this property with our 3 young children for a week and loved every second of it! The condo is new construction with nice appliances and very clean. It is situated directly on the bay, which is quiet and peaceful, perfect for kids to play in. It is less than a 3 minute walk to the beach as well. The owner, Daniel, was very responsive before and during our stay. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this spot to others!
