Great Stay!
Location was central to most of the attractions and sites. Hosts are awesome and responsive. Parking can be a bit of a challenge in the evening, but what one expects in the city! We had a wonderful stay!

A misleading nightmare
The property owner leaves out a lot of information about this rental. Parking is not on site. It’s all street parking in a very heavily populated residential area. We drove around for 10 minutes trying to find a spot and ended up having to park two blocks away - if we hadn’t been lucky we would have had to park farther. This property is also in the owner’s front yard which isn’t specified anywhere on the listing. The RV itself is extremely poorly kept. There’s extreme water damage on the bedroom floor, the window blinds were all broken, as was the lock for the front door. The ceiling vent in the bedroom was caked with dust to the point that it was unusable. The batteries for the TV in the bedroom were CORRODED. Not to mention the impossible to get into bunk beds and the black hairs in the bathroom and bed sheets. When I tried to call the owner she only responded via text and basically told us we were in the wrong for being upset. We called Vrbo to try and cancel and get re-lodged but we were on the phone with them for an hour and a half and they were absolutely no help at all. We ended up paying the same amount we would for a nice hotel having to book something else ourselves. Do yourself a favor and save the stress. Pay the extra money and stay in a hotel. Mission View Inn is where we ended up and it was nicer and cheaper than this nightmare of an experience.

Very fun vacation space!
This was the perfect way to spend the weekend in San Diego. The trailer was nicely decorated (loved the kitchen especially)—and had great WiFi and a zillion places to charge your electronics! Ruby has everything well thought out, so there was coffee, adequate towels, two TVs with streaming hookups, to name just a few. The trailer is also nicely located; we didn’t rent a car and just Ubered/Lyfted everywhere with no problems. I loved it and would stay there again.

A North Park gem.
The location is close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. The host is amazing. Professional, gives space, and provides helpful tips and clear check in/out instructions. The cost is perfect for what is provided. An all around gem.

Cute and amazing!
Super cute and super comfortable!!! Parking was interesting but has nothing to do with property owners. Give yourself a few more minutes to find parking then enjoy the rest of the trip!

Great Stay in Corridor
This VRBO fit the bill exactly for me & my husband. We came to San Diego to scout apartments for a move, mostly in the North Park/Normal Heights area. The location cannot be beat; I don't think we drove further than 5-10 min to get to anywhere. The RV itself is really cute. It's small, obviously, but it's just fine for two adults. The queen-sized bed was pretty comfortable. The kitchen is spartan but serviceable; we made quesadillas one night with fresh tortillas from the farmers market on the host's recommendation. The bathroom was, well, what you would expect of a bathroom in a camper. The outdoor space is great - we had beers out on the turf every night because the weather was so nice. Parking is on the street but was not too difficult to get (parking at the end of the block usually). We rented a car, so I'm unsure of how easy it is to take public transit to get to places, but there are bus stops nearby. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and we never felt unsafe, even walking a few blocks to the 7-Eleven after dark. The host was very responsive to messages and even offered to save a parking spot on the street for us on the first night. If your goal is to come to San Diego to spend time in North Park/Normal Heights, this is a great stay!

Fun place!
Fun and unique place with a surprisingly comfortable bed. I thought the matress may be just "okay" but it was really a perfect softness.
