Este 3 dormitorios, 1. 5 baños, casa de campo brillante y ventoso encarna todo lo mejor de estar en la playa envuelto en un diseño shabby chic elegante.

Remodelación completa terminado 12 2014 ha recuperado la sensación de esta hermosa casa de campo.

Flores frescas y champaña fría es sólo el comienzo de lo que será un maravilloso vacaciones. Cada detalle ha sido dirigida a garantizar una estancia agradable.


Cocina americana gourmet, encimeras de cuarzo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.

Dos dormitorios de matrimonio. La sala de literas está hecha a la medida en madera de cedro y tiene su propio 40 "de televisión para los niños. Las camas son un regalo especial con sábanas de 600 hilos blancos, colchones exquisitos y plumón y edredones de plumas y almohadas.

La sala de estar / cocina-comedor cuenta con una chimenea de piedra sobre el cual es un televisor de 50 "pantalla plana con cable y Netflix gratuito.

Hay ventiladores de techo en cada habitación.

El metro de azulejos cuarto de baño tiene el hierro fundido barnizado bañera con patas original y la vanidad de encargo de antigüedades.

Lavadero con lavadora / secadora y segundo baño.

Garaje individual (186 pulgadas x 106 pulgadas) con 4 crucero de la playa y 2 de pie paddle boards para su ocio.

Por último ...... .El porche es el lugar perfecto para cafés de la mañana y cócteles por la tarde :) ... .. se viste de gala y muy bien vallada con linternas controlados dimmer personalizado.
La casa se encuentra en el lado soleado de la corte (orientación sur) para el porche siempre será soleado.

Barbacoa de propano y muebles de patio.

Dentro de un tiro de piedra están los cafés más fresco, café manchas tiendas de desayuno y restaurantes. Olive Cafe, Mejor Buzz Coffee, Oleaje Cafe, La Misión, por nombrar sólo unos pocos dentro de cien yardas.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old and had a great time. We were steps from the bay and a short walk to the beach. The location couldn’t be any better. Molly was a great host. The dryer had some issues during our stay and she offered a temporary solution and had it serviced ASAP. We did find quickly that there were pesky ants. We were diligent on not keeping food out and cleaning up right away. It is known issue and addressed in the book provided by the host.

Location was great! But…
Location was perfect & is where we are use to staying. It’s walkable to so many great places to eat & the beach is about 2 min walk & the bay 20 secs away. The house was so charming & lovely given its tiny size. We loved the little touches of a welcome basket! so thoughtful & appreciated. But we wouldn’t stay again due to the beds being so small. We couldn't sleep comfortably, it’s just too small of a space for my husband & our two kids. This would be the perfect place for a couple to have a romantic getaway. But we enjoyed our trip & had a great time. Communication with Molly was great very responsive & friendly.

Perfectly acceptable
Molly's place is located in a incredible spot. Excellent owner communication, and a lovely place. The half bath requires you go outside - and is missing sink. This wouldn't have stopped us from booking but I think listing probably should just say one bath!

Excellent Location
Quaint cottage in a great location, steps to the bay and a block to the ocean. No need to drive anywhere once you settle in. Lots of great resturants and coffee shops near by. Well appointed with and room for two couples and a couple of kids too. We would consider staying here agian.

Amazing!
My family and I had an amazing stay, such a cute little house and everything was walking distance. Lover how there were chairs and beach toys available for my littles to play with on the beach. Definitely will have to book again ij the feature!!!

We had the best experience! So easy to communicate with Molly. The beds/pillows were amazing…best sleep…I keep thinking about it. Haha. It was the best place for us to relax and rejuvenate! Our family of five had a wonderful stay here. Everything was perfect. What a great location! We spent time at the beach and in the city. Everything we needed was ready to go at the cottage. It was clean and really comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental for a beach vacation!

Cute place close to the beach and bay
We really enjoyed our stay at Molly’s place. It is a smaller home but was perfect for our time (4 nights) with our two boys (14 and 8) The beds were comfortable, and Molly was great with communication. You can see the bay from the front porch and the beach was just across the street. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe staying there.

Amazing location!
We loved our stay at the property. Our family enjoyed walking to Olives bakery in the morning, grabbing treats, and watching the waves by the ocean. We appreciated all of the sand toys as well! You can’t beat the location and we’d highly recommend staying here!

Lovely host in a great location!
We had a great time in this cute little cottage by the beach. It is small but laid out wonderfully so there is plenty of space, even for my family of 6! The kitchen was well appointed, linens were luxurious and everything you need for the beach is here. My kids enjoyed the proximity to Belmont park, playgrounds, etc and we enjoyed the one minute walk to Better Buzz. I thought the parking situation would be a hassle with our larger vehicle and the small garage but we found parking in a lot just a couple of minutes away across bayside walk, and Molly provided directions to additional parking 0.9 miles away if needed. Finally, the host is wonderful! Answered my questions, extremely responsive and had extra heaters dropped off for an extra cold stay. We will plan on staying again, my kids are already asking to.
