Great Mission Beach Location
My family loved our stay here. This place was exactly what we hoped for, with a 1 min walk from the beach, incredible views from the roof top deck, and easy access to restaurants and shops. The house was, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Thank you.

What a great pleasure!
What a great pleasure it was to spend the long week of Christmas and New Year at Steve and Dee's home! This home is meticulously clean, with bold and lively decor, very well stocked with all kitchen appliances and supplies needed (loved the many, many dishes, cooking and eating utensils), perfectly and centrally located for visits to the Balboa Park museums (we went twice!), the Christmas lights at the Botanic Garden, hiking and even a trip to see the metal sculptures at Anza Borrego. To be able to enjoy sunrises at the beach and sunsets on the large rooftop spot was so extraordinary! It is clear that Steve and Dee have put much thought into making their home a supremely comfortable and beautiful space for families and groups to gather, enjoy, and build lifetime memories. Thank you, Steve and Dee!

property was nice area, nice house, clean, easy access to other things. Few things need to be fixed. The master bedroom light in the ceiling does not work and the light in the closet also needs new bulbs.

Central PB location served as headquarters for our extended family staycation. Three full baths served us well. Rooftop area was great for conversation and watching sunsets.

Great location
We had an absolutely lovely time staying at this home. Excellent location right in the heart of Mission Beach. The home is exactly as pictured. My only complaint maybe would’ve been the living room couch could’ve used a little additional seating and is a little worse for wear. But rooftop patio was awesome and we appreciated the extra amenities for the kids like beach toys

Great house for our group
House was perfect for our Spring Break getaway. House was steps from the beach and we enjoyed rooftop access and partial views of the ocean. Due to narrow neighborhood streets it was great to have a garage for our car. While weather was colder than we’d hoped, enjoyed daily walks along the ocean or bay. Kitchen had all we needed for five and showers had great water pressure.

Such a perfect family getaway. The house is better than we expected. Fully furnished kitchen with everything you could possibly need. House was clean and perfect location. The owner was very responsive and was able to let us book an additional night. We hope to stay here again!!!!

Family Christmas Vacation
This house is awesome! The location is perfect - steps to beautiful Mission Beach and a few short blocks to mission Bay! I enjoyed beautiful sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the ocean. Easy walk to anything you need - we didn’t need a car! The home was comfortable snd had everything we could have wanted. The roof deck was amazing!! We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful house in an ideal location. Great hosts and everything was perfect. Enjoyed the access to the beach and boardwalk, walking distance to everything in PB. Rooftop deck was a bonus and nice place to hang out with family.

Home is more private than those located on the boardwalk. Works well for 6 guests. Several beach chairs are broken and need to be replaced. Only 3 beach towels available...more would be helpful.

Annual family beach vacation
This house was absolutely perfect for all of our needs. Everything was stocked to where all we had to do was bring in our clothes and food and not have to worry. Absolutely loved the kitchen and had everything you would need. We were provided plenty of towels and toilet paper for our stay, and having a washer and a dryer is definitely a plus. My car was small enough for the garage, however parking in the beach city can be a challenge, it definitely did not ruin our stay. You can always park at the Bay if needed and it is just a short walk. The ocean breeze flows through this house so nicely with the windows open. Me, my daughter, son in law and grandkids had a wonderful time. Thank you for providing this house for us to enjoy! Definitely loved it so much to where we are hoping it will be available for our trip next year. Kelly and family.

Perfect vacay at Mission Beach!
We had the best time staying at this property. It was clean and beautifully furnished, with lots of towels and everything needed for the beach. We had a full house with kids ranging in ages from 6 to 14. Everyone enjoyed their time. Comfy beds. Lots of storage room. There was a bicycle to use which came in really useful! We would definitely consider booking again next year.

Nice to have a house for the family. Nice to be so close to the beach. Needs a sitting area on first floor and a dining area for six, not that lumbering table and huge benches. Needs a patio table and chairs on the first floor deck. There were no extra trash bags. No dishwater soap. Had to buy. Not your fault, but parking is beyond unavailable. Both my daughters spent half the day finding parking and then walking to our rental. Anyway, thanks for letting us stay in your beach house. Some rough edges, but left with many happy thoughts.
