Directamente en el paseo marítimo del paseo marítimo. Ubicado en South Mission, el patio privado más grande de Mission Beach, frente al atardecer. Esta es una lujosa unidad de tres dormitorios, dos baños completos con una hermosa cocina de mármol y hermosos baños. Ha sido recientemente renovado con electrodomésticos y comodidades de última generación. El dormitorio principal y la sala de estar tienen vistas directas al mar. 1 dormitorio tiene una cama King. 2 dormitorios tiene una cama queen. 3 dormitorios con 2 literas completas y 1 cama nido doble y capacidad para 9 niños o 5 adultos cómodamente. Está en el paseo marítimo y a 3 pasos de la arena. El gran patio privado mide 50 pies de largo y abarca toda la planta baja delantera de la propiedad y es de uso exclusivo de nuestros inquilinos únicamente. El patio no está cercado, por lo que los padres deben conocer a los niños pequeños. El amplio patio frente a la playa tiene una barbacoa incorporada y un pozo de fuego para asar sus s'mores y calentarse mientras la noche se enfría. Esta casa es una ubicación ideal en South Mission Beach, muy cerca de restaurantes, bares y Belmont Park.

Mom’s 90th Birthday celebration
One of the favorites experiences our mom enjoys is the beach so to be able to secure a home right on the beach was such a wonderful gift to give her. The rooms were spacious enough to accommodate the people who joined us! We got wonderful remarks from everyone, all of which said it was a such a beautiful place. The outside space waa Great too.

Dreamy Beachfront
Check-in was seamless and we could not ask for a more comfortable, cozy place for our family to hang out. Any issues we had were addressed promptly and resolved. The location of the property couldn't be more perfect and we were happy just hanging out on the big patio during the day and comfy living room at night. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay -- items for the beach as well as the house. This was our second time renting this property and we will be coming back for sure!

Great Stay!
Rented this great place right on the beach for a 60th surprise birthday party. Had lots of friends come in from out of town and universally everyone loved the place. The patio is awesome with plenty of room and opens up right into a very roomy main room inside that flows right into the large kitchen. The kitchen island worked really well for setting up food. Plenty of seating for large groups. Host was really great and super responsive to any questions we had. The garage is very, very tight (and filled with bikes, games, boards, etc.) and really only for a pretty small car but the extra added reserved space is amazing. And nearby parking was also pretty easy to get. Great stay, thanks Julie!

Awesome Location
Great setting for larger groups. Lots of room and seating in common areas, especially the outdoors common area. Amazing views. Beach is perfect for water play. Nice selection of bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs etc.

Amazing Location
Great little place! Can't beat the views and convenience of this location. Walking distance to great restaurants and he boardwalk. Obviously also right on the beach... Very close to other attractions, like Seaworld, the airport, the zoo, etc.

Wonderful, but very cool windy weekend
My family was celebrating my 80th birthday. This home was beautiful, equipped with everything you might need, lots of beach toys chairs boogie boards, bikes etc. and the best view of the beach& ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would like to come back at a warmer time of year

A fantastic stay in Mission Beach
We had a fabulous time! The property was exactly what we were looking for. The front patio could not have been more perfect. Beds were all comfy and clean. The entire unit was clean and spacious. Julie, the owner, was incredibly responsive and gracious. We could not have asked for more. What a perfect weekend in Mission Beach!

Perfect spot
It was a wonderful get away for family from out of town. It was steps from the beach and close to Belmont Park which offers fun for everyone. Parking spots were helpful. Plenty of essentials in the kitchen including spices. Plenary if room for all of us and local family to visit. When the patio door is open you feel like you’re sitting on the beach while. Also, lifeguard station provides a beach wheelchair so elderly can get to the water with ease. Great place!

Oceanfront Paradise
This property could not have been more perfect for my family. Besides being spotless, tastefully decorated and easy to check into, it was so comfortable we could not have felt more at home. There were blankets and pillows for everyone to get cozy indoors and seating for everyone to be comfortable outdoors.We were not lacking for anything! Everyone slept so well and remarked about the comfortable beds. Many naps were taken on the living room couches as well. The indoor space with it's ocean view was all about comfort and the outdoor space was unbeatable. We had everything we needed to cook and with the outdoor grill and fully stocked kitchen most of our group never left the property except to go to the beach! There were plenty of restaurants close by to pick up food for lunch that we ate on the property because no one ever wanted to leave! Having our coffee and breakfast at the big table on the patio, watching surfers, dolphins and waves and enjoying the fresh air was divine. The only thing that would have made this vacation rental better would have been a longer stay. My family, who came from all over the country for our four night reunion is already talking about returning next year. We loved it! Thank you, Julie, for providing us with an outstanding vacation!

Sleeping arrangements
The listing says sleeps 12 but wasn't sure how you could sleep that many. Especially since the trundle bed in the room with the bunk beds was not accessible. You couldn't pull it out from under the bunk as it was next to the closet doors. And you would have had to sleep two people to each of the bunk beds, which seemed very small to do that. The front door was into one of the bedrooms, so to use it you walked through the bedroom. Not ideal. The kitchen and living room areas were great. The living room opened up onto an amazing patio. the Master bedroom and shower were very nice. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware. Not very many everyday knives, but plenty of everything else. Great fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Well supplied with everyday necessities. Lots of beach toys and such. We loved the gas fire pit, cushioned benches, umbrellas and outside dining table. The view from the living room and master bedroom was unbelievable. We had a great time but there were only 6 adults.
