Fun Family House
I took my adult children and grandchildren (aged 6 to 24). There was something for everyone to do while at the house, but we enjoyed the pool and spa the most! Lots of great family memories made! ❤️

Great Stay With Friends!
Really enjoyed our stay here. Several friends and I took a trip to San Diego and couldn’t have asked for a nicer spot. Fantastic pool, incredible view in the backyard. Nice quiet neighborhood too. Owner was great, met us for a tour when we arrived and was attentive the whole time. Would absolutely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time!
We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 9! We had plenty of room for every one! Anthony and Joe were very polite, helpful and great to work with! We would certainly stay here again without any hesitation.

The house was not ready .
I got there with some friends to watch the Super Bowl , the check in time was at 3pm but couldn’t go inside until 4pm because the owner didn’t know there was a rental that day . When inside the house was still a little dirty from the people that were there earlier , all the beds were not cleaned or anything , there was hair on all the beds . There was no towels available.

They exceeded our expectations. The entire home and grounds are gorgeous, comfortable, and accommodating in every way possible. Everything was amply provided to make our stay enjoyable, and all age groups were taken into account. We had so much to do we hardly left! I will definitely be planning our family vacations there in the future.

Great house
House was able to accommodate 7 adults and 1 baby. We had the bad luck of rain but having a pool table and board games helped us get through the day. Joe was available any time we texted. Definitely recommend this property.

Family Vacation
This property is truly incredible! Even better than the photos show! I stayed with my extended family, adults and kids. Everyone was wowed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There is an awesome gym in the garage, which my husband (an avid weight lifter) utilized daily. The outdoor space is amazing and where we spent most of our time and the cabana doors made it even better! I definitely recommend booking the in-home hibachi if you can swing it - totally worth it! Rating it 4 stars instead of 5 for a few reasons… it’s really 3 bedrooms: king master suite and 2 queen bedrooms plus a futon in the movie theatre/arcade game room. There are tons of rollaway beds if you don’t mind sharing space and/or sleeping in common spaces but if you’re looking for the privacy of separate bedrooms, know there are only 3. Also, prior to our arrival, I had difficulty contacting the property manager to set up the hibachi dinner. I messaged in October and again in November and early December before receiving a reply in late December, at which time he had difficulty contacting/confirming reservation due to the holidays. I was trying to coordinate with other dinner plans for the week and didn’t get confirmation or estimated timing until the day of the dinner. I also didn’t receive info regarding check in process until I requested it while in flight en route to San Diego the day of our arrival. Overall a great stay and would recommend but room for improvement in communication

Great Family House
We recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in San Diego. From the moment we walked in, we were taken by how immaculately clean and well-kept everything was. It truly felt like a home away from home, offering every amenity a family could wish for. Our kids were over the moon with the pool and spa – we had a hard time convincing them to do anything else! And the movie theater room was a hit for our family movie nights. It was such a joy to see our children so happy and entertained, allowing us adults to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. The location was also ideal, granting us easy access to many of San Diego’s top attractions. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and provided a memorable stay for our family. We would wholeheartedly recommend this home to any families looking for the perfect San Diego getaway.

Amazing stay (again)
I came out to this house a year ago with my family and had such an amazing time that I decided to rebook this place for my friends and I. The house was very beautiful, looks exactly like the pictures (if not better), and Anthony/Joe were very responsive to our needs via phone/messaging. I love coming out to San Diego to show my loved ones why the city is great, with intentions to stay here again for future larger parties. Highly recommend for large parties.

Great House!
The house is wonderful! Even better than the images. Kids loved the pool, arcade and movie theater seating! We had 4 adults and 4 kids (4-8yrs). The bedrooms are actually 1 king and 2 with queen beds. There were a number of pull out beds making it easy for kids. Overall very nice house and would definitely stay again!

Great week with lots of family!
In spite of Hurricane Hilary joining us on our vacation, we really only had one bad day of weather. The outside area is where we spent most of our time. It was wonderful! I would not say this home has 4 bedrooms but we made it work. We could have used a few more towels too! Overall a great week! Thank you.

Pool and outdoor deck to remember!!
Fantastic property with a great pool and outdoor deck that made our stay amazing. The house is beautiful and the movie room was a hit with the kids. Communication was really good - kudos to Joe for welcoming us and responding quickly when needed. Would definitely recommend this house.

Oh man what can i say it was awesome from location 2 great house cleaned had everything you need like if it was ur own home and the host was great explain all features in the home great house for a family so much room and so much 2 do and 2 stayed entertained i definitely would stay again pretty hard 2 get a spot better then this!

Fantastic Stay
Our entire group loved our stay here. We were met for an in-person check in and they were flexible with our later arrival time. The house was just as advertised, and the amenities were fantastic. The actual beds were 1 king, 2 queens, 5 roll-out twins, and 4 couch spots. If I find myself in San Diego with this size group again, I’ll be sure to be back!

Perfect spot for any kind of get-away.
This house is amazing, and has everything we needed for a quick 2-Day trip. We came to celebrate a birthday, but it would also be perfect for a longer trip as well! The communication with the property owners was simple and we always received prompt responses. We loved our stay so much that 2 other friends reached out to ask how they could book! Definitely recommend taking advantage of the cinema room, especially if you're coming with family. Very easy to find, and lots of parking space in the front. All the amenities were easily accessible and made the stay feel much more home-y. Thanks for having us!
